“立地はよかったです”

徒歩圏内で食事や買い物に困らなかったのは良かったのですが、いかんせん通信環境が最悪。ホテルのWifiはつながらず、携帯の電波の入りも悪く、かなり不便を感じました。 極めつけはシャワーが水、一瞬だけお湯が出てもすぐに水しかでなくなりました。

メインストリートにも近く、立地は良かったです。その他はそれなりです。

“Baguioの中ではいい方なのかも知れません”

シャワーの温水がなかなか出ませんでした。温水になったかな？と思っても何とか我慢して浴びれるくらいにしか温まりませんでした。 あとは歯ブラシセットやドライヤーなどがなくて、このクラスの料金なら揃っているものと思っていたため残念でした。 立地はとても良くて、不自由さは感じませんでした。ホテル内の設備も比較的きれいでした。

２回目の宿泊で２泊しました。前回泊まったときの不満点は依然改善されてませんでした。 Wifiが１階ロビー周辺でしか使えなかったことと、部家に冷蔵庫が無いこと。また、エアコンが無いため、冬の季節には寒いです。この辺りはもっと安いホテルでも備えてるところが多いのに、値段に見合わない気がします。 朝食バイキングを宿泊者以外にも開放しているため、朝食時は混みます。 街中中心部に距離的には近いものの、坂道が多いためタクシーで移動するのをお勧めします。バギオのタクシーはメーターをちゃんと使ってくれて安いです。また、バギオの街は禁煙で、このホテルでは玄関のところと、ロビーの奥の方に灰皿が備え付けられていますが、街中は禁煙となってますのでご注意下さい。

“清潔な部屋、ショッピングセンターに近い。”

場所は、市中心部にあり、ショッピングセンターが付近にある。どこに出るにもとても便利である。 部屋も清潔で広く、快適だが、歯ブラシや部屋用スリッパ等何も備えてなく全て有料である。テーブルの上には、湯を注ぐだけのコーヒーがおいてあるが、肝心の湯がなく頼まなければ持ってきてくれない。頼んでも忘れる。客に対するサービスが中途半端。特に朝食の対応は最悪。宿泊1日目の朝は、客でごった返し、チェックインカウンターのある広いロビーまで、テーブル椅子で、埋め尽くされ、ひどい状態での朝食である。どうも外部からの客を取り込んだせいであると思われる。2日目の朝食は、宿泊客と外部の客の食事場所が別々になり、宿泊客は階下の結婚式場のようなだだ広いホールに追いやられる始末だ。私たちが朝食抜きでの予約であることを従業員に何度説明しても朝食券を持ってきてくださいと言われ、宿泊予約表を見て納得したようだ。従って上のレストランでようやく朝食を取ることができた。朝食時に宿泊客を差し置いて、外部の客を受け入れるなんてもってのほかである。

“中心地に位置し、何処に行くにも便利。”

貸せどらるの近くに位置し、どこからでもカセドラルの尖塔がランドマーク的に目に入り、位置を確かめやすい。またセッションロードというメインストリートにも近く ショッピングにも便利。

“必要最低限。寝るだけならOK。”

宿泊数のデフォルト選択値が4になっていたので、 キャンセルしようとしたがスーパーバイザー不在でした。。 ちょっと厳しい。。。

“シティホテル”

きれいなのですが、壁が薄くとなりの声がもろに聞こえてきてうるさかった。でもスタッフの時とはとっても丁寧な接客でした。土曜は日本食のビュッフェを５００でやっていました。

“街の中心にあって便利なホテル”

滞在中ずっと雨で、ものすごく寒かった。ホテルは街の中心にあるので、ＳＭなどショッピングも徒歩で行ける距離にありますが、ものすごい雨のため、移動はずっとタクシーでした。バギオ市内は、移動手段はタクシーが便利でした。 ここでは初乗り料金が45ペソ（？だったと思う）で、1ペソでもおつりを返してくれました。朝のバイキングはフィリピンメニューが多く、ちょっと口に合わないものもありましたが、満足しました。フィリピンの人たちに人気のようで、朝からものすごい混雑していました。スタッフの皆さんはどなたもフレンドリーで、勤務中に鼻歌を歌っていたりと、日本では考えられないですが、そこはお国柄ということで。滞在中のテレビのニュースで、フィリピン各地の洪水の様子が写っていたため、バギオのあと、ヴィガンの観光を予定していたのをキャンセルして、このホテルにあと2泊延泊しました。 agodaで予約していたほうが断然安かったです。

“とても綺麗でバリューも高いホテル”

ロビーにピアノがあり、時間によってはピアニストによる演奏などが行われている。値段の割に高級感があり、バギオの中心地にも近いのでお薦めのホテルです。

“雰囲気の良いホテル”

数回利用させていただきましたが、２回目以降は覚えて頂いており、非常に感じの良いスタッフの方々でした。

バギオ教会、SMバギオ、セッションストリートに近く、バギオ観光の拠点とするにはとてもお勧めのホテルです。

“冷蔵庫がなかったのが残念です。”

最上階である5階に宿泊しましたが、屋上でパーティをやっていて、少し音楽が聞こえて来ました。 フロントに電話すると、5分後には聞こえなくなったので、音量を下げてくれたのでしょう。そういう、敏感な対応は嬉しいですね。

“シンプル　モダン”

バギオは傾斜地の町。グランドフロアに対して地下階がありますが、本当の地下ではなく窓もあります。ただ、グランドフロア以上の階が見晴らしはよく、客室レベルもあがるようです。水回りは、石けん、シャンプー以外はない（歯ブラシとかクシとか）というシンプルさ。私はそうしたものは持ち歩いているので不要（無駄が省けた感じでかえってよい）ですが、そうしたものを期待している人は困るかもしれません。施行やディテールはいまいちですが、ホテルのデザインの質は高いと思います。

タクシーもどこでもP45(90円）で行けるので安心です。新しいホテルであるが下層部は雨季のため臭いが気になり (140円）を払って上層階を借り直した。また利用しても良い場所と金額でした。

“Wifiはロビーのみ。”

Wifiがあるという基準をもとにここにしたが、ロビーでしか使えなかった。まだ出来立てのホテルのようで、新品風のにおいがきつかった。朝食が豊富なので、Wifiの整備が終わったらすごく良いホテルになるのではと思う。

“改装後のきれいなホテルで最低限の設備はあります”

市内中心地のバギオ聖堂のすぐ側にあり、大通りから中に入っているので大変静かです。現在改装中で部屋はきれいでしたが装備は最低限です。 スーペリアツインの部屋には、テレビはありますが冷蔵庫はありません。水は水差しに入れてもって来てくれます。歯ブラシ、かみそり、ドライヤーはありません。 バギオは年中適温なのでエアコンがありませんでした。2月でしたから寒いくらいでしたが、暑い夏でも大丈夫か心配です。 ホテルスタッフの対応はフィリピンにしてはすばらしく教育されていると感じました。インターネットは部屋ではできませんが、ロビーの周りでは無料のwifiが安定して受信できます。 レストランは、朝食ビュッフェペソ、ランチビュッフェペソ（週末ペソ）、週末の夜は日本食のビュッフェもペソでやってるようです。ビュッフェはフィリピン料理が主体ですが、値段の割には大変美味しく楽しめると思います。特に朝食は、外部のお客さんも大勢来るようで、50席はあるレストランに入りきれずフロントロビーに臨時オープンカフェができる盛況ぶりにはビックリしました。 宿泊時はバレンタインデーのディナーをしてたので予約してみましたが、地元の野菜を使ったステーキディナーは、非常に安くてボリュームがあり大変美味しかったです。

初めての滞在でしたがリノベーション後のため、ホテルがとってもきれいだった。ロビーも広いし、部屋も清潔。レストランでは昼食（ブッフェ）を食べましたが２８０Ｐでお腹いっぱい。朝食もブッフェで景色を見ながらとてもおいしく頂きました。

部屋の大きさ、清潔さ、朝食ともに問題ありません。 スタッフの対応も問題ないと思います。 ただしまだリニューアル工事が進行中で騒音が少し気になりました。

“Friendly Staff and Great Location, But Facilities Need Updating”

The staff are approachable and polite, but it takes a long time for them to respond to requests. Sometimes, there’s no update at all on whether something is available or not, which can be frustrating. The location is great — it’s within walking distance to the Cathedral, Session Road, Burnham Park, and SM, and it's easy to find. Parking is a challenge. It feels like a first-come, first-served system. You might need to leave your car with valet service and hope they find a spot for you. As for the facilities, they definitely need renovation. The rooms look outdated, the water pressure is weak especially for the hot shower, and the internet is very slow.

My family that I'm visiting here in the PI told me to stay at this hotel because they have stayed here twice and liked it. Unfortunately, I cannot claim the same. My sister and I checked in for one night and were kept up by the piercing sound of people hammering what sounded like metal, and their work lights shining brightly through both curtains. The showerhead had mildew. The soap dish or rack was hanging on by a thread because of the rust that had deteriorated the screw holding it in place. There were cracks in the tiles and our toilet paper roll was very low and there was no extra roll to be found. And... no room service. My feet were tired from walking all day and so I wanted to order food from the Chinese restaurant that's located downstairs near the lobby and have it brought up to the room since I was already in my pajamas. But when I called the front desk, they said they don't offer room service and that I would have to go downstairs and order it myself. Fine. I ordered the chicken soup and it was ok. The free breakfast buffet on the top floor was ok. The omelet and the view were really the best parts. Anyway, that was my experience. For the price I paid, it could've been better. The staff were all very nice though.

The location is major highlight and time saver , making it easy to explore the city. Just few walks away to cathedral , sm and session . We left the car at the parking and easily commute for its location is easily accessible for commuters also. Staffs are okay, they could have been more attentive and respond urgently when needed. Facilities wise, It lacks a little with cleanliness specially on buffet area and stair carpet . Overall the experience is okay there are areas for improvement.

I hope they will install bidet in the CR. And also they have policy that after 10pm it should be quiet time. During my stay it is already 1am I can still hear loud noises it’s like they are renovating the room above me.

- CR no Bidet - no refrigerator - weak shower water pressure - TV cable bad quality - unable to watch - No youtube on TV, can't connect it to wifi - hard to get taxi in frot of the hotel - 2 Elevators inoperative, only 1 was working - Clothes rack have doors which blocks the walkway from the CR when open. - lines during breakfast buffet was a mess, too little space, guests constantly cut the line unintentionally due to the design, you can make the bar the sole location to get the food from 1. Great location 1. Room with Aircon 3. Spacious Room, approx 20-23sqm? 4. Great Wifi connection within everywhere the hotel - sometimes intermittent but tolerable 5. Great Chinese Food - Jin Jiang Restaurant 6. Great Coffee and Deserts - Big Daddy's Cafe 7. Terrible Breakfast buffet - Pent House Floor Citylight Hotel has potential, looking forward on our next stay, hope hotel improved by then.

“Good Hotel - Enjoyable Stay”

Enjoyed staying at the City Light in Baguio, it offers a great location. Facilities are slightly old but not too concerning, beds are a little too hard and toilets/showers could be modernised. Breakfast is great and staff were always friendly and professional. Really worth the price and enjoyed the stay whilst at City light.

Facilities need improvement. Hot water takes 15 minutes to heat. Toilet needs replacement since you have to hold the valve to flush. No smoking in hotel policy however we saw some customers were allowed to vape in the penthouse. We asked the staff why there was an exemption and he mentioned because of their “VIP” status.

This is the right place if you want cheap and near to airport and MOA. Parking is on the 2nd floor which is accessible to elevator. If you’re planning to stay here bring toiletries. They offer, but you have to pay 45 pesos on the reception ( this includes slipper). No glass, mug or water heater but 7-11 and Zus coffee super near. Staff were accomodating. ❤️

The location is fantastic, making it easy to explore the area. Cleanliness waa top-notch, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the stay. Breakfast were satisfying and enjoyable. However, there were some minor issues with hot water that could use some improvement. No bider available either. Overall, a solid choice for anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay with excellent service.

Services, amenities, facilities are not worthy for the rate paid. Room and CR has cockroaches, no CR tissue, water in the CR has stench odor and yellowish, buffet breakfast was worst and unhealthy
