never booked this hotel...firstly its in hulumale and not in male. they have put whole male photo so dont disguise by image. nothing in breakfast. they going to feed you synthetic packed foods. No tea and coffee available. no bathroom basic amenities like soap, shampoo low quality services

“Close to Everything!”
Both my wife and myself did a one. Ought stay before we flew over to our resort. We decided to choose Crystal Beach because of the good review, and we were not disappointed. Close to everything as well as the beach.

“Nice hotel good staff but less lack basic amenities”
Hotel has nice location, staff, good facility of pickup and drop off, nice breakfast and only lack of basic amenities like toiletries, hand wash etc were not provided by the hotel. They allowed us to early check in, help to take taxi and gave us some informative tip. Overall it’s nice experience

Standard became very low !!! Cutting expenses from here and there!! No amenities like soap, shampoo, shower gel, no enough towels, no coffee serving during breakfast or even in rooms !!! Reception staff r still nice, helpful (as much as they can!!!) but other than Hassan & Shamrooh r so modest !!!

Pros: staffs are welcoming. Very near to beach. Basic breakfast, fresh & in good amount.They hired the taxi for us. Cons: satellite, room light wasn't working properly . No intercom service was found in the room.

“Friendly staff, clean hotel, decent rooms, nice view”
It's not a 5-star hotel but its very comfortable, with friendly staff and good view. If you are just staying in male for a couple of days to fly off to your resort, its a good choice. The neighborhood around is nice with a range of shops for eating/shopping. It's a nice, safe, clean neighborhood so you can roam around and soak in the city. Their airport transfer service was efficient and friendly. Would recommend to others.

“Not up to expectations ”
Requested for non smoking room..but got a room which smell like cigarettes..even out clothes started smelling like cigarettes after couple of hours in room. AC, refrigerator and bathroom shower was not working. Had zero bathroom amenities.

“Stayed for one night”
Nice place to spend a night if you have to catch morning flight . They do airport transportation as well. It was bF included, however we have to left without BF to catch our flight . Good

“Stay experience”
Recently booked the hotel on 30th June'22,was surprised to find no elevator in the property also it's not beach facing but in side lane. They don't provide toiletries, breakfast was fixed and no buffet.

“Holiday with my wife ”
Value of money and front desk staff are friendly. hope to have a better breakfast option and at least till 10am..( just a opinion) . Overall nice place. We have extended 2 times of this stay and will be back soon again.

“Worth the Value”
I got bumped off that's why i have tried to find a place to stay in hulhumale. i found Crystal Beach Inn which provides free return transport from airport with free breakfast. I would say total experience is good. Staff are nice and provide good service. The only thing i didn't like is when i have to wait for an hour in the airport to be picked up. after the service is arrived, have to wait another few minutes. I don't know why. But it was a good place to stay dho. It's all worth it although not so great. Thank you for accommodating me.

“Nice hotel with Minimal Facilities”
The room was nice but small, considering the 3 people's accommodation. The toilet did not have any toiletries (soap, handwash, etc.). The airport pick-up/drop-off service was mediocre. The driver was good but the AC in the car did not work. So, it was suffocating to sit in the back. The staff was good. The morning breakfast choice was very minimal. Overall, it is good for an overnight stay but not for long stays.

“Good value great location”
The rooms are simple. Bathrooms have nothing you have to bring everything like soap etc. Some things are a bit worn out like fixtures in the bathroom. Rooms with a sea view are worth it, the others are very small with small windows. Walk 30 seconds to the beach and shops are nearby

“Highly disappointed”
Requested for secured password - wasn't provided. Staff trying to assist, incapable. the room was not facing any water, facing the wall. Building is old, no facilities. no toiletries, not even a piece of soap to wash hands anywhere. Especially during covid times - completely antisanitory.

“Excellent stay!”
We stayed in Crystal Beach Inn for a night as we arrived in Maldives pretty late. It was absolutely perfect. The room was very clean and was just about 5 mins ride from the airport. The staff were amazing. All of them were friendly. We only had to wait for a while for them to fetch us from the airport. In the morning, the staff made us breakfast from scratch! It was simple but tasty. Infront of the hotel was the beach. We took our morning walk before the staff helped us to contact our next resort for our check in. Super helpful! Thank you so much. It was such a wonderful experience and service in Crystal Beach Inn.

“friendly helpful staff”
stayed in double deluxe. Friendly and polite staff at reception and kitchen. Complimentary breakfast and smooth airport transfer. Basic room and bit dark because doesn't have good window view for this room.

“not recommended”
Everything was fine and in the beginning i was happy with service and food. However, when we were logging out they asked us to pay $60 for the stain on a bedsheet and smoke smell. My husband didn’t even smoke in the room. Our flight was on time and we were waiting for the cab. But they didn’t let us go until we paid. We talked and told them that we are not happy and gonna put a bad review. But the staff didn’t listen and the manager didn’t even talk to us. Very very disappointed and donot recommend this hotel. They gonna charge you a lot of money for no reason.

We were 5 two elder of 68 years and 75 years old person who has to undergo knee replacement. We were not aware of non availability of lift. For three person 1/2 litre water per room for a day.

“Great value”
We stayed 1 night at Crystal Beach Inn between our international and domestic flights. Hotel provides free airport transfers and staffs go out of their way to make sure we get to the airport on time. Room amenities are simple (bring your own soap/shampoo), but room is clean, spacious and comfortable. Breakfast is simple but tasty. Overall it's great value for the price.

“It’s a friendly budget hotel, but take note”
The staff are very friendly and will assist with airport transfers willing to help with arrange onward travel arrangements. As this is a no frills budget hotel for short stay, it is very basic and do not have facilities like gym, pool and dining choices. Breakfast is just toast, eggs and sausage. Buy It does not have lift so be prepared to walk the stairs. Also does not have any bathroom amenities like toothbrush, toothpaste, soap, shampoo, razor, so have to bring your own. No convenience store anywhere nearby.

“Great Spot for transit or activity based plan”
The airport transfers were smooth, the staff was really helpful, in fact, I had an early flight so I had to leave for the airport at six-thirty. The breakfast starts at 7 but they made and gave it to me at 6am so this speaks volumes about the care they have. Besides, its good value for money only a towel is provided, the room is clean with a locker and small fridge and a tv and electric kettle. Good for island transfers or a person who just needs a spot to sleep.

“It’s ok”
I don’t think it deserves the high rating you see on agoda. 3 out of 5 stars at best. Rooms are big but very basic. Hot shower and aircon work fine. So good enough for 1 night stay. No lift, but the staff can help you with your luggage. Staying in another hotel while waiting for my flight out. It’s about the same price as crystal beach, but it’s much better.

“Do not refer this for stay”
They don’t provide anything just room to stay, I asked for bath soap/shower gel/handwash they don’t have anything, They just said we don’t have stock. I stayed there on 27th April and 2nd May but same issue on both of date, My reason is stay there again on 2nd may was that I have booked already and can not cancel. Their breakfast is also worst, on the name of continental they make fool of you. Just piece of bread and juice only.

“Good hotel (Limited or no Amenities)”
The hotel is very clean, but the amenities are very limited. Soap is not offered, and so is the powdered milk used for coffee. During the complementary breakfast, i asked for the omelette to be spicy, but the chef said that chilli powder is not offered. We had two rooms, and one of them didnt even work, and we asked for a room with a balcony but the balcony was so small. But, the room was very organized and clean, no stains. The shower works nicely, the mirror had some stains or was rusted, because it couldn’t get removed. But it all makes up for the beach, its very close and the wifi works near that area also, and there are many options there such as kayaking, and there is a pool surrounded with barriers, which goes very deep and is very clean. Oke problem there is shell collecting, because there are crabs in every single shell, and I advise to come from around 12 to 7, but the sun only goes down from 5, and the sun already starts rising at 5 am. But the hotel and area is very nice, and is great if you are going alone or as a family

Positive side : Hotel staff is very cooperative and accommodating. They allowed us early check in about 3 hours before the check-in time. Room and washroom were clean. A.C was good. Negatives: Room was not as shown in photos, we booked deluxe room but it didn't have any balconies, room had improper lighting and switches were not working, basic amenities such as soap and dental kits were missing, electrical kettle had a very bad smell probably wasn't cleaned.
