“Budget hotel”
The hotel is old. Things are worn out, but still keep an acceptable cleanliness. TV was not working during the time of stay. If you desperately need a space to stay, can consider.

“Not recommend”
The hotel can be given only one star. The room and toilet not clean. Air con not cold enough and the fan was making a hell of noise throughout the night. TV not working. The room was too small for 4 people. Out of town area and not convenient for any food or shops.

“Very Rude Receptionist ”
#A Malay Guy with long ponytail hair on duty at the receptionist counter. #he respond to customer in very impolite manner, keep Saying We are fully booked , without any patient to listen to all potential or new customer. #requested for proper invoice but he issued wrong name and not willing to help to amend. Somemore requesting us to find other hotel next time in order to save his time. He sounds like he is very hunger for Changing a new job.

“Single Bed Room”
Very dirty room with the dust everywhere, room smell like smoke, toilet also dirty with dirt at the toilet wall, no kettle and basic toiletries, a very very very bad hotel and so very not recommended.

“WORSE HOTEL SERVICE ”
The cleanliness of the hotel totally unbearable and it’s totally not worth for the price. The Aircond was not cold and toilet too dirt plus it’s super duper dusty.

Is a old building, so you can't expect too much, basic facilities (at least hot water station provided). If you are just looking for budget stay, then you can consider.

“Find other if u have options”
1) low water presure we cant even use a water heater. 2) floor is slippery made my son fell in the bathroom 3) aircond is not functioning well.

“I would prefer to get my refund ”
Location stated to be in Johor Bahru and I booked the hotel but it ended up to be elsewhere. Website did not state clearly and money was not refunded to me.

Cleanliness not maintained. Toilet couldn't flushed. Request to clean up the room the next morning but was asked if we are extending!?

“Not that satisfying”
There was leakage in my room (ceiling). I was given another room the next night of my stay. But it seems like the staff already knew the leakage issue since they direct given me the new room without checking my report eventho I invited them to check it first. The hotel management should have not provided customers with the room with such issues at the first place. The wifi too was weak. The signal showed high connection, but we were deceived. The connection was not good at all. Hotel should improve the wifi facility since the phone coverage in that area too is not that good. Customers will rely on the hotel's wifi more.

“Being cheated feeling ”
Room given is not in th Nice Stay hotel, 2 shop house away. The room is small and not clean.. No hair shampoo also.

“Quiet hotel but”
2 Hotels. 1 is Nice Stay Hotel. 1 is Oyo. Although I bok Oyo, I get the old hotel. TV all room not function. Hot shower malfunction.
