Staff were not well trained—Ndi binigay yung meal voucher namin upon booking-muntik kaming di ngbfast even though bfast included yung nabook namin. Not organized staffs are untrained-mas marami ang OJT kesa sa regular staff— Maingay din sila during their breaks kasi malapit kmi sa STAFF room nila—nakakadistrurb din po-so ayun not so good feedback-sadly will not book again

“Convenient Location but Noisy and Some Room Issues”
The location is ideal, close to convenience stores and restaurants. However, since the hotel is near the main road, vehicle noise can be heard inside the rooms. As for the facilities, the bathroom is a bit cramped, and some rooms lack double locks.

“Amenities are lacking”
Lacking amenities for the price. Unlike others at this price point, which include more amenities and are complete. Not even water bottle is provided, towels are like face thin towels and the space is small. Not worth the price, though the beddings are good.

“Convenient Location”
The location is super convenient—right along MacArthur Highway, with restaurants, malls, and bars nearby. The staff was friendly and accommodating, which made my stay even better.

“Very accomidating and discrete”
Like most single men in Angeles there were multiple girls coming back to my room in the 4 days I was there. They were very unjudgemental, very discrete, and very accomidating the entire time.

“Stay was good but their booking record is inaccurate.”
Had an overnight stay in the hotel but when I inquired about the free breakfast, the staff said it was excluded and that I booked from Traveloka. I insisted that I booked from Agoda and bfast was included, Need to show him my email booking confirmation before he finally agreed.

“Not recommendable”
I booked 4 rooms for my relatives. The front desk had difficulty finding two of my bookings. I paid via CC through Agoda. Upon check-out, I was being asked to pay again. - in cash or bank transfer only - no gcash, no credit card. They blamed everything on Agoda. Cable tv was out, wifi was intermittent. Its location was the only saving grace of this property.

“Holiday Trip”
Location is very good. Room is just right for our group. One thing we noticed is the dust in the floor. Make sure to ask and check them. We were settled already and had a short rest and we noticed late that the floor is so dusty. Sent evidence to their viber account so they will be able to make sure next time it is really clean. Overall our stay was great. Memorable vacation!

“Highly Recommended”
The hotel room is clean and still spacious for its price, parking is very spacious as well while the actual location of the hotel is accessible with alot of restaurants, convenience stores and church nearby. Less than 1km away from SM Clark :)

“Stay at Diamond Spring Hotel”
The hotel is very convenient. In terms of transportation, it's very accessible to jeepneys and tricycles, since it's along the highway. If you have private car, they have spacious parking. In terms of food, there is a convenient store in front and nearby restaurants and fastfoods. Will definitely choose the hotel again on our next trip to Pampanga.
