Cheapest option by far in Kuantan. Don't expect much but if Ur used to staying in cheap hostels this is fine.

“Not looked after”
Stains all over the mattress, bathrooms exceptionally dirty, didn’t feel clean coming out the shower. As good as the price is, I don’t recommend it

“Cannot sleep at night”
The location is near the main road, so you will keep hearing the noise of transport at night, thus distract you from sleeping until around 2-4 am. A bit challenges for Muslim woman since the dorm is shared with female from all around the world (mostly foreigners). Almost less to no privacy, sometimes the door is left open and people from outside (include male) can see inside the female dorm. Facility is okay, have pantry and shared bathroom.

I turn up to the hotel but found the door was closed. Try to contact by phone and email but no response. End up i couldnt check in that day but still need to pay for cancellation

Please be careful with this place full of bed bugs toilets water need to use pumb to have water have one guy from kelantan always distrib guests with open lights during nights and open loud phone don't recommend

“Not satisfactory ”
I don't know why they call it a hostel. There is no proper toilet facilities. That's the worst thing about this. The pillows were horrible. Plug point very high no table to keep the phone. The reception Lady was polite, respectful and helpful. The reception Lady was polite and respectful.

Need to shoe off of the backpacker. Its okay... But, toilet area is so dirty.. Water flow up while showering. Bad experience.. A BIG NO for me ! ! Hope n wish them can upgrade it.. Cheers ~

“Barely acceptable ”
As a welcome we’ve got handed a towel, bedsheets and Blankets in order to make up our bed(s) plus a keycard for this location. NO tp but drinking water provided. Very Minimal housekeeping and suitable for short stay only. Communal kitchen area and 2 hot showers. Convenient location to night market(s), money changer downstairs, and 7-11 next door.

“Felt like being Scam”
I reached around 4am. Just planned to stay/sleep for couple of hours before check out. Called the owner as well as check in counter for check nearly 50 times but not even answer. Keep puahing the bell as per instruction for 1 hour but no body open the door. End up not even check in after wait until 545am at the front door although already full paid. No sorry and phone call backed by the owner. My first and the only worst experiences with backpackers hostel.

“In need of repair”
Very steep steps with no hand rail. Hard to climb with backpack on. Broken for handle, broken mirror and broken window shades let's in lots of light at night. Pillow lumpy and uncomfortable
