Great Bathroom but overall pretty smelly and full of cracks and mould. One air-con was broken and the other hardly worked so it was uncomfortably hot. Got to share with a few roaches.

Nice room design. Cosy bed. Nice city view. Big windows. Nice concept. Had a good time. Very chill. Would suggest to add coffee, tea, sugar, creamer, sachets too as usually i visit many hotel rooms they have prepare it. Otherwise all good. Nice pool too. Thank u.

“Good For Your Bajet Hotel And Short Staycation”
My Honest review for this suite (premier room) is okaylah compare with another place but kurang best is view of the room not very nice located on 6 floor which is very lower and you will get disturbing sound from kedai mamak behind the hotel. Bathtub is licking, when you tadah the air not fill it fully. Already request to change the room but can’t accept la because the reception cakap bilik full.. Thats all

总的来说，价廉物美的。 我选择了Agoda里的D' Majestic by Premier Suite KL(原因是因为他们有前台服务)因为之前原本是订by Wided的 但有很多的负面问题。 入住的时候check in都挺快的，一开始以为他们需要收deposit RM200(via bank transfer)因为退款是需要等好几天的，后来确认好了是可以付现金（离开的时候就会退款）酒店房是1413空间很大，很干净没有蟑螂（但，我还是准备了杀虫剂）冷气有一点不冷（房间内）但客厅的就漏水但却很冷。 地点很不错，附近都是找吃的好地方…对面有酒家楼下有美食中心，去KLCC搭Grab也挺方便的，因为价格不贵所以都会给点小费。停车费虽然自付，但一天也才RM5.30。不会特别贵。

“Worst Stay! ”
Our family stay here for 4 nights and the room condition is really bad. There are baby cockroaches crawling around the room. We told the front staff and even though they did room cleaning, the problem still persists. The front staff even left a bottle of Baygon for us to spray on the cockroaches. My kids got very bad bites on the legs. The toilet shower head also leaking and the toilet sink water also get stuck. Extremely poor room condition. We changed room eventually. will never stay in this hotel again! Extremely horrible!!!

“Stealing the roomdeposit”
I was checking out at 8:30 I went down at 8 o'clock as that's the time I was told the reception would be open. I waited until 8:30 and still no receptionist. I had to leave as I had a plane to catch. No receptionist at 8:40 so could not get my deposit back or hand over the key card. After text messaging, I get the impression that they prefer to steal the deposit because it's quite easy to replace the key card. Will never recommend this establishment. Clearly run by a bunch of crooks.

Found 2 dead cockroach in the shower room when we first check in... and midnight come out again anothrt 2 cockcroach in the shower room... and 1 walking around in our room... Room cleaniness need to be improve as well, the floor is sticky like no mop, have to wear slipper

It is ridiculous I need to check out at 7am for my flight but no staff at all for my check out. They start work at 8am and they collect Rm 200 for deposit….. but when I want to take back my deposit I have to wait until 8am for the staff…. Pls avoid this place at all costs.

I think all the rooms should have to upgrade or renovate! The room I stayed in the first night got a lot of cockroaches! My husband catches more than 5 in an hour😰 and the toilet was so smelly! The next day I requested to change a clean room! The new room shower facility……….. the water 🚿 was very small … the 📺 tv switch on for 5 minutes then auto shut down and can’t be switch on again.🥲 conclusion is the hotel was too old … its need to be upgrade in their facilities and rooms ! Cockroach should not appear in the hotel rooms ⚠️‼️

“THE ROOM STINK!”
They put the bed beside toilet, however the toilet stink. Already told the management, they said the smells come from drain pipe. Not repair yet. How can we sleep? Should rearrange the room. About check out, i already inform night shift receptionist that i’ll be check out late around 2pm. But sharp @ 12pm the housekeeping keep knocked my door like they want to destroy the door. I check out at 12:20pm n has been charged for rm50. some1 also that handle my room thru ws keep chat me. U shud communicate with ur staff, why i need to tell anyone that i’ll be out late. I come for holiday n need to rest. Not 24/7 replying chat n on my phone. A guard at swimming also not friendly at all! Terrified

“Nice pool and budget friendly restaurant”
The property offers very good pool at 20th floor and restaurant also offers good food (subjective) However my room is facing the foodcourts near by which doesn't have much of the views to enjoy. Better ask the property to allocate rooms facing the twin towers if available. The rooftop pool at the night looks stunning to capture some good photos

ホストからスタッフ、さらには警備員までとても歓迎され、親切でした。長旅の後に無料のアップグレードを受け取れたのは非常にありがたかったです。 部屋は広く、ベッドは快適でした。アップグレードしたホットタブを利用しましたが、とても良かったです。ホットタブのシャワーヘッドが少し漏れていましたが、簡単に修理できる問題で、特に気になりませんでした。 屋上のカフェはハイライトで、KLCCの景色が素晴らしく、料理も素晴らしく、手頃な価格で美味しかったです。 ぜひ滞在をお勧めします。
