“Everything is good besides on the location”

The location is not good, far away from the city centre.

I've stayed at the Doubletree Hilton Milan a few times due to the nature of my profession. However i've notice a downhill slope to the hotel in terms of food. The breakfast was once decent however now it is evident that cheaper ingredients were used. Nevertheless, a good hotel with clean big rooms. The ambiance is very relaxed. Another bad point is the location. It takes more than 30mins to get to the city on the local tram (which isn't the most glamorous mode of transport in Milan.

the receptionest welcome us with welcome cookies which was nice. The hotel locate 20 Min. from the central by public tram and 10 Min walk to tram station. The area is not so good but if you have car its not a problem (parking is free outside of the hotel.)

Because of furnitıre fair the room rate was extreamly expensive. On the other hand there is a car service to the close metro station. It is convienant near the centrale of milano. Furthermore it is close the fiero milano. Restaurant of the hotel was so tasty than I did not need to go outside for diner.

“Not good hotel”

I was impressed by the lobby and expected that the room would be a least up to standard. However, I was given the handicap room which no bath tub. I asked to change the room but the reception immediately saying that the hotel was fully booked but I insisted that the room is for handicap and has no curtain when I showerd the whole bathroom would be wet plus the shower floor was disgustingly dirty. The reception finally asked me to hold and got back to me that I could change the room. The next day we got back very late and surprised that the room wasn't made up. Everything in the room was still exactly at the same place when we left. We decided not to call up and complain because it was late and we will leave the hotel early in the morning. I will never return to this hotel again.

“Amazing and well loctated hotel”

The Doubletree Hotel in Milan is a bit outside of the center, but easily accessible via the (free) tram that rides regularly and throughout the night. It takes you into the center of Milan in about 30 minutes. The rooms are wonderful, with big comfortable beds, a nice sized bathroom and any services you require. The only downside is that they cheap out a little on the tv, making you pay for several basic kinds of channels when you're not satisfied just watching Italian TV.

Hilton does not disappoint, clean room good service however poor location. Overall Italy has hidden city tax per person per night which is not included in overall booking.

“Fabulous hotel in a terrible neighborhood”

According to the hotel's website, there is a tram in front of the door which goes to Duomo. In reality it wasn't even in the same street, the surroundings is not so safety and you should travel a lot to the city centre.

rooms are nice and big. staff is not much friendly however never rude. location is not the best but taxi to city center (duomo) costs nearly 15 euros and takes nearly 15 minutes. I would definitely recommend the hotel.

very good location for traveling around milano, public transportation to the domo (center of milano) and shopping area 4-5 minits from the hotel, confortable rooms, clean and spatious,free parking. the breakfast not so rich, but o.k. i hightly recomand !

they stay began with the easy check in and the amazing warm cookie...yummy!!! hotel is located out of the city but public transport via tram is within in only 200 mtrs from the front door. it is located in a business/industrial area so not much to see and do in the immediate vicinity. nice quiet area though

Nice rooms, good bed, clean, good size, only doubles so we needed to get 2 rooms, long way away from everything, need a car, taxi would to expensive would not recommend, nothing around there to see, about 15mins to down town.

Great hotel but to far from down town, we had a car but hard to find, we missed breakfast but there was a few some pastries there we ordered a coffee and ask to buy the pasties we had 2 pieces and later were charged to 2 breakfast at 15euro each which was very disappointing, at the end they charged one with argument,

the staff performance is nice. the hotel is clean and up to standard. it seems to be far away from the train station, however, the hotel is around 15 minutes walk to a shopping mall where you can find all the good food and cheap wine. there are also some car rental companies nearby such as avis and national.

A little out of the way although it's easy to catch the 12 tram straight to the Duomo.

the internet access was fast. the great thing about this hotel is that you can walk two blocks and catch the 12 tram to central milan and the journey takes about 30 minutes depending on when you catch the tram (more or less every 16 minutes). you should buy a ticket beforehand (two tickets for round trip if you plan on coming back on the tram) before you leave the hotel at the front desk because they do check sometimes (i didn't know and thought i'd risk it and received a 50 euro fine that had to be paid on the spot... better to be safe). the hotel staff is great -- very helpful in solving a reservation problem. also, to save money getting to the airport you can take a taxi to boviso train station and it's very easy to catch a train to malpensa (about thirty minutes from the train station, but allow for at least an hour total from the hotel).

飯店距離米蘭的Duomo教堂稍遠，但附近走路約五分鐘有電車可以直達教堂；電車票可直接向飯店櫃檯購買，這項服務很貼心．但要注意飯店附近很荒涼，晚上單獨外出要小心．整體來說房間雖然不大，但整潔舒適；不過枕頭很軟，睡過之後肩頸酸痛；詢問過櫃檯沒有比較硬的枕頭可以換．第二天晚上回到房間時，發現房間完全沒有打掃，櫃檯的解釋是因為我們出門的時候，門卡依舊插在房內，所以清潔人員沒法進入房內．不過我住過這麼多大大小小的飯店，這次第一次遇到這種說法．

這個hotel床很大,很舒服,又有迎新cookie給我們,酒店服務人員十分友善,又教我們搭電車.雖然酒店不近市中心,但一程電車便可到達.房間空間大,又十分乾淨.

I am unhappy because the room I booked with agoda was a room intended for the disabled and I did not have the right to exchange it so I booked the other days directly with a hotel to be able to change the room,

nous avons choisi cet hôtel pour nous permettre de visiter milan. pas déçus ; vous avez le tram à quelques mètres de l'hôtel qui vous conduit directement au centre ville. (vous pouvez acheter les billets à l'hôtel). l'accueil est très agréable et les chambres confortables. en bref je recommande cet hôtel.

Accessibilita per caricare scaricare i bagagli quaasi impossibile. Accesso al parcheggio usando la chiave della camera non funziona anche se ho chiesto di riprogramarla specificando che non funzionava. Sono rimasto bloccato all'uscita dell'parcheggio perche un' altro mezzo era parcheggiato davanti al portone. Abbiamo ordinato collazione in camera per 2 volte, e in tutte e 2 abbiamo cheisto le marmellate e burro: la prima volta sono arrivate solo le marmellate la seconda volta 5 confezzioni di burro senza le marmellate ...

الفندق أرشحة لكم و بقوة، صحيح عندي ملاحظات عليه ولكن يبقى الفندق ممتاز واحتمال اني ارجع له. سبب ترشيحي لكم لهذا الفندق: ١/ السعر ممتاز جداً مقارنة بفنادق في نفس المستوى في ميلان. ٢/ تعامل الموظفين وترحيبهم لي كان جميل، وأعجبوني جدا ترحيبهم وتعاملهم بشكل عام. ٣/ خدمات نظافة الغرفة أعطيهم ميه بالميه ١٠٠٪؜ بسبب التعامل الجميل والابتسامه وأخلاقهم الرائعه، وأخص الموظفة العربية ناسي اسمها ولكن عربيه كبيره شوي بالسن بس جميلة بأخلاقها وابتسامتها ولطفها، وكلهم والله شكراً لهم. ملاحظاتي على الفندق واتمنى انهم يتغيرون، هو المواقف وعدم توفرها، خاصة لو جيت بسيارتي الخاصة ،، كل هوا ولا ادفع ٢٠يورو باليوم وبدون تقديم اي خدمات تذكر🤷🏻‍♂️ على الأقل لو قاموا بتوفير خدمة غسيل السيارة من الخارج، يكون المبلغ جيد ويستاهل اني ادفع ٢٠ يورو يوميا. ولكن مواقف ضيقه وغالية جدا. الفنادق العالية الفخمة في بعض المدن الأخرى في إيطاليا أعطوني مواقف ممتازه جدا وراقية ومكيفه ومجانا🤷🏻‍♂️👍 وبس وشكرا لكم

Отель свежий, номера выглядят очень элегантно, кровати удобные, ванные комнаты то что надо! Добираться полчаса на трамвае из центра
