“Friendly staff”
The location was nice, staff was friendly and transport provided to-back the Jati (travel package brought from the hotel counter). However, the hotel facilities are required maintenance for travels better experience.

Location and price wise are convenience and cheap. The surrounding also good. Breakfast menu can still be improved.

“Good family room”
Really enjoyed our stay here. The staff were very very helpful and drove us to a restaurant when we arrived late in the evening with small kids. They also drove us with our luggage to the bus station when we were leaving. They will arrange excursions for you too.

“Great stay in this small town”
Nice big room to relax in between your national park adventures. The pool is small but was nice to relax beside when we were home. Basic breakfast with a mix of local and western food, plus kind staff

“Needs TLC”
More of a motel than a resort. The rooms are simple and plain. The property might once have been nice but is now run-down, with outdoor common areas essentially unusable because of decay. The pool is tiny and wedged between rows of motel-style rooms. It was empty when we were there but even if it had been full I doubt we’d have used it because of the lack of shade and ambience. With upkeep the resort could be nice, but as-is it’s nothing to write home about.

“XCAPE RESORT - not good”
We had 3 rooms booked here. The rooms were a good size and clean enough. One of the rooms had a faulty kettle and tge other room the toilet was nit filling up. We reported this to receptiion, but nothing was done, in fact i ended up fixing the toilet flush as it was in my daugters room. Alsobthe rooms were not made up the next day. Evening dinner not available and was only there for people on a package deal. This is crazt, as therr is very limited places around there to eat. We also got charged tax even though our booking said that tax was included. I wouldn't recommend this place to stay.

Decent room, worth for money, less than 5 minutes to jetty taman negara, few selection of breakfast n for 3 young kids you may book superior tripple room n just, 3 adults brrakfast covered so you just need to add on for 2 kids

“Xcape resort”
We booked 3 rooms iver 2 night,. The rooms were big, and simple. My daughter roon the toilet wasnt flushing, told reception about it , but no one came to fix it. I managed to fix it myseld in the end. In the other room, kettle wasnt working,repeorted it , again nothing done , so we had to physically demand a replacement at reception. When we return from are outing, around 7pm, found that none of our rooms had been made up. Also they don't serve food to guest who are not on a pa kage deal.

“Good place with the value”
With the value that i've paid, it is fair and reasonable. the only thing is the room dont have TV (good for rest time) and no internet coverage. Others are great including meals and staff.

“Disappointed”
We saw on the site that there was a pool and wifi in all of the rooms. Unfortunate, when we arrived we heard there was no pool. This was only at their old location. And the wifi was only at the lobby. The staff was very friendly but couldn’t do anything about the situation. The room was okay. We needed to ask for towels and a toiletpaper for ourselve because it wasn’t availble in the room. The room was clean but their were soap marks from the previous visitors. For the two nights we stayed it was okay, but wouldn’t recommend it.

“Bad Bad Bad”
Advice not to book. The pool is not longer available. Service is not good. Rooms dirty. Never cleans towels. You can get it when you ask. Only good thing is the transport to the center.

“Poor Housekeeping & service.”
Arrived at Xcape at 2.30pm after being in the jungle for 3 nights. Not able to get rooms till 4pm. Reception was apologetic except to give excuse that there were many guests. At breakfast, there were no pepper, soy sauce and chilli sauces to eat with eggs.

“Great but 20 years ago ! ”
Xcape Resort used to be a resort we guess but in 2022 it s not à resort anymore Unfortunately no services no staff The hotel stay blocked in 2000´s Rooms are totally unsanitary You booked for a pool, Forget it, there is no pool anymore The price is expensive for prestation Not recommanded !!! One good point maybe : breakfast buffet

The place was very basic, big enough for 2pax. The toilet cleanliness can be improved. The place also provide camp activities. The place is quite far frm others. Luckily there was a small container shop nearby for dinner. And their food were awesome.

“5 minutes walk to town”
Our family enjoyed our stay at Xcape Resort. A short walk to town and about a 15 minute walk & short boat ride to the National Park entry. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was plentiful. Even though our shower head was cracked, it still worked ok. We would stay again.

“Good Service and Clean”
We enjoyed our two night stay at Xcape. It is about a 5 minute walk from KT town and a 15 minute up and down hill walk from the ferry across to TN entrance but it is quieter and good value. For our family of 5 we had to book a triple and a double but requested rooms next to each other and they gave us rooms with adjoining doors which was perfect. One room had a broken shower head and the breakfast was of great quantity but basic quality. But we would stay here again.

“Basic stay overnight”
Dont expect too much staying in this hotel. No facilities that the hotel provide. Toilet looks old with spider webs here and there. Good thing they do provide hot water. No tv in the room so basically you will only rest in the room playing with your own gadgets. Foods wise are not so much choices and utensils are not clean. The dining area are not really well clean up as well. Overall i am happy with my stay cause all staffs are helpful and well assist. Also they dont provide hair dryer, luckily i managed to borrow from the reception counter.
