“大満足”
生後4か月と9歳の子ども、妻との4人で宿泊。当初シングル２つの部屋を予約しましたがあまりにもベッドが小さくて家族で寝るのは不可能。クイーンとエクストラベッドの部屋に変更要請すると気持ちよく対応していただきました。スタッフ・施設・食と満足できる内容でした。バルコニーの浴槽はプールに入れない4ヵ月の娘の水浴びに丁度良く満足です。次回も利用したいと思います。

アンヘレス市とクラークに12年ぶりに旅行しました。開発に驚きました。クラークの外では、アンヘレスの人口の50％が韓国人のようです。通りには韓国のレストランやマーケットが左右に点在しています。ネポクワッドエリアが気に入りました。BGCやマッキンリーにいるようです。 ミドリは広くてスペースがあります。ホテルのロビーは巨大で、ミドリカフェは24時間営業しています。プールもあり、多数のダイニングオプションがあり、ゲストを駐車場に往復させるためのゴルフカートもあります。自然愛好家であれば、ミドリがミモサゴルフフェアウェイのすぐ向かいにあることを気に入るでしょう。スタッフは礼儀正しく、ホテルのゲストのニーズに注意を払っています。 デラックスルームを予約しましたが、とても広々としています。屋外バスタブがあるのが気に入りました。雨の夜にぴったりのホットソークです。部屋には日本のトイレもあり、日本の技術がとても好きです。ミニバーの内容は無料ですが、私たちはソーダを飲まないので利用しませんでした。 全体的に、私たちは良い滞在ができました。ここに再度予約するでしょう。

“綺麗でした”
トイレの流れが悪いですね。朝のバイキング、種類がいっぱいありますが、何れも美味しくはなく、汚く皆が食い散らかしているので、手が進まない。部屋は新しく、綺麗でした。防音もそこそこでした。ホテルの周りには、何もないです。

Loved this hotel! They have free bike rentals. The room was huge and super complete! Big pool with clean water. A bakery in the lobby with deals in the afternoon to evening.

“Relaxing staycation”
I highly recommend for families who just want to unwind, relax and enjoy. We booking a one night stay for our wedding anniversary celebration. Also, it is my baby’s first time to swim in a pool and it all happens in this hotel. Service crew are very hospitable, approachable and accomodating. The room is super spacious, clean and the aircold is cold. Water has hot and cold and the water flow is very satisfactory. we loved it. Free towels are available on the pool side which is always clean and fresh. The common toilet and bath is very clean and spacious. The whole hotels smell is addicting. I love the scent and the complementary mini bars and toiletries. Everything for my little family is perfect and we also saw families big and small enjoying themselves. They have buffet breakfast which has a lot to choose from, a bar and cafe. Keep up the good work! We definitely recommend and will book again in the future.

“Nice Hotel”
Hot water everywhere is a need and this hotel really served it right. They also have this free breakfast buffet and welcome drinks! Also the staffs were so nice.

“Bike-Friendly, Best for Families with Seniors”
After a thorough search for hotels in Clark that fit my preference, I decided to check in at Midori alongside my partner and my elderly parents. The hotel offered me with all amenities that allowed for us to get our money’s worth, on top of the fact that they allowed us to bring our bikes inside our room to make sure it’s safe and secured. This allowed us to sleep well and relax, knowing that all our belongings are with us, and the staff were very courteous and helpful— everyone accommodated us during our stay. Only thing that I wish they’d improve is the room AC— while it was already on a cool setting it felt a bit warm (or maybe because the rooms are really spacious). I look forward to coming back and explore more of the hotel.

It was our first time to stay at Midori and it was worth it. Got it at promo price at that time. Staffs were friendly. Their breakfast is very good.

“Valentine Getaway”
I expected so much on this stay. I've searched before that this is one of the 5 star hotels located in clark. But I don't think it is. Parking is so far. You need to walk long distance under the sun even if they offered u a golf cart ride. The paints, shower in the room are not properly maintained. Itchy couch at the balcony. Though the staffs are welcoming and accommodating.

“Horrible stay”
- Toilet was broken the 1st room - Transferred to another room and it smelled awful. The staff said they would just spray to cover the smell. I refused to accept this and was transferred again Staff is also not going to make any effort to help you if you lose anything even if you already tell them where item should be found (which they did find and called me 2 days after) In other words stay in another hotel. This hotel has good facilities but absolutely horrible staff.

We have enjoyed our stay with my 2 adult children. Glad about the complimentary petite cake for our wedding anniversary and softdrinks too...Also the free bikes. But we're disappointed with the staff. They're not mindful of their duties.

“Excellent Hotel for a Quiet and Relaxing Stay.”

it's everything you want from a good 4 star hotel, including a great buffet breakfast. only complaint i have is that the bathroom could use some extra privacy. especially if you're travelling as a family and there's a yaya with you. lols.

“Excellent Experience”
Had a great experience in our booking in Midori. The place is not crowded. They even gave us free access in executive lounge. A lot of free complimentary drinks and their free breakfast buffet is also good. We had a great overall experience in Midori.

“非常に満足”
I love staying at this hotel because of the spacious room and bathtub. The room rate is also affordable and worth the money. The pool isn’t the best though. And hopefully the breakfast/food taste can be improved. Also hoping that they would be more considerate on drink options for breakfast as they are charging extra cost for hot choco when it’s usually free to other hotels.

“Anniversary Getaway”
Staff were all friendly. Food at the buffet was good, takes some time for them to refill it but it will be refilled eventually. We got upgraded and were given access to the executive lounge - which we loved btw. You don't have to go out if you don’t want to coz they have a lot of activities in the hotel alone, plus there is a casino - play responsibly, unlike meee 🤣

Good service and clean rooms, i just expected too much bcoz its a 5 star hotel. Breakfast is average with few options, the place is not that huge to walk and play around. Good experience still..

We had an amazing stay at Midori! The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring every detail was perfect. Our room was spotless, spacious, and well-appointed, with a comfortable bed and stunning views. The amenities, especially the pool and fitness center, were top-notch, and the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options. The location was ideal, with easy access to Aqua Planet. We highly recommend this hotel since its our 2nd time staying here.

ロングウィークエンド中にジュニアスイートの良い割引を利用しました。スタッフはとても親切でしたが、いくつか指摘したい点があります： - 駐車手続きがかなり混乱していました。駐車係は、駐車してチェックインする前に駐車バウチャーを取得するように強く言いましたが、車を駐車できないのにどうやってチェックインできるのでしょうか？ - スイートに入ると、配管や下水の匂いがかなり気になりました。匂いを消すためにバルコニードアを開けて、排水溝に水を満たさなければなりませんでした。 - 日中はお湯が出ませんでした。バスタブ、シャワー、シンクをすべて開けてお湯に設定してもです。夜になってようやくお湯が出ました。 - ケーブルテレビの受信状態が良くありませんでした。映像は粒状で、はっきりとは見えませんでした。 （フロントの受付が、なぜ移動を依頼しなかったのかと尋ねましたが、これはすでにチェックアウトの際でした。苦情を言った時にこのオプションを提供しなかったのは残念です。） 誤解しないでください、山の景色と他の観光名所への近さは素晴らしいです。ただ、施設は隣の競合に対抗するためにアップグレードと維持が必要です。
