Cool air conditioning & bedding. Agoda need to amend as I paid extra for bath tub but really disappointed as the receptionist said the hotel never got bath tub only shower available.

“Good hotel worth money spend”
This is my 3rd time stay here. This time i got no window room. Room 305. A bit disappointed cuz its smelly, toilet can smell people smoking outside and the cleaner didnt event clean the room while we were out for meeting.

“The hotel revue”
The hotel is clean with ample parking lots. Staff is friendly. Location is good, not to too far from places of interest. Will book this hotel again for the next trip to Ipoh.

“Great Stay”
The room was spacious and comfortable in it's category. Staff were helpful as I've contacted staff before stay and during stay to suit my needs. Overall, it offered great value for money with decent facilities. Parking space is sufficient during our stay but might get crowded during school holidays.

The location near the canning dim sum and new hollywood restaurant. Its quite new, my room just in front of the motel light, but ok can close the curtain. Definitely will repeat if come to ipoh

I was here in March. I enjoyed my stay very much. The hotel is clean and neat. Good for business trip. AEON is nearby. That's why I am here again without trying others.

Had a wonderful stay here as it’s really value for the money. The hotel was very clean and comfortable and definitely will stay there again when visiting ipoh next time.

What we like: the bed, the air cond, the shower and toilet, the furniture, very value for money; weekday easy to get parking What can be improved: cleanliness (too many ants), no toothbrush/paste provided, and the hotel payout (personally don't like end corner/last room)

“Excellent”
I had a great stay overall. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. There was a minor water stain visible at the bathroom shower partition, but it didn’t affect my stay at all. The highlight was definitely the staff — super friendly and helpful throughout my visit. I’d definitely consider staying here again!

“Reasonable stay”
Room is very clean with the exception of a brown stain on the duvet Check in is easy but if you want to check out in the middle of the night (we had a 5 am train to catch), you can only check out before 3. There’s no one working at reception from 3-7am

“Decent stay for a short trip”
Overall cleanliness is good and decent stay for the price paid. Our rooms do not have windows and the aircond is blowing directly to our faces when we sleep. Will recommend if you’re looking for a short stay in Ipoh

Room with King bed stay 1 nite with young kid, overall good. Room paint with white look clean, no smelly, aircond ok, good quality fixing inside room. But left over the Tealive cup inside fridge and a plastic waste inside a drawer. Housekeeping staff need to check properly before let customer check in.
