Bed cover, wardrobe & kettle set dusty. Plug point not user friendly, at odd location. Low Shower water flow, cracked basin glass rack with tape.

“非常に満足”
Good location . Walking distance to Segamat Sentral mall, bus station and train station. No warung nearby and zamburger stall is not open. Only branded food available such as KFC and The Chicken Rice shop. Local breakfast available at Pasar Tani nearby only on saturday morning. Only 2 TV channel . Overall hotel is clean and staff are friendly.

“Nice stay with nice breakfast”
This hotel has simple amenities, and provide nice packed breakfast. What I love about this hotel is, it is located next to Segamat Central. So if you're too lazy to drive around for food, you can just walk to the mall and buy meals there

We were here during registration for UITM. The hotel is very close to Segamat Central Shopping Mall. It was ideal as we had to buy stuff for my daughter's stay at campus UITM. It is also walking distance from the bus station and train station. Staff was also very helpful.

“Decent Stay in Segamat City”
Location : The location is pretty strategic and neat. It is located within walking distance (3mins) to the Bus Station and also just 2 mins walk from the one and only shopping complex in Segamat named One Segamat. The shopping complex is bleak and stark, but it has a nice cinema. The hotel itself is easy to find but confusing when you are trying to 'enter' the parking lot. Everyone has to pay RM 1 to enter the parking. So every time we exit and enter the hotel area which is connected to the shopping complex, we have to pay the parking fee. Reception : The recep area is a bit small but convenient. No queue can be formed in front of the table as 3 people standing in a line will make the 'lobby' quite a full house. The table is small but the area is clean enough. The guy in the table is surprisingly quiet but helpful. The process is smooth but not so quick. Room Okay, Breakfast Okay.

“Bad experience”
I have to pay everytime i enter & exit parking. Very slow water, i have to use the water from the pipe to take bath since the water not coming out from the shower. I left an important beg, but a staff called me telling i left a power bank. So i thought i left it somewhere else. Called again & asked if they found a blue beg. Then only they told me they had it. Misleading info caused me lots of time wasted.

“Aircond not working ”
Book 2 room, family & double room. The airconditioners for family room is not working well. Have to clean the filter myself and its better but still hot inside. Especially during afternoon.
