“totally worth the price! ”
I stayed for 2 nights and arrived early at 5 AM. I couldn’t check in early because the hotel was fully booked, but the staff kindly allowed me to rest on the sofa. I felt safe—thank you! The lobby facilities were excellent. there is a water dispenser, comfy sofas to rest on, and access to the toilet. The staff were very nice—thanks a lot! As a Muslim, I appreciated that the hotel was close to a mosque, and I was able to pray Fajr there (I think the staff would have let me pray in the lobby too since they also pray there, but I was too shy to ask, hehe). I believe the hotel is Muslim-owned because they provided a prayer mat in the room, which was very thoughtful. For the room, no deposit was needed—just a tourist tax of RM10 per night. I booked a Standard Queen room for RM105/night and shared it with a friend, so it was quite affordable. The room was small and didn’t have a window, but I still think it was worth the price. I could pray inside comfortably, and we didn’t spend much time in the room anyway. There's also an iron available in front of the lift on my floor. The area around the hotel is great—lots of restaurants, a café right in front, and a 7-Eleven nearby. It’s within walking distance (about 500m) to Pavilion, Lot 10, and Fahrenheit (also TRX, though I didn’t go there). Just a heads-up: the road is a bit uphill 😬. I usually took the MRT from Bukit Bintang rather than TRX 😅, but if you're going to KLIA, it’s cheaper to take the MRT from TRX to Putrajaya Sentral, then transfer to the KLIA Transit—only RM13 total! Totally worth it!

“Near to TRX but not recommend to light sleeper ”
Pros: Advance check-in at 11am available, near TRX & lots of restaurant around hotel, friendly staff. Cons: (1) Super Not recommended for light sleepers due to BAD room soundproof because an India guy same floor with me keep talking loudly in the room few hours even I have raised my tone to notify him that it was late night 11:40pm. I have put on my EAR PLUG, but I still can hear him clearly. Could you imagine how bad the soundproof is??? (2) No hair dryer in the room, probably can request at counter but I’m too tired to request. (3) Not using hotel towel cos it appears faded. (4) Hotel door lock bolt was removed & left with the swing only, for me a solo female truly felt unsaved.

The location nearest between TRX mall and Pavillion Mall. I stayed there twice. the second time got room is bigger than before..

“Strategic location and value for money”
Such a strategic location with all the necessary amenities you need. As long as you set your expectations correctly, this is truly value for money. Walking distance (5-10 minutes) to all the malls around with many dining options. Really quiet even though in the center of the city. No Astro but WiFi is super.

“ so much stain on bed”
Staff is good, paid RM40 for 4 hours early checkin, normal checkin time is 14:00pm, location is strategic, walking distance to pavillion, but the bed is so dirty, so many yellow stain on bed, hairdryer is available upok request. affordable price.

“Poor facilities and unfriendly staff”
The bad hotel i ever stayed in KL, poor facilities and the towel was dirty. They provided only 2 towels in the bed room since i booked is a family room which is for 3 adults, i requested to add one more towel but the staff said the towel was finish. I don't mind if they can say sorry with sincere but they no do that. The receptionist and staff are very unfriendly.

if stay a night is okie. the smelly trash of shop when we want go to take car at behind de hotel. the died rats at the road.. if stay a night okie.. n is convenience to go trx, times square n pavillion.

“これは素敵ですが小さなホテルです。”
部屋はかなり小さいですが、設備が整っており、スタッフは親切でフレンドリーです。飲み水を補充できる、とても快適な座席エリアがあります。ただし、パビリオンやジャランアローからはあまり近くありませんが、周囲には便利な店舗や地元のレストランがあります。
