Cleanliness and maintenance are more than I expected.Very spacious and comfortable, especially a bathtub is a bonus!! There is a washing machine , microwave, smart TV etc.. The location is not bad, but plenty more could be done to improve. This place is pricey - and so you can get other accommodation with a lesser cost and better facilities. The host was responsive with their staff, but I don't think they have stayed in the apartment to know what works and what doesn't. 1. There are issues with master bedroom - water leaking out from shower towards the toilet - wet/water everywhere 2. Questionnable towel quality 3. Old plastic kettle 4. Main kitchen sink and cupboard is so awkwardly built that you can't wash or do much while standing. 5. Another bathroom hook is poorly placed. 6. the apartment isn't insulated - so you hear everything - I mean all sorts of noises 7. There is only 1 couch in the apartment for 4 people?? Really?? Not worth the money we spent !!

“Stay away from Dorsett Residence!”
I recently stayed here and that left much to be desired, especially regarding safety and customer care. My husband suffered a serious injury when his skin was cut off by a sharp edge inside the swimming pool. The cut was deep and required immediate attention, but the staff's response was inadequate. They struggled to communicate in English, which delayed us in getting necessary assistance, forcing us to wait for the supervisor to deliver a first aid kit. To make matters worse, they didn’t escort us to the nearest clinic or even call for medical help, despite the severity of the injury. Even after the incident, the pool remained open for public use, with children still playing nearby, which raises concerns about whether my husband was the first victim of this hazard. It's troubling to think that there may have been prior incidents, and the hotel appears indifferent to the safety of its guests. Our entire travel plan was disrupted, and while they covered medical expenses, that hardly compensates for the distress and inconvenience we experienced. Additionally, the facilities were lacking – the lobby and hallways had no air conditioning, and our room smelled strongly of mouldy pipes, making the environment less than pleasant. For anyone considering a stay at this hotel, I strongly advise against it. The lack of concern for guest safety and comfort is alarming, and it’s clear that they prioritize profits over the well-being of their visitors. Save yourself the trouble and choose a place that values your health and provides a clean, safe environment.

The safety and well-being of our guests is of utmost importance to us, and we truly regret the distress this caused. We would like to clarify that our Head of Security, who is trained in first aid and safety protocols, responded immediately to provide first aid and stop the bleeding before you proceeded to the clinic. Our team also assisted in arranging transportation via Grab to the nearest clinic, as ambulance services typically do not respond to such cases unless they are life-threatening. In response to the incident, both our hotel team and the building management took immediate action. We contacted the pool contractor for a full inspection and, while we do not have authority to close the entire pool without formal permission, the specific area involved was promptly cordoned off to prevent further risk. “部屋が大きくて便利なロケーション”
ブギッビンタンのパビリオンまで徒歩5分の立地です。空調が効いた高架橋を通ればKLCCまでも徒歩圏内なので、とても便利でした。お部屋に洗濯機も付いているので帰国前に洗濯ができてよかったです。また利用したいと思います。
