“思ったよりは良かった”
思ったよりは良かったです。ロケーションも含め。ただ、予約で含まれてた片道送迎や朝食付きがうまく伝わっておらず、いちいち説明せざるを得なかった。また、ホテルで朝食中、荷物を広げてる状態でいきなり清掃が入ってたのにはビックリ。かつて、ホテルの朝食時間帯にクリーンアップをお願いしない限り、清掃が入ったことがなかったので驚きました。それ以外はいい感じでした。送迎ドライバーは愛想悪い

“日本語が通じる可愛いホテル。場所のそこまで不便は感じません”
ちょうど旧正月のときにルアンパバーンに３泊することになり、どこもいっぱいで最初は古いゲストハウスしか予約が取れずそこにチェックインしましたが我慢できず、最終日にここに空きがあったので１泊のみ宿泊しました。 イマイチのところから移ったせいか？？すごくよく感じました。 ホテルの入り口は写真とは変わっていたので最初迷いました。 一番下のカテゴリなので部屋は小さかったですが写真通りの雰囲気でアジアンな感じ。 価格はちょっと割高な感じはしましたが旧正月だししょうがないかな。。 日本語が話せる白人の女性スタッフがいらっしゃいました。 すぐ近くにわりと新しい薬草サウナあり（閉まっていたので利用できず） 地図でみるとすごく離れたところにあるかと思いましたが、ルアンパバーン自体小さい街なのでさほど気になりませんでした。 近くのお土産やさんにレンタル自転車もあったので借りました。自転車があるとかなり便利です。

“綺麗でオシャレなホテル”
ナイトマーケットなどの中心部からは15分くらい歩く場所にありますが、とても綺麗で雰囲気のあるオシャレな部屋でした。 区画の1番はしっこにあるので、ぶらぶら散歩がてら全部見て回れるので、それはそれでアリでした。

“Great hospitality”
It was classical modern room I liked it. All stuff are really nice to us and help us a lot! Despite we only stayed 3days,but we felt so much satisfaction on this trip! 2泊3日の旅行でした。 ホテルのスタッフが本当に良くしてくれ、大満足のルアンパバーンの旅になりました。 ホテルも好きなモダンな感じのお部屋で良かったです。^ ^

“バスルームのカビが…”
川に面している。繁華街の中ではないので静か。雰囲気がよい。スタッフの対応もホテルの雰囲気もよいところですが、残念なのはバスルームがかなりカビだらけだったこと。せっかく素敵なプチホテルなので、しっかり掃除、メンテをしてもらえたら…。

“不便なような便利なような。。”
托鉢を見るのに適している。場所がわかりづらく、タクシーの運転手に地図と住所を見せたにもかかわらず、空港から迷いに迷って到着。ホテル自体は悪くはないのですが、その後のトゥクトゥクでの利用の際にも、とにかく見つけづらいホテルでした。

川側に部屋を取れれば景観が素晴らしい、 静か、どこに行くにも楽値段と比べて不満なし、新しいホテルで静か、町自体が小さい事もありますがどこに行くにも便利。 お薦めします。

“静かで落ち着いた雰囲気”
スタッフの対応、朝食のパン立地はナイトマーケットなど市内中心地から徒歩１０分くらいで夜は静かでよかった。部屋も広く、水周りもよかった。スタッフはみなフレンドリーで、朝食のパンがおいしかった。

新しく、こじんまり、綺麗。ラオス・ルアンパバーン観光/ゴルフの三泊でこのホテルを利用しました。まだ新しく綺麗です。町並みの端に位置しますが、早朝の托鉢の僧侶を見るのにはベストの場所にあります。 部屋も綺麗で、必要十分な広さで問題ありません。町の中心部へ行くのに近くでレンタサイクルを借りましたが、このホテルもそのサービスをやってくれるといいと思います。朝食はブッフェではなくワンプレートで供されますが全く必要十分と思います。現地スタッフもアットホームな感じで良いと思います。

スタッフが親切でラオスらしさが感じられた。スタッフが親切でラオスらしさが感じられた。朝食の時に別料金のフルーツをサービスしてくれたりベッドチップのお金を取らなかったりでした。朝、水筒にこおりを頼んだらちょうどホテルのこおりが無くなっていて近くに買いに行ってくれました。でも早朝で店が閉まっていたので結果的には冷たい水になりましたが本当に親切な対応だと感じました。

“気さくなスタッフでした”
朝の托鉢行列を観に行くには良いロケーションオーナーが欧米人のようで、英語が通用する。客層も欧米人がメイン。 中心部から少し離れているが、朝の托鉢行列を観に行くには良いロケーション。 新しいホテルのようで水回りも問題なく、部屋も小奇麗。 残念ながら客室ではWIFIの電波が入らない。ロビーなら電波が入る。

“清潔でお洒落なホテル”
町の端に位置するので静かでよかった部屋によって滞在快適度に差がありそう外構人経営のようで全体的にお洒落にまとめられており，それなりに気分良く滞在できる。ただし，部屋によっては窓を開けても通路を通る人から室内が丸見えで，少し落ち着かないかもしれない。部屋の設備はシャワーの湯含め十分快適。個人的にはお気に入りの寺院の近くに位置していて良かった。

“Cramped place, loud inconsiderate guests”
The hotel is mostly tailored towards Chinese tourists. Families were loud at 5am shouting across corridors. Guests eating take-away food in common leaving plastic rubbish everywhere. Staff at reception was not helpful.

Good location. Room was small, and had no view. windows had no frosting or blinds, so needed to close shutters, making the room dark. Hotel provided a packed breakfast when we left early.

“Classic French Colonial Hotel ”
We stayed in the river view suite which was very spacious and easily accommodated myself and my two children, the bathroom had a large bath and separate walk in shower. We had a deck off the bathroom as well as the main deck overlooking the river. It is a lovely hotel and we were very happy with our room. The staff were excellent and helped us with many questions and assistance during our stay. We would stay at this venue again as it was so central to the old town and excellent restaurants.

“Highly recommended, value for money, perfect stay, great location, impeccable staff and facilities”
Location is perfect, near everything: the sites, the route of the Tak bat ceremony, the must try restaurants, very good Lao massage place. It's across the quiet side of the river, near where the Mekong and Nam Kahn River converges. Rooms and toilets are very spacious and very clean. Amenities are complete. Water pressure is very strong. Free breakfast is sumptuous, delicious and well made. Even though it's not a buffet, we were very satisfied with the selection. Staff are all very gracious, always nice and smiling, and very fast with their service. They made us feel at home. Given the opportunity, we will stay at this hotel again and will definitely recommend to friends and family.

“Sublime Stay in the Cool Season”
We stayed here on our first trip to Luang Prabang and it very much made trip even better than expected. The location is perfectly situated on the quiet side of the peninsula and within steps of temples, cafes and shopping. I loved the cool mornings with hot beverages. The international staff were very helpful. Great great stay. I'll be back.

“More a guest house than hotel ”
The location is nice , most of the staffs are friendly, the room was clean, and the nice touch was the free entrance and tuk tuk to the public pool. Some reviews mentioned the room doesn't look like the picture online, I am guessing we had the same room which has a door full of holes and one of them is A4 size paper long ; a window open to the staircase and facing another room, no sun shining into our room. Another bad facility is the shower, shower head didn't work properly and drainage wasn't quite fine. At first we only booked 3 nights so we didn't intend to pack and move to another room. We extended two more nights and that's when some neighbors started to slam door from 5 am to 10 pm so I asked the receptionists to talk to the guests about the noise and was told I misheard the slamming door by the older receptionist which I thought was offensive. Finally we had to tell the guests to keep it low when they came out to smoke and talk loudly on phone in the corridor. On the second last night we noticed that there are more windows(facing outside) for other rooms(same type). It's about all luck what room and neighbors you get.

“Great location”
We stayed at Villa Deux Rivieres for 4 nights. We had a lovely room in the front of the building along the street side overlooking the river. We enjoyed breakfast on the veranda in front of our room each morning as we watched the river go by. Our room was clean,comfortable and breakfast delicious. The staff was always so helpful during our stay especially Hoem pheng and air. I highly recommend Villa Deux Rivieres for your stay in Luang Prabang.

“Quiet Location, Spacious Room,”
A friend and I stayed in a family room (we both need to work online) and that was a good decision. A spacious room tastefully decorated. Overall a good choice of the many in Luang Prabang. On a more quiet side of town (chose a room at the back to avoid any road noise) but an easy walk to everything. Staff were helpful and housekeeping was the fastest I've ever seen! Room WiFI was fine but better in the reception area. Breakfast was a la carte and a little limited but fine.

“Quiet nights ”
We were there with our children for the holidays and Villa Deux Rivere ended up being a great option for us. It’s on at the end of Nam Khang which was ideal because it’s quiet. The breakfast was great and the staff were helpful. We rented 4 rooms and some were better than others. We also had a hiccup with our transport out but the staff figured out a solution.

“Good location and very friendly staff”
The rooms were clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. The included breakfast is cooked to order and I really enjoyed the fresh baguettes every morning. The coffee is also very good, which is important to me as my brain runs on coffee. The walk to the night market is about 1km and only about 100m or so to the main street. Near the hotel are some high-end, expensive for Lao, restaurants that were always full. I opted for the regular food and many visits to Joma Namkhang branch., which is about 500m from the hotel. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Luang Prabang.

“非常に満足”
We had a very enjoyable stay. The staff was helpful, the breakfast generous and the location superb. Our first night was spent in a room right next to the street where a funeral was taking place, so it was quite noisy. However, we requested to be moved from the second night on to a room in the interior, and this was perfect.

“Cosy place where two rivers meet”
Lovely place situated as the name suggests where the two rivers meet. rooms are a bit dark and not too big but very well equipped and nicely decorated. Great bathroom. Staff very friendly and helpful. The only minor flaw is that there is not enough space to have breakfast outside, so you might not be lucky to get one of the seats on the terrace! but overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it further!

“Good quiet location, no frills stay”
We stayed here for 2 nights. Location was a quiet stretch along the Namkan river, peaceful and relaxing place overall. Take note however, of the mosquitoes, they were vicious, repellent is a must. Breakfast was excellent with nice cheese and a host of options provided. Staff were personable and eager to help. If you are looking for a bit more luxury or to have slightly fancier facilities, this hotel probably wouldn't fit.

賑やかな通りからは外れてるので、静かさを期待したのですが、団体客向けのレストランが近くにあり、夜は賑やかでした。 ファミリールームで予約した部屋は、広さは充分でしたが、一階で、カーテンを開けると通路か隣の民家で光はあまり入らず、景色はゼロでした。カーン川沿いの景色があると思い込んでいましたが、確認不足でした。 朝ごはんは美味しいパン屋さんのパンでしたが、温めてもらえないので美味しさ半減でした。ドリンクは、カフェラテはできなかったり、紅茶やホットチョコレートは薄く、残念でした。 レセプションのスタッフは男性ばかりでしたが、皆さんフレンドリーでした。
