“Cheap, neat, comfy”
+ Murah sesuai harga, dapat sabun, sikat gigi, handuk, tissue, tersedia TV untuk tayangan lokal, 1 kamar 2 bed atas dan bawah. - Wifi sering disconnect, ada jaring laba2 di beberapa sudut kamar, sempat ada sedikit semut, serangga kamar mandi dan binatang ga tau apa namanya. Sebaiknya ada penanganan untuk serangga secara berkala dan sudut2 ruangan dibersihkan. Overall penginapan recommended, ramah di dompet, cukup rapi dengan fasilitas yang sudah oke. Sudah 2x ke sini dan ga nyesel.

“Apa yg didapat sesuai dengan yg dibayar”
Bangunan aslinya ditujukan untuk kos2an yang lantai bawahnya sekarang dimodif utk penginapan. Sistem sekuritinya bagus, sudah menggunakan sistem kartu di pintu masuk rumah, tp tetap menggunakan anak kunci utk masuk ke kamar. Kamar agak berbau pengap dan banyak nyamuk di dalam kamar. Sprei masih ada bercak2 noda yg sudah lama. Beberapa sudut agak berdebu. Kamar mandi cukup decent, disediakan beberapa toiletries dan handuk. Untuk tinggal semalam saja masih OK

Penginapannya nyaman dan bersih. Ada disediakan perlengkapan mandi dan handuk. Tempatnya di dalam perumahan jadi sepi dan tenang. Dekat dengan restoran dan tempat jualan makan.

Nice place, lack of hot water, quite safe inside room using card to enter. lady staff is helpfull and friendly but the boy staff Agus is meh. Need to be put in staff training how to handle guest nicely and comfortably.

“非常に満足”
The place is a bit deep in the housing neighbourhood, during. Night time main access are blocked, need to find alternative way to get to the area. Room quite nice, the staff also quite fast response, inside room a bit humid, aircon is good, bathroom have a bit of sewer smell.

“This hotel need more improvement (water tank, power token)”
Poor manageable power token: suddently the power was getting off in the morning due to token was empty. Poor manageable water: suddently the water was empty when I was getting shower due to stupid people switched off the pipeline from toren to our room.

We went there for an event at BSD, location is bad because it's inside a village, hard to find at GRAB ot UBER. Lots of ant inside the room! staff cant understand english

“Low Budget High Facilities”
Clean, and good stuff. Near Rawa Buntu Station, about 10 minutes. TV Cable, AC, Double Bed, Toiletries, hot water, clean kitchen, refigerator, oven, microwave, mineral water free refill. All is good. Happy to stay here. Good amenities.

“good place for you, if you joint to the concert in ICE BSD”
it's such a good hostel, and very recommended place for have some rest. That place near from ICE, BSD. I absolutely very recommend you to this hostel. You can say to driver that name "casa vanda" because sometimes its difficult to find that place.

“The hotel was nice though it's a guest house. And they provide towel and bath amenities as well. ”
They don't provide hot shower.

“良い”
The location is in a guarded housing area. Outside the housing area is a 24 hour Alpha Midi. The staffs are friendly but speak no English, Malay Language not too fluent. They speak local dialect instead. Wifi is available. The rooms are with no windows, slightly humid. There is neither washing basin in the room nor toilet, not convenient.
