私の家族はここで素晴らしい週末を過ごしました。部屋は広くて素敵に装飾されていました。ヒーター、電子レンジ、アイロン、食器用洗剤、冷蔵庫、モップが備え付けられていました。ただ、以前に泊まった部屋のようにしっかりとした設備が整っていればよかったと思います。セジャダ、追加の毛布、マットレスが用意されていました。また、レイアウトも少し広々としています。前の部屋のソファの方が洗練されていて快適でした。ただ洗濯スペースへのドアが少し変です。ドアノブが正しく取り付けられていないと思います。ロックが外側にあるので、人が簡単に侵入できてしまいます。私の意見ですが。全体的には、私の家族はとても幸せで満足しています。

“The house got many issues”
Firstly when we going in, the door got some issue as the latch is stucked inside. Then the sofa is old and spoiled already you can feel the wood and spring. Smart TV all cannot use the apps. Aircond in one of the room is leaking badly. Will not choose this room again

Check in process was very smooth. parking is very close to the property. The owner really assist a lot even though we only communicate via phone. Definitely will stay here again should I come to Kuantan in the future

I am a repeated customers of this place. Really loved the sea view and the spacious surrounding. The only set back is the room is kind of ill equipped with lack of utensils in the pantry and faulty bulbs. On the bright side the support staff are helpful and quick to respond.

Travel 7 hours to Kuantan. Found out that the current having short circuit. You can't have 3 air-cond, 2 water heater, fridge, and TV switch on at the same time. The maximum you can only have 1 air-cond, 2 fan, and 1 heater at one time. Glex ask us to check the DB Box (12:30 midnight) and ask us to get another hotel at that point of time. They promised will make FULL REFUND on 1st April. Today is 24th April, Both Agoda and Glex are still kicking the ball and never get to the conclusion. Agoda claimed that Glex did not reply their email. Glex claimed that they did not receive email from Agoda. I am not sure how many episode until the end of the story. Both Agoda & Glex Bad Customer Service Lazy Staff Irresponsible Staff Insufficient manpower Liar Bad problem solving skill

1. Check in at 3pm, check out at 11am. 2. No shampoo just shower gel 3. Suis lampu balkoni tak function 4. Pinggan 1, mangkuk 2, cawan 2 5. Electric stove ada, tapi periuk takde 6. Only normal channel for television (some host put smart tv and some of them put Netflix acc also) 7. Blanket has little stain 8. Kerusi dkt balkoni koyak tengah 9. Kotor dekat pemegang kitchen cabinet. Ada hitam, not sure tahi lipas atau apa. 10. Door lock pakai yg digital tapi belah dalam takde secure lock. Not sure if they change the passkey everyday or not.

“Poor maintenance of rooms ”
Recently I stayed for 2 nights there. I was shocked. There was no towel rack in bathroom. Washroom door is not well fitted. Contacted with the property incharge and explained. He replied that he will contact with owner. We have paid for the room. As such, they should have checked the room and rectified all issues prior to renting out.

“海の景色が素晴らしいホテル”
11階のユニットで、確かに美しい景色が見え、プールと海が見えます。広々としたユニットには2つの部屋があり、各部屋にはクイーンベッドがあります。リビングルームにはソファベッドもあります。全体的に本当に素晴らしかったので、また利用したいです。 ただ、プールの警備員が訪問客に対してあまりフレンドリーではなく、プールでの禁止事項を伝える際に少し意地悪に感じました。次回はもっと親切にお願いします。 ありがとうございます。
