“Average accommodation ”
No fridge, no regular house keeping for long term stay. One of the Bathroom bulb not working. No mirror in room there is one in bathroom but after shower it gets moist n u have to wipe regularly. Staff are friendly. Understands your request. Please keep ac at reception. In summer without ac at reception is going to be horrible. Overall a pleasant stay. Please work on above issues.

“Good place to stay”
stayed here for 1 night. Pros my room was perfect for solo traveller. eventho the street is loud, inside the room is respectably quiet. there is water dispenser at the lobby where you can refill your bottle. can get cold or hot water. Cons If you expect any toothpaste or toothbrush, it is not provided. The location is quite far from KL sentral. if public transport is your main way of transportation, try to find a closer place to KL Sentral. Right in the middle of the busy area, so it is quite loud.

“A decent place to stay ”
My experience here is just average About 10 mins walking from the nearest LRT/ MRT. The staffs are friendly and helpful though. There are some points could be improved: 1. Would love to have a notice before hand since the hotel does not supply the amenities (tooth brush, comb,..) 2. The hot water system was broken during my stay. I did not receive any information until I asked the staff. Still did not fixed at the moment I check out. 3. The towels and bedding stuffs are not so clean. There are visible yellow dots and dirty marks. Overall, a decent place if you do not mind the things that I have mentioned above.

“Hotel Alia”
Overall, it is quite good for the price. It is recommended that you provide 3 in 1 sachets and mineral water bottles, not to forget the hangers. The only problem is to find Muslim restaurants there since it is in Little India, Brickfields area.

“It doesn't look like in the picture ”
Anyone who wanna stay and wanna spend outside all the time then this hotel is for you.Don't expect good TV channels only have malay channels the one chinese channel.There is no Tamil channel at all.No tooth brush,no separate shampoo for body and hair they have all in one.So guest if you wanna stay here bring your own tooth brush and paste,own shampoo and soap own good mineral water even they have water dispenser at your own risk if you get sore throat,one room got one cup only supposed need 2 cups,room very smelly like maggi curry and dirty as well,the hotel iron is worst the wire is tangle and break watch out anytime someone gonna get electecuted just became .Now the good side is the air con is ok,hot shower is ok,got lif as well,got kettle,bathroom is good and big as well.

The cleanliness is bad as the towels provided were dirty and had presence of pubic hair. The toilet bowl was dirty as well. And when informed to staff, the staff was not bothered and just said it would be replaced my room service.

It's located in a convenient location close to KL Sentral with all the basic amnesties. However it's bit difficult to find the place ad there is no visible name board
