“Clean, comfortable & quiet”
The room was very clean & the bed super comfortable for a good nights sleep.The staff are welcoming and very helpful. The Homestay is tucked away from the hustle & bustle of the Jogja traffic, so the only noise you hear are the staff doing their chores & maybe the odd kid having fun in the pool.

“Worth the Money”
Spend 1malam di tipe room jakarta. Kamarnya aga sempit di banding yg lainnya. Bednya standar tapi divannya sepertinya perlu dibetulkan. Ac dingin, tv udah tipe smart tv, bersih dan wangi. Cuma mungkin pilihan wewangiannya yang perlu diganti jangan stella jeruk karena serasa di bus 😜 untuk kamar mandi sangat sempit mungkin beberapa orang yg phobia dg tempat sempit bisa ke trigger. Air panas dan ac berfungsi dg baik. Untuk amnenities lengkap dan ada water heater untuk membuat teh/kopi. Staffnya baik dan ramah. Helpfull juga langsung gercep bawain koper di lantai 2. Dan sesuai request minta pool view. Terimakasih.

“I get free upgrade guys 😭”
So I was just booking the cheapest room, bcs I need me time. And then I don't really bring some stuff, it just me with my t-shirt, with my shortpants, and my sleepers hahaha After I come here, check in. The receptionist was confuse "where is my luggage?", but they was really kund, minding my own business. They just informing me that I get free upgrade so no need to worry. But I didn't expect that I get the most expensive room in there. That was legit luck, and the room its awesome, also the bath room is really big. 2 king size bed in one really large room 💕 thank you 3 5 😍

“Lush & rustic dedicated hotel”
We enjoy our stay here as family with toddler and baby. Staff are helpful & communicative, they managed the homestay well. There's tidy traditional market near property.

“Nice and Quiet!”
Nice and Quiet place, have also kitchen in sharing area but no fridge. The Swimming pool was under refurbishment. Overall I would stay here again. People Go for it!

The room, the service, the vibes, friendly and helpfull staff, everything is great! Kamarnya wangi sekali, bersih, ac dingin, fasilitas lengkap, tempatnya asri, instagramable ... i like it serasa di rumah sendiri, ada kitchen bisa digunakan bersama, staff nya membantu dan ramah, kolam renangnya bersih, hidden gem di tengah kota I will back soon!

“Value for money (if you get a deal)”
Location are good. Perfect for anyone need to reach downtown. Facilities? It has a swimming pool and each room has a terrace, which is good. The cleanliness, is less than good. The room is clean, but there are a lot of ants during the night. Not sure why, but i think it's from the wooden furniture or something. I will recommend to stay here is you get a deal, i won't pay more than 250k per night here. One other good thing is there are a lot of nice food nearby.

“A Hidden Gem in Gejayan”
I went there a couple of times because for the price, this is the best hidden gem you can get in Gejayan area. The room, the service, the vibes, everything is great.

“Not bad, but.. ”
Average standard for a homestay. I got the Komodo room near the pool. The room was clean and cozy, but a little bit too dark. The parking space was okay, the staff will help us to park and go. No water bottles in room but there's a water refill station near the receptionist desk. Minus: no toothbrush and toothpaste, just a soap bar and shampoo. My room was located in an intersection, so it was really noisy, esp in the morning. The wooden door also got some holes, I kind of didn't feel safe enough. And the worst is the bathroom windows! They're right on the intersection where people would walk and go, also there's a balcony (for another room) across the bathroom! The wood window above the toilet is cracked and there are holes on it. As a woman, I totally didn't feel safe to use this facility, so I'd go to my partner's room for the bathroom. I hope they'll read this and repair the holes to ensure the safety and comfort for the guests.

“Recommended hotel, but limited parking area”
I go to Jogja with my husband and 3 children. We got room with 1 single bed and 1 double bed. Each has a mosquito net, so it is safe from mosquito bites. The swimming pool is clean enough, but the water makes my eyes sore. For breakfast, we can order some menu at receptionis, with 20.000 IDR/menu. I recommend the waffle and fried noodles. Overall, my family love this hotel..👍

“High five to whoever runs the operation!”
This hotel is a great example of business should be run. It is a well oiled machine. The amount of working staff, their professionalism, the quality and the amount of breakfast compared to the nightly price makes me wonder how they make any profit at all. And if they do, why don't all the other hotels the same way. The location is a bit out of the way, but is on a quiet street with a few other guesthouses and warnings on it. You'd probably end up riding a scooter or a car to most places anyway. I booked it, because you dont have to make any turns hoing to airport, immigrathi ion office or prambanan, an ojek ends up costing you about 20k. The hotel itself is beautifully decorated, green, rooms are big, clean and well taken care of. We did have some problems with payments and with AC in the room, and everything was taken care of promptly and professionally. The pool is spacious. Loved how it had more than one communal kitchen, the outdoor bathrooms were great too. Thumbs up and high five to this hotel and its busy bee employees!!! The only thing might need to be fixed is the AC's vent location. In our room it was blowing heat into the outdoor bathroom, which is fine, but the place it's a bit like a box, adjacent to the bedroom. So the poor AC works so hard only to produce more heat to chill, and it becomes noticeable.

“lack of empathy.”
the staff isn't very helpful to me about early check in request. I understand it's subject to availability but gosh I was very tired waiting for the room at 1pm (check in at 2pm). I was on train to Jogja, arrived at dawn, lack of proper sleep, hadn't took a proper bath, tired, and requested nicely if the room was already. the staff was checking on the room and cleaned it first. I wait for nearly 30 minutes and I saw the cleaning service had cleaned my room. I waited for further 15 minutes in case I would be notified the room was ready. but no. then some foreign tourist came at 1.50 pm, and I saw them being escorted to the room for check in (it was not even 2 pm). I felt upset and went back to the lobby to request my room. the staff looked busy and would recheck my room again. Finally, the staff granted my room (and it was already 2.05pm), I was too tired to complain and decided to get some rest. I was very upset because i had requested early check-in days before and they seem didn't bother to at least had some empathy.

“Cozy Place”
We like the responsiveness of the staff - we needed to add a bed a week before and it was done. Place is great and comfy, good ambience. Loved the laundry service! But note that payment is collected at the hotel and not by card beforehand.

Not very clear on Agoda website whether breakfast is included. Paid Rp.35,000 pp. additional. It would have been 5***** !

“A great spot with all the amenities, just wish they still did discounts for long-term stays ”
I have been staying at 35 for years, as it used to be a favorite place for long-term stays for researchers and others visiting town. The location is great, rooms spacious, and the shared kitchens a big plus. Just disappointed that they no longer offer discounted long-term stays as there long-term stay guesthouse down the street only has a few rooms.

Tiga Lima is a perfect spot! The staff are wonderful! Check-in was incredibly easy and even though we arrived early evening they organized a car for a tour of the temples and Mt. Merapi the very next day. The rooms were clean, the shower hot, and the grounds are absolutely beautiful. We loved all the trees and plants and enjoyed the quiet location. It is slightly out of the city center, but it is easy and inexpensive to get a car or motorcycle via Grab. Finally, the breakfast was excellent - fresh, delicious and served on time! A wonderful place that we would definitely come back to and recommend highly to family and friends.

“Awesome!”
Spacious room. The concept of the room is unique and we love it so much. Their breakfast starts at 6.30AM, travellers who need to wake earlier than that can ask for snack pack, which is quite complete as to fill your stomach with satisfaction. Receptionists are friendly. We love the stay very much!

“Lovely homestay”
Great homestay with very friendly staff. The place is a little slice of paradise tucked away in Yogykarta. Lots of great coffee bars and eateries close by due to its proximity with the university. Hotel will arrange drivers to take you to temples and other attractions at very reasonable rate. Nice breakfast too, waffles :)

“Good location and friendly service staff”
Pros: It’s value for money. Good location and a pretty laid back place. Service staff were great and helpful. Cons: Flies. It’s pretty much everywhere in Yogja. Breakfast was good but do provide a net food cover to prevent flies from reaching our food when you leave it on our table. Air conditioning is pretty weak as well but manageable. Thank you!

“Comfy room in Jogja”
Everything’s nice.. we got the AVON hut, with a lovely balcony in front off the pool. Too bad, the bathroom is smelly, also the sheet in our bed is dirty. The location is not so close to the center crowd like Malioboro or Prawirotaman, but since its near many campus so we can easily find streetfood or late night food stall.
