수영장 수질이 매우 더러워요 어떻게 관리를 하는건지 물속에 온갖것들이 다 떠다니고 물속도 뿌얘서 안보입니다....정말......수영장 물 너무 하네요

“Vacaciones familiares ”
Fuimos por unas vacaciones y a una boda destino en Cancún…. Por el precio el servicio fue bastante malo. Hubo dos días que no hicieron el aseo del cuarto y tuvimos que llamar varias veces para que lo hicieran. Los restaurantes podrían mejorar su variedad y cocina…. La hacen 1000% para gringo. El de comida mexicana sin salsas ni chile…. Desafortunadamente como el gringo paga muy buena propina adicional el mejor servicio de lo llevan ellos! Es decir, el personal espera que pagues buena propina para atenderte como corresponde además del precio ya pagado! Si no hubiera sido por la boda me hubiera cambiado de hotel

“Bon hôtel all inclusive ”
L'hôtel Hilton all inclusive de Cancun est un bon hôtel,les chambres sont grandes et propres. La qualité de la nourriture est bonne. La mer n'était pas très belle à cette période (marron), le programme d'activités n'est pas très bien suivi et l'application de l'hôtel de fonctionne pas très bien.

“Good for short stay close to airport”
Rooms are big and clean. The food was of good quality but indeed all restaurants fully booked. A lot of very drunk people, the staff should stop giving drunk people more alcohol. One girl even needed to be evacuated by the staff after throwing over. Beach is wit sargassum terrible, even at the pool you can smell it. Disaster with taxis, we could book a cab for 30 euro but the bellboy said he couldn’t enter and arranged a cab which costed double and which was too small, we had to carry a suitcase on our lap.
