“ロケーション最高”

ロケーションはとても便利。スタッフも明るくてフレンドリー。 ホテルが古いのを水廻りに感じ、シャワーはやや弱いが、清掃はちゃんとされているので問題なし。 朝食も一般的な品揃えだが、味は美味しい。 宿泊が正月なのでかなり高かったのは残念だが、ロケーションを考えると仕方ないかも。

“抜群のロケーション”

ワカティプ湖の水辺まで数十秒、レストランやショッピングのエリアも至近、クイーンズタウンガーデンズも目の前。とにかくロケーションは最高です。施設の古さは否めませんが、よくメンテナンスされていてそれほど気になりません。スタッフもみなさん親切でフレンドリー。コインランドリーがあるのも助かります。良い選択だったと思います。

“便利な立地”

とても便利な立地で、このホテルを選んで正解でした。街の中心部まで5〜8分程。地図から思っていたよりも近いです。Athol street、FergBurgerなどまで徒歩5〜7分程。ゴンドラ乗り場まで13分、大きなスーパー (Fresh Choice Queestown)まで15分程でした。Twin Bed Roomを利用しましたが、ベッドが大きめで、バスタブ、冷蔵庫付きでした。残念ながら、窓はロックされていて、開く事は出来ませんでした。タオル交換が必要な時は使用済みのタオルをバスルームの床に置いておきます。レンタカー返却する前の2時間程だったので、車のキーをフロントに預けて、無料で入り口に停めさせてもらう事ができました。雨の日は大きめな傘 (1部屋につき1本)も借りる事が出来、チェックアウトの後もスーツケースを預かってもらう事ができました。フロントの方々全員が親切でした。またクイーンズタウンに行く事があれば、このホテルに宿泊したいです。

ディナーと朝食を頂きましたが、満足出来る内容でした。特に朝食時のカプチーノはお勧めです。

“なにかと便利な場所”

当初、風呂なしの部屋だったが、風呂ありに変更してくれて、非常に助かりました。 連泊しましたが、ミルフォードサウンドへの旅行などにも便利な立地でした。

ロケーションは最高です。市内まですぐにアクセスできます。ただ、それだけのホテルです。スタッフ対応も普通で、ホテルの作りが良くないので、少し早歩きしただけで、ドタドタと響きます。もし隣が子供連れの騒ぐ家庭になったら最悪です。自分の部屋で少し遅くにトイレに行くと他の部屋から苦情もあります。早寝早起き、どこでもぐっすり眠れる方は問題ありません。

ホテルの設備に関しては問題なく快適に過ごすことが出来ました。ロケーションは大変よく、買物、食事に困ることはないと思います。ただ、駐車スペースが少なく、レンタカー利用の場合は駐車スペースを確保するのが大変かもしれません。

湖畔沿いにありながらも残念ながら森のせいでレイクビューは望めませんでしたが、そのおかげでアクセスの良さの割には静寂さを保っていてとても便利なホテル。ミルフォードトラックへ行く前後に泊まるには最適のホテル。コンチネンタルブレックファーストは値段の割りに若干残念な内容なので、近所のカフェで朝食をとることをお勧めします。

街の中心にあってとても便利。湖のほとりにあり、各アクティビティへの接続がとても便利だった。朝食も宿泊料金にしては充実していた。部屋はそれほど充分な大きさとは言えなかったが、清潔に保たれていた。

町の中心地で徒歩で移動可能　湖沿いでいい環境　グーループや個人旅行にもいいです。クィーンズタウンはいくつかのホテルにとまりましたが、快適・便利・コスト・環境を考えるとベストではないでしょうか？WIFIは制限付きで無料。ロビーに無料で使えるPCもあります。

レンタカーを借りての旅行で、1泊だけ利用しました。 この日は少しでもクイーンズタウンの中心街にいたかったので、このホテルを選びましたが、駐車場が有料だったのが残念でした。 ホテルの周りには無料駐車場がありますが、明朝9時までなので、ちょっといまいちかな～と・・・。 でも車を使わない方にとっては、ロケーションも最高ですし、アーンスロー号の乗り場にも近く、何よりも湖が目の前で早朝散歩が気持ちが良かったです。

レンタカーでの旅でしたが、ホテルにも駐車場があり、助かりました。 部屋もきれいですし、コインランドリーもホテル内にあり便利でした。

繁華街から2~3分でショッピングや食事に出掛けるにも便利でした。空港からのコネクタバスはホテルの前では止まりませんので、要注意です。 今回は朝食付きのプランでしたが、ビュッフェ形式の朝食はとても美味しかったです。次回も利用したいホテルです。

このホテルはクイーンズタウンの中にあるので、ここに泊まったら市内めぐりは歩いて行けます。部屋によっては湖が見えますが、木も高いので、窓から一面の湖と言うわけには行きませんね。

湖のほとり、街の中心にほど近い場所にあり、 外観、内装など、とても落ち着く色合いで、造りもしっかりしています。 部屋も広く、密閉された感じがしました。 ただ、エアコンはドライヤー式(風)なので、かなり乾燥します。

Loved our stay here. Perfect location right on the waterfront. Fireplace and bar were great on cold nights.

Will only book if no other option; for the price, would not real think it has lift up the the expectation. The shower area is opened, each time you shower, the whole bathroom is wet and the shower head is not adjustable, bed too soft and the double bed is small for 2 persons. Vinicity near food, the skyline, even a self service laundromat nearby, valvet parking is the only thing we like (though at a cost) about this hotel.

“Comfortable Stay In Queenstown”

Best location for the money in Queenstown. In the heart of the small city. Within 4 blocks are at least 30 restaurants. 1 block to an extensive mini mart (small grocery store with sandwiches, pastries, preprepared meal options). Pay the 50NZ dollars a day for valet parking. Street parking is hard to find and pay to park 8AM to 5PM is a hassel. Rooms have refrigerator, hot water pot, iron and board, no coffee maker (typical in NZ).

“Fair”

The location is a major highlight, with beautiful gardens and easy access to shopping. While hot water was consistently good, the Wi-Fi was frustratingly unreliable, and breakfast left much to be desired. Cleanliness was decent, but the staff seemed disengaged, which affected the overall experience. Facilities did not meet expectations, making it hard to recommend

The hotel was quite central and walkable to all the places we wanted to go to. Staff was quite nice and polite.

For location, this place can’t be beat. In terms of rooms, there is a ton of room for improvement. The room itself is fine but the bathrooms are extremely old with stained tiles, marks all over the countertops, and the bathroom retains water leaving rust-like stains on the bottom. I was very disappointed given the price point of this hotel. I’d consider other options next time.

Clean and comfy with fantastic location but there is no parking included. For parking in the hotel, it is $50 per night valet parking. There are some free parking spaces available near the hotel but they are very limited.

“Direct beach access to the room!”

Absolutely comfortable bed with direct access to the bench and th3 shopping district. The only downside is that it is extremely difficult to find a parking slot near the hotel, as it is always full and it is expensive to park with the hotel.

“Good decent stay”

Location was superb as it is just by lake and beside the main shops and eateries. Despite this, area is still considered quite quiet and chill. Room was quite basic and decent. However for the price paid, we could probably get another bigger accommodation nearby. No parking as well.

“Premium price but there's better in the area”

Hotel feels dated, and insulation is probably the worst out the 5 accomodations I've stayed in at Queenstown, and that included 3 motels. Shower/tub area feels really cramped. I suppose there's an old school charm there? Staff is very nice, helpful and efficient, so there is that. Breakfast was fine. Many other great accomodations to choose from around the area, though.

“Outdated”

Had to stay here for one night after flight cancellations, paid a lot for a very tired old room. Fridge was loud and woke me up several times overnight, plus the bathroom fan would not switch off. No Sky TV which was odd for a high calibre hotel brand. Expected much more for the price paid.

“Scenic Stay in Queenstown”

I had a three-night stay while I was in Queenstown. The hotel has a good location and scenic views near the water body, making it a great choice for visitors. There are plenty of good places to eat and shop nearby, which adds to the convenience. The staff seemed busy but were quite polite and tried their best to assist with any queries we had. One of the highlights was the free spa, which you can book for 30 minutes every day – the experience was quite good. The heater in the room was warm, making it a cozy place to rest. While it can be quite expensive to stay in Queenstown, the service was still quite good. They have a concierge to help you plan your trip if you need ideas, and a 24/7 service desk that could assist with any problems during your stay here.

“exploring Queenstown”

We stayed here for a few days at the beginning of our road trip around the South Island. A great location to explore Queenstown from, right on the water. Our room was on the ground floor looking out at vegetation, but we didn’t spend enough time in our room, to miss having a view. Helpful Staff, comfortable beds, we had a great stay.

The hotel is situated just in the center of tourism and shoping area, and aling side of beautiful Wakatipu lake. Any tourist attractions are available in the hotel and also nearby shopping and dining areas. Staff are very friendly and you can also book car in the hotel for your daily use
