The hotel staff treated my friend like a prostitute. My friend paid the regular price and checked in properly, but the hotel staff refused to let my friend in. My friend showed her ID and room card, but she was disappointed and sad. I will never use this hotel again.

“渋滞以外は最高に便利”

“11,000円の5つ星ホテル”
まず浴槽のお湯が出ない。浴槽にお湯を溜めようとするとシャワーの水が漏れる。 シャワー室のお湯が出たり出なかったり。 Wi-Fiは故障、直すからと言われて自分が言った指定時間に来ない。 ウェークアップコールは1時間時間がズレる。 トイレは水を流したあと水がでっぱなしになっている。 昨年泊まった際にはすごくいいホテルだと感じていましたが経営者が変わったのではないかというくらいひどくなっていました。 しかしこれはもしかしたらヤンゴンの他のホテルも同じような感じになっているのではないかと感じました。停電はしょっちゅう。お客はいない。これはホテルというよりも国家が問題のように思いました。これではいいサービスはできないと思います。

長期滞在しましたが、部屋がタバコ臭く、禁煙のはずですが、前に宿泊した人が部屋で喫煙したのでしょう。。(因みにスタッフも臭いと認めてます)。部屋の変更をお願いしても受け入れてもえず、空気清浄機を用意されましたが、度重なる停電でその都度、電源ががOFFになり、邪魔なだけで全く機能しませんでした。スタッフも一度自身で使ってみればわかると思いますが、滞在中ずっと不快でもう二度と泊らないです。最悪。
