Aircon is no cold even though i switch on more than 5hr. “Antique plus Warming Hotel”
Very warming and antique feel. Available for 4-5 traveller and good for friend and family trip. Bad part, there was only has one toiler which might be not convenient if u come with a group.

few things I'm not happy with: 1. I need to pay my own parking as there is no reservation for this boutique inn. 2. with this price i should have go for bigger hotel nearby. 3. no wardrobe and no the room is so basic.

“Ohana Homestay”
First when we got into the unit, there was some unpleasant smell as if the unit was unoccupied for some time. Then the floor full of debris as result from the renovation was done next door of the unit. We got to swept the floor though the staff came and took over later. The ants present near the sink and need to sprayed with insect repellent. The water heater host was made of metal which was unsafe. I've informed the owner to fix the hose..So, we got to took cold water for shower.

“Not a good experience”
The booked room with water pipe issue, relocated, but with mosquitoes infested in the room. 2nd night, the room was near to a club the music noise lasted till mid night.

Regarding the water supply, we discovered that another guest had accidentally turned off the main water pipe. We regret not noticing it sooner, but once you informed us, we immediately arranged a room change. As for the mosquitoes, the room you stayed in is a garden room, and to prevent them from entering, we kindly remind guests to keep the door closed when not in use. We also provide mosquito repellents in the room to help with this. Regarding the noise from the nearby club, we understand how this could be disruptive. Unfortunately, we do not have control over the noise levels as they have a permit to operate. Our homestay is located in the lively Jonker area, where such sounds are common, especially on weekends. Room amenities missing fridge. If have fridge even better. The room was pricey due to the area close to the tourist attraction. Parking quiet hard coz u got to park by the roadside and the road is narrow. But it was fun to stay as we move by grab n we walk to nearby restaurant and enjoy food near the river.

15min walk to Jonker Street, room is clean. Carpark was based on first come first serve which is beside the roadside and is narrow, so driving a big car is hard to park at the roadside.

“Amazing stay in Melaka”
My stay at this Melaka hotel was wonderful! It’s conveniently located near the Main Street, the bath room was spotless, and I absolutely adored the heritage decoration in the room. The owner was super helpful too. I’ll definitely be coming back for another stay! Thanks!

“Close vicinity ”
Everything is good. Staff is friendly. Close vicinity to Melaka attraction, can just park your car at the side of the road (near hotel) and explore around. The staff will also make sure the parking is paid so you don’t have to worry about getting a ticket here. 👍🏼

“Good location, good value”
A decent boutique hotel located on a small street at the centre of the historic city of Melaka. Major attractions within walking distance such as Jonker St, A Farmosa, Kg Jawa bridge, Melaka river, museums etc. Stayed at Room no. 2 on the ground floor, room is basic but clean. Pillows are a slightly thin but the bed is comfy. There is no parking so you will have to park on the street (pay with coupons) or at car parks further away. It’s good value for those who just want a place to sleep and don’t mind basic amenities.

“Totally in love. ”
The place was so great, i wish i could stay longer. The room was clean, great interior but about booking details not so much. Be careful what type of room you book. I once book a room with shared bathroom, not so comfortable, so i have to pay extra to get private bathroom. Overall great.

“A hotel for those who dont drive”
This is one of the better budget hotel with a difference. Fairly new hotel with heritage decor. Its a walk up to the first floor. Suitable only for those strong enough to climb stairs. This was not stated in the description. Wonder what will happen if there are handicap guest or elderly guest too weak to climb up the steep stairways after they check in. Another critical disadvantage is there is no hotel car park. How can this important basic requirement be ignored is beyond comprehension. So its not suitable for guests who drive. For those who dont drive and are not old or not physically handicap, this hotel is good for you. The location is walking distance to Jonker Street which is the main attraction spot of Malacca tourism.

Everything is okay except the room isnt that soundproof. I stayed at deluxe room no.2. Situated at the groundfloor. So at night i can hear people who stay at the upperfloor walking around. Other than that, i dont really have any complaints.
