“No water, arrangement bad,dirty,”

I book 3room but they arrange our room too far for each other. Room at cempaka room no water and the room very dirty with dush not good for my 2year son. And room at second floor cabin sea view water very slow. Food overall is good and price reasonable.

Suddenly Electricty is break down two times and also no water to bath on morning. Also on need wake up early to adjust your parking car because they have a pasar pagi in the resort compound.

i was so surprised due to the rate of cleanliness of the resort. I really hope the management could do something with the serious issue with trash management. Location is very good. you can enjoy a riverside infront of your room. Same goes with dining thing. The room cleanliness also need to improve. This resort could be a perfect place for vacation so dear manager. Please.

positive.. the seafood is great. you can feel the riverside, eating on top of floating restaurant. the room is new, simple and nice friendly staff. but on the negative side, the room is badly manage. our bed-sheet is torn. the heater in the bathroom smells like smoke after a while. and the thing that i hate, there is too many ants in the room. red and black.

My stay is excellent. The location is nearby a river, what a new experience. Have to prepare deposit for about RM50. No wifi provided. Large parking area. The bedroom & toilet is clean. Also have floating restaurant in the same resort. The food price is reasonable & the dine is good. Easy to find if you are from Kota Bharu. Just heading your way to Bachok & you will find the hotel on your left after 15km drive. Very good chalet & recommended.

The conditions of the hotel are bed. Not well managed. Air condition not functioning. Old look chalet.

“Spacious Room, Deplorable Facilities”

The new Family Deluxe room was spacious with 2 bathrooms, 1 king size bed & 3 single beds (air con & 2 wall fans). Only one shower had hot water & sink water just a trickle. 2 towels provided for 5 persons and no toilet rolls. Wardrobe drawer full of cockroach droppings and stank!!! Spoke to the Asst. Manager and he looked at me blankly and did not offer an apology or to clean up. Family wanted to stay an extra night so we had to change rooms to Chalet No.3 which also had the same problem with one bathroom shower. Informed person in-charge and tried to fix the shower but could not be fixed. Plumber came the next afternoon and still could not fix after 3 hours. One toilet was stuck after being used and could not flushed out....was cleared the next day. No cleaning of room done. Inconvenienced and marred our stay as this could have been a great stay for the kids.

Valuable for money. Really recommended for those who love riverside view & fishing. They provided fishing equipment FOC to their customer. Really quite place.

We check in quite late. Got my car stuck in the sand. The staff are really helpful to provide assistance to free my car. Accommodation wise are acceptable due to fact we only spent only for the night.

The room was simple, enough for a short stay. It is just beside the river, so the restaurant serves fresh food and had appeared in JJCM show. Quiet surrounding and not that far from Kota Bharu and also closed to the airport.

In general it was a pleasent and comfortable stay. But the major drawback is the tap water which has a very strong smell of "rust".

Tidur di bilik kabin, di tepi sungai sungguh mendamaikan dan takkan dilupakan sampai bila2. Oh ya pada hari sabtu sebelah pagi ada pasar terapung juga. Menarik.

Cabin dari kontena amat panas pada waktu siang. Lantai berbunyi setiap kali berjalan. Lubang buangan air mandi tersumbat. Pintu belakang/exit tidak dapat dikunci. Berisiko diceroboh. Tempat yang baik untuk memancing tetapi sungai kurang ikan besar disebabkan penggunaan pukat naga yang diharamkan.

Bilik kotor dan tidak selesa. Katil senget sebelah, tidur sakit2 badan sebab katil senget dan tak rata...tandas juga tidak bersih.. dari sudut medan ikan bakar memang terbaik masakannya.. untuk menginap di sini lagi tidak mungkin bagi saya..

seperti tertipu kerana suasana adalah amat berbeza sekali daripada gambar yg ada didalam website. amat digalakkan kepada pelancong supaya membuat penyelidikan melalui pengalaman orang lain dan membaca pendapat di kotak komen kerana penilaian mereka adalah amat penting!kemudahan yg disediakan adalah amat tidak selesa:katil spring murah,lapik katil yg tidak berapa bersih,lantai berpasir,bilik air yg tidak terjaga contoh mar mar dan paip yg amat buruk,tv kecil dan lama,kawasan resort tidak terjaga (mungkin kerana harga yg kami ambil hanyajadi inilah yg kami dapat)jadi digalakkan pelancong menyewa homestay berbanding celana resort ini, yg boleh didapati dengan harga sahaja dan kemudahan yg disediakan lebih banyak dan selesa juga ruang berehat lebih besar.

Resort berdekatan sungai. Suasana agak sunyi kalau pergi waktu weekdays. Staff very helpful. Bilik ada masalah, immediately staff tukarkan yg baru. Good job!

“Vielleicht ein paar nützliche Informationen”

Vergesst die Bewertung, da wir die Pension letztlich nicht genutzt haben. Wenn man jedoch ein paar Infos übermitteln will, geht das nur mit Bewertung. Das Hotel macht nur bei Vorhandensein eines eigenen Autos Sinn, da außerhalb von Kota Bahru bzw. am Stadtrand gelegen und kaum öffentliche Verkehrsmittel existieren. Taxis nutzen die Situation gnadenlos aus. Wir sind früh am Morgen (7.00 Uhr) angekommen. Kein Personal vor Ort. Das nach und nach eintreffende Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und sehr bemüht, konnte aber nicht zuletzt wegen fehlender Sprachkenntnisse nichts mit uns anfangen. Da die "Chefin der Rezeption" auch nach mehrmaligen Telefonaten nicht erschien und auch keine gastronomischen Einrichtungen (Frühstück) geöffnet waren, habe wir unsere Reservierung storniert und sind zurück in die Stadt. Die Lage ist (mit Auto) gut und hat am Fluss viel Atmosphäre, aber eben total ab vom Schuss- eher Ausflugsgaststätte mit Übernachtung als wirklich Pension.

Prima plek.prachtig uitzicht op de rivier. Kamer is goed En aardige, behulpzame mensen. Nadeel is dat de keuken pas om 11 uur open gaat, dus geen ontbijt.

I’ve frequented this little place every year. It’s been almost a year gap since the last one, and now they’ve installed this wooden bridge on the side of the river. It’s beautiful. Not very crowded. The karaoke/speakers could be toned down a little though. You couldnt speak to anyone while dining because the speakers were too loud.
