“Basic, choose for location.”

A taxi from the train station to the hotel should cost 10 euros, not 28 euros that the taxi driver asked from me at drop-off. It was within walking distance to many well-known sights. Breakfast was included in the price - not great. Very basic. Juice tasted watered down. Lifts will be explained to you - 2 of them. Worst bit for us was the heating. It was like an oven when we walked in. It was set on 28 degrees and couldn't be changed. (I rang and asked about it). We had to sleep with the window open, which was quite noisy.

Hotel pincio is centrally located, easy walk to metro. Spanish steps was a 5 min walk, Trevi fountain and pantheon 10 min and about 20 min to the colosseum. Breakfast had a nice selection, the staff where very helpful. Check in was at the hotel Concordia which was located directly across the street.

“Good location near spanish steps with clean room”

Near spanish steps only 10 min walking as well as the shopping center along the long road. 5 min walks to barberini station, and near supermarket (3 min walking). If you want to buy souvenir, buy at the store near this hotel (across the street and walk to the right.. next street turn left). Lots souvenir shops with cheap price compared to the ones located near landmarks. Hotel wifi sucks, must reconnect all the time Please note that their double bed is 2 twins bed joined as one. They need to add more variety of food on breakfast, on our 3 nights there, we already sick with the same food everyday. But the breakfast was served at the top floor by terrace, very pretty view with 2 seagulls always at our window. I would definitely comes back to this hotel on my next trip to Rome.

I ended up staying here 2 times on my Roman holiday. I didn't think much of it the first time but I stayed there again because my friends were already booking in there. And the second time I was presently surprised they gave me a back room which I requested (the front rooms can be a little noisy)and the overall cleanliness seemed so much better, maybe I was just unlucky with the room I got the first time. If I get another chance to visit Rome I would probably even stay there again.

The Hotel Pincio itself is not a bad hotel, but when you stay at the Hotel Pincio you use their older sister hotel across the road to check-in and for all your other needs and inquires, obviously they are both owned by the same company. My first problem I had when the taxi dropped me off at the Hotel Pincio was that the glass lobby door was locked, I could see inside the lobby but there were no staff inside, I waited at the lobby door until another guest was leaving the hotel they told me I needed to go across the road to the sister hotel to check-in, that would not have been such a big problem if only they had a sign on the lobby door which said something like: Please check-in to this hotel at the reception desk of the hotel across the road. I checked-in across the road and then was shown to my room in the Hotel Pincio, at first the room looked like the photos on the Web-Site and it appeared to be clean, tidy and well equipped. There was a complimentary bottle of water in the mini bar fridge but when I took it out I noticed that it was only partly full and that the seal had been broken, it could have been refilled with tap water for all I knew, not a big problem I just brought my own water. When it was time to go to bed I folder down the bed-cover only to find a long black hair on the bed-sheets, not a big problem I picked up the hair and put it on the bedside table, even thou the room was cleaned daily the hair stayed on the bedside table for the remained of my 3 night stay. When I tried to use the Wi-Fi in my room it did not work so I went across the road to the hotel to ask at their reception desk about it and they said that it was not working at the moment but I could sit in their lobby and use their Wi-Fi which I did, again not a big problem. My biggest problem with staying at the Hotel Pincio was dealing with the extremely rude reception staff of their older sister hotel across the road.

Very happy with this hotel. Nice room, quite big, very clean and modern decor. Flatscreen TV (no english channels). Check-in across the road at Hotel Concordia (no drama). Breakfast upstairs was good - continential but satisfactory. Plenty of restaurants/cafes nearby. Would stay again and can recommend.

“Superb location and very helpful staff”

location of hotel was excellent and reception staff were most helpful. unfortunately, the furnishing of the rooms were a let down. size is decently large, but perhaps some amenities like kettle would be useful. breakfast was a simple affair but good enough to keep you going. wifi was available only at the hotel reception but it was unlimited and quite fast.

staff were very helpful in arranging tours etc for our needs. but room could have done with a coat of paint. it looks very resort style but i suppose in line with where it was, around the spanish steps. location is everything and this hotel is definitely it. wifi is good and breakfast decent. dining options ard the hotel is definitely a draw as well. sofie's just next to the hotel is a definite must!

“Perfect location”

Stayed in the hotel for 3 nights in July. Our package included a double room with breakfast. The hotel was easy to find, a few mins walk from Barbeni station. It is located close to many key attractions. Spanish steps and Fountain of Trevi are just few mins walk. To checkin you need to go to to Hotel Concordia just across the street. Checking process was smooth and the staff was quite helpful. Hotel is clean and well maintained. The room is good size for the money I paid. Bathroom is also decent size and clean. Staff is friendly and always ready to help. Room service was as expected, cleaned and supplies changed everyday. Breakfast is nothing special but good enough to survive. It has regular items like cereals, cold cuts etc. This is a clean, well maintained hotel with perfect location. the train station is nearby and trains can be taken for Colosseum and other attractions but I preferred to walk.

Hotel Pincio is a nice, quiet, clean and safe hotel to stay while in Rome. It is situated near Fontana di Trevi and Spanish Steps and a lot of shopping areas. It is close to 2 metro stations so it's easy to go to different places. “Cute and nice hotel”

“Great value without luxuries”

new (remodeled late 2011), modern and clean. room about 16sqm (without taking into account the bathroom), with good bed, lcd tv, small fridge (just part of the minibar), a small table and closet with safe. the restroom was small but had a shower, toilet, bidet, sink... the window faced typical/nice view of rome street, quite well isolated for noise (not perfect) but during the night it was quiet (no traffic). we didn't hear either the other rooms. continental breakfast (cereal, yoghourt, tasty pastry, breads...) was on the top terrace with a nice view. the waitress there and the staff in general were very attentive. very good location too (half way between the spanish steps and the fontana de trevi, ~5min from each). we walked everywhere, but to vatican or coliseum is more like 45 minutes. by the way, we loved rome and their people! :) only con is that the wifi in our room was pretty bad/can't use... anyhow, we got a very good deal (way below what i see now on the site) which blew any price in the area, but even without that deal, it is probably the right value, and no gotchas... i certainly recommend it to anyone.

4박에 55만원정도에 특가세일때 예약했었음 분수 10분 거리 걸어서 충분히 갈수 있고 (안힘든거리) 제가 갔을때만 해도, 바로 앞 호텔 에서 체크인 했었는데 지금은 어떨지 모르겠음 청소 매일 깨끗이 해주고요, 어매니티도 매일 줬던것 같아요 하루는 청소 필요없다 했더니 수건만 앞에 놔주고 갔어요 뭐 방의 뷰는 그닥 이지만 너무피곤해서 그런거 신경도 안쓰이구요 에어컨 빵빵하고 욕실 대빵 큼 욕실이 방만해요 맨 꼭대기 층 조식당 작은데 아기자기하고, 조식당 뷰가 이뻐요 버터가 너무 맛있음 과일도 맛있구 ㅋㅋ 데스크에 있는 사과는 그냥 가져가도 된데서 가져가서 바티칸 줄서면서 먹었어요 호텔 직원도 다 친절하고 (사실 마주칠일이 거의 없어요) 관광지에서 걷기에도 큰 무리 없는 위치에요

핀키오 호텔은 밤늦게까지 다녀도 안전한 지역에 위치해 있습니다. 트레비 분수와 스페인 계단이 아주 가깝게 있어 좋았어요. 다만 호텔 체크인을 건너편 다른 호텔에서 해야한다는 별도의 안내가 없었던 점과 객실이 낡고 추웠던 점 등등 아쉬운 요소가 곳곳에 있어서 그닥 추천하고 싶지는 않은 호텔입니다. 조식은 작지만 알찼고 객실에 물과 여러 음료수를 제공해주는건 좋았습니다.

이동하기 진짜 좋다 여기 스페인광장근처라서 바티칸갈때도 편하다 테르미니까지 10분이면간다!

“모두 만족합니다.”

1. 위치: 스페인광장(도보3~4분)과 트레비분수(도보5~10분) 중간에 있는데, 통행인과 관광객이 많아 밤에도 무섭지 않습니다. 스페인광장 옆 코르소거리(쇼핑)도 도보 10분이며, OOO 명품거리도 도보 5분입니다. 슈퍼마켓 인쿱도 도보 5분입니다. 덕분에 스페인광장, 코르소거리, 트레비분수를 모두 3~4번씩 다녀왔습니다. 2. 시설: 이 지역의 숙박비가 비싸서 방은 크지 않으나 2명이서 충분히 불편하지 않게 지낼수 있는 크기이고 청결합니다. 욕실도 매우 깔끔합니다. 위생상태는 모두 좋습니다. 3. 직원 태도: 매우 친절하며, 태도가 정형화되어 있지 않고 편안하고 자연스럽습니다. 4. 편의 및 부대시설: 바로 길 건너편 콘코르디아호텔에서 체크인, 체크아웃을 해야하는데, 차 2대가 지나갈수 있는 골목길을 사이에 두고 있어서 편하게 왔다갔다 했습니다. 그 외 비품이나 서비스에 대해서도 모두 콘코르디아호텔 리셉션에서 처리해 줍니다. 5. 가격 대비 만족도: 이 지역이 테르미니역에 비해 숙박비가 비싼데, 위치와 치안이 너무너무 좋아서 가격대비 만족도는 만점입니다.

“만족스러운 숙소였습니다.”

짧은 로마일정에 최대한 관광지와 가까운 번화가로 선택하고 싶어 고르고 고르다 찾은 숙소 입니다. 스페인광장 지하철역이 가까워 이동하기 편했고, 버스정류장도 근방에 있어 편했습니다. 오르막길에 호텔이 위치해 있지만 크게 힘들지는 않았습니다. 그리고 호텔 맞은편에는 늦은 밤까지 열려있는 슈퍼마켓이 있어 너무 편리했습니다! 차가운 물!!!!! 지금 로마는 너무 너무 더운데, 숙소는 항상 시원하고 깨끗했습니다. 다만 2번째 숙박때 배정받은 103호는 너무 시끄러웠습니다. 엘리베이터 바로 앞 방이라 오가는 손님이 모두 거쳐가는 곳이었습니다. 그리고 드라이기가 고장났었습니다... 모쪼록 이 후기를 보는 당신들에겐 103호에 배정되는 불운이 없길!!!! 조식의 퀄리티는 높은 편은 아니지만 기본적인건 다 갖추어져 있습니다. 그리고 루프탑에서의 조식은 여행 내내 상쾌한 아침을 열게 해주었습니다. 직원들은 모두 친절했으며, 우리의 요구 사항을 모두 수용해주었습니다.

위치도 스페인광장 근처라 관광하다 쉬러 들어오기 편하고 무엇보다 안전했어요. 침대도 너무 편안해서 잠도 잘 잤네요. 추천해요!

“로마 호텔로 적극추천합니다”

스페인 광장에서 도보로 5분거리, 주변이 안전하며 거리가 깨끗한 곳에 위치하고 있습니다. 깔끔하고 모던한 룸과 넓은 샤워부스가 있습니다. 냉장고가 조금 작고, 방안 온도 조절이 쉽지않다는 점은 좀 아쉽지만 가성비가 좋기 때문에 다음에 여행을 온다면 또 이곳에서 묵고싶어요!

위치는 스페인광장 5분거리이고 관광지 중심이라 테르미니 근처처럼 밤에 돌아다니기 위험하거나 하지는 않습니다. 시설은 관광지 인근의 3성급 호텔인것을 감안하면 괜찮은 수준입니다. 스페인광장인근 숙소들이 대부분 말도 못하게 작은것은 그냥 기본으로 감안해야 합니다. 체크인을 맞은편의 hotel concordia에서 해야 하는게 조금 헛갈릴수 있음. 참고로 hotel concordia와 체크인 체크아웃 같이하지만 시설은 그나마 hotel pincio가 조금더 나은편임 두곳중에 고민중이시라면 pincio를 고릇는게 낫습니다.

“숙소위치가 너무좋아요”

거의 모든 관광지를 걸어다닐수 있는 거리여서 밤에도 쉽게 나갔다 올 수 있어서 좋았어요.매일 청소 수건 갈아주시는거 너무좋았어요. 투어시간때문에 조식박스 전날 신청했는데 두번다 까먹으셔서 급하게 준비해주시느라 투어 늦을뻔 해서 쫌 답답했어요. 방은 굉장히 좁지만 침대는 넓었어요.

직원분들은 친절했고, 옥상에서 먹는 조식은 배부르게 잘 챙겨 먹었구요~ㅎㅎ 조식못먹고 일찍 나갈때.. 미리 조식박스 챙겨달라고해서 갖고나가서 먹었습니다.(과일이랑 빵이랑 물 ..이정도였는데~ 바티칸 투어 줄서서 대기시 잘 먹었네요^^) 방에서 뷰가 특별히 좋고 할만한 위치는 아니였구요 ..ㅎㅎ 지하철 역까지 도보 5-10분 내로 갈수있었고~ 적당히~ 가격 타협해서 묵은 방이였는데.. 괜찮았네요~

“깨끗하고 위치가 최고”

가족들과 트리플 룸 2개로 나누어 이용하였습니다. 스페인광장과 트레비분수 중간 위치 정도로 생각하면 되는데 지하철 역도 가깝고 위치가 좋았습니다. 건너편에 있는 다른 호텔과 프론트를 같이 운영하는지 호텔 입구에서 직원이 안내해주었습니다. 엘레베이터가 있어서 짐을 편하게 옮길 수 있고, 방 크기가 그리 넓진 않지만 아늑해서 깔끔해서 편히 쉴 수 있었습니다. 화장실도 매우 쾌적해서 좋았습니다. 기본적으로 제공되는 생수는 없지만 방안에 미니바를 이용할 수 있습니다. 그리고 실내용 슬리퍼를 따로 요청을 해서 사용하였고, 아쉽게도 전기포트가 없으니 미리 참고하시기 바랍니다. ㅎㅎ 조식은 꼭대기층에서 제공되는데 공간은 협소하다고 느껴졌지만 제공되는 서비스가 매우 만족스러웠습니다.

위치는 스페인 광장옆이라 이동하기 좋았다. 버스와 지하철 타기에도 편리했음. 방도 큰 편이었고, 밝아서 좋았다. 근데, 첫날 방에서 좀 큰 먼지 구덩이가 나왔다.. 그것만 빼면 다른 방에서 들리는 소음도 작은편이고, 나름 괜찮았다.

난방을 이용했더니 천장에서 물이 조금 나왔어요 하지만 그점을 제외하고 직원분들이 매우 친절했고 호텔의 위치도 좋았고 방도 가격대비 깔끔하고 넓었습니다. 주변에 누군가 로마에 간다면 추천하겠습니다.생각해보니 주변에 큰 마트가 없는게 단점이네요

“작지만 좋았던 호텔”

침대가 따뜻하고 좋았습니다. 스페인 계단 근처라 위치도 좋았고 왠만한 관광지는 걸어서 다닐 수 있는 위치였습니다. 이 호텔 건물에는 리셉션 데스크가 없고 맞은 편에 있는 Concordia Hotel에 리셉션 데스크가 있슨데 아무데도 그런 안내가 없어서 첫날 저녁에 도착해서 많이 당황했습니다.

위치가 아주 좋아요. 스페인 광장에서 걸어서 5분이 안걸립니다. 트레비 분수까지도 10분 정도입니다. 체크인 리셉션은 맞은편 호텔에 있습니다. 3성급 중에는 아주 훌륭한 깔끔함과 시설이라 생각됩니다. 그에 비해 가격은 아주 합리적입니다. 흔치 않은 곳입니다.

나쁘지 않은 조식과 룸 컨디션. 다만 룸이 너무 작음. 스파냐역에서 걸어서 3분~5분 정도로 위치도 좋음.

“Horroroso. ”

Lo unico bueno del hotel es la ubicación, pero por el precio hay mejores hoteles en la zona. El resto no merece la pena, las habitaciones están sucias y viejas (en mi habitación había chicles pegados en el suelo), las paredes y techos tienen humedades y están en mal estado. El servicio de desayuno es escaso, y si vas a última hora (10 a.m) ya no queda nada. No lo recomiendo.

Situation idéale,à 5 mn de la place dEspagne et de la fontaine de Trevi! Seul bémol: une chaleur excessive non réglable dans la chambre (27 degrés)donc dormir fenêtre ouverte, mais alors bruit intense!

Hôtel très bien situé. Je suis juste déçu par rapport à la réactivité du personnel. En effet, nous avons signalé à plusieurs reprises un problème de climatisation dans notre chambre qui n'a jamais été pris en compte. Nous avons du donc dormir dans une chambre à 26°C deux nuits de suite. De plus, il n'y a au aucun geste commercial et le personnel paraissait en avoir rien à faire. Dommage car le reste était à la hauteur de mes attentes.

“Toller Aufenthalt im Hotel Pincio”

Das Hotel Pincio ist sehr zu empfehlen! Gute Lage direkt am Trevi-Brunnen (Ca. 1-2 Min. Fußweg). Die Einrichtung des Zimmers ist modern und alles war sauber. Das Frühstück ist für italienische Verhältnisse gut. Einchecken muss man im Hotel direkt gegenüber. Insgesamt eine schöne Unterkunft!

Schönes Hotel, zentral gelegen. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig.
