まず最初に、到着時にはとても忙しい中、美しい笑顔で迎えられ、良い雰囲気を感じました。 ここでの文化に関する人種差別的なコメントが理解できません。マレーシアは非常に素晴らしい文化のミックスで、それがとても特別で美しいのです。 フロントデスクで一生懸命働いていたダナジェはとても助けてくれました。数日前に足首を骨折し、車椅子を使わなければならなかったのですが（スロープはありますが、本当に車椅子には適していなく、傾斜が非常に急でした）、なんとか対処できました。 ここにいる人々はとても親切で、常に対応してくれます。 最初は1階の部屋（107号室）を持っていて、冷蔵庫もなく、窓は色が付いていて外が見えず、テレビもつながっていませんでした…部屋の変更をお願いしましたが、満室だったので翌日まで待ちました…何度も電話をかけて（リマインダーとして）6階の部屋（603号室）に変更してもらいましたが、素晴らしかったです！清潔で、エアコンもよく効いていましたが、テレビの接続はまだありませんでしたが、それでも大丈夫でした。壊れた足首で眺めのない部屋にいるのは落ち込んでいたでしょう。 ここに7日間滞在する予定で、病院も近く（フォローアップのため）すべてが近くにあります（チャイナタウン、ペトロナスツインタワー…食べ物、たくさんの食べ物、セブンイレブン）。 予算ホテルとしては本当に良いです！部屋からの眺めはこちらです！私たちは完全にお勧めし、そこで働いている全チームが給料のアップグレードを受け、良い仕事を続けてくれることを願っています！ ありがとうございました、またお会いしましょう！

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

the hotel area is nearby chinatown point and any other tourist spots i can recommend this hotel and the staff is so accommodating.money wise its good. The only thing that i dont like is our pillows is so smelly they should always check the smell of the room and the uses of the pillow. not hygienic.

“Unpleasant stay and rude staff”
The staff was extremely rude. They weren't helpful at all. We had booked a triple room which was a scam. They have cramped a small bed in a small place. The rooms were stinky. The windows couldn't be opened as their another building just adjoining it. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

The location is near chinatown so plenty of food to choose. The staff is not very helpfull. I ask for toilet paper and for 1 hour there is no response. The facility is very very basic. TV channel.is only 3 channel.

“Terrible Stay and Rude Staff”
The staff is not at all cooperative and they are very rude. The rooms are not of the size displayed on the website. We had taken a family room and the room had one extra single bed attached with the queen bed. The rooms are too small and cramped. When raised a concern at the reception the receptionist replied rudely.

“Room facilities”
The TV setting was either inappropriately or had been tampered. There was only 4 channels avaliable which is rather strange for a 3 star hotel with an international sounding name. Since I am not really big fan TV programs, I don't care and instead watch programs on my mobile devices.

I would not recommend this place for students or families. Pathetic food! reviews prior booking what we checked seems to be all paid reviews . Rooms are not great. I did a early check-in for that I was charged 100 riggits for just few hours that too for a corner un space room.

Book a superior room and they are neat. Standard rooms are too small and you can't move around. Feels like a matchbox. Manager was kind to upgrade our room for a reasonable price when we complained.

Hotel location is situated next to a kovil, so if you wish to sleep in a bit, late forget it because the noise will wake you up, The breakfast is mainly indian and only two or 3 options available, staff is not very polite and does not pay attention, understand its a budget hotel but still there are better ones for this value

“KLSCM One day stay”
The hotel location close the Dataran Merdeka with walking distance. Close walk distance to Pudu for Food Hunting. The bed is comfort & the air con is cool. Check in process abit slow & parking is a challenge.

The location is very good. The hotel is in a walking distance to Chinatown, Central Market, Bukit Bintang. The Pudu Sentral station is close by, facilitating access to LRT. However, the hotel itself doesnt offer too many facilities, breakfast is passable and rooms are small.

I was there early around 12pm, no early check in so walked to Petaling Street to had lunch. Came back around 2:15 pm, room did not have air condition, temperature switch broken hanging there, went to reception to request another room, I was so tired and sweated, refused to give me another room, I paid extra for Luxury with Queen bed but no extra service, asked me to go back to the room wait for half an hour for maintenance guy to repair. I did not leave, no way I can stay in a hot room. Waited 10 mins the guy went up to my room, took him almost half hour to fixed and still no AC, have to wait for awhile to cool up but only fan on, he left. Later I found out the proper way to turn on AC. Bathroom basin water drain very slow, i have compalined but not able to fixed。 Clothes hanger only 1 there, missed other 3 and no one get back to me.

Emailed the hotel with photos of aircon leaking, bitten by bed bugs, bugs in the room, flies in the room, sink unable to drain, hair all over the bathroom and under the covers. But there was no reply.
