Worth lah dengan harganya yang murah. Parkir dijaga security 24 jam. Prefer bawa alat mandi sendiri terutama sikat & pasta gigi. Pagi hanya dapat air mineral saja. Overall puas lah karena murah & hotelnya sebelah jalan raya dengan ditunjang banyak minimarket & orang jual makanan

Clean room, good service with basic facilities. Non-smoking room that did not smell of stale cigarettes. Street food and cafes are readily available in the vicinity.

when I slept there, they still on renovation so it's a little bit crowded. At that time there are many empty bedroom but they put me at the very end of the aisle, so I am a little bit afraid. And then in the next suddenly there are some people that try to opened my door. I don't feel safed especially when at time I was sleeping alone.

Its OK for short stay. Well enough sleep. Wifi is good & stable. Some TV's channel doesn't work well. But location is excellent, many cullinary near the hotel also minimarket.

“this is a "kos kosan"”

this is not a hotel. we called this "kos kosan" in indonesian. We can get 50-100k IDR for kos kosan room like this. There's gap between door!!, bad wifi signal, ppl can hear my sound from outside, bed was too soft, many ants, dead cockroach was found, very dirty toilet,, request large bed got twin bed (i arrived at 1 pm already). value of money : * Many hotel with the same price (add -+25k IDR) in Surabaya can get clean room and toilet, good bed condition, good room door condition, hairdryer, real hotel key (card key), real room hotel design interior, and the real hotel itself (idk why this Hotel take id card for a deposit. koskosan?) Location : ** its not a city center, just next to petra university Cleanliness : * ants, dead cockroach, dirty toilet, itchy skin after skincontact with bed Staff : ** Ignore special request, they said i didnt request any.

over all is good and satisfying eventhough its breakfast only prepare bread. Recommended for backpacker traveller

Cleanliness are very poor. Being bite by bed bugs / fleas. And i facing very bad skin inffection after being bite. Air conditioner are not function. No breakfast are served! Only bread, no coffee or tea. and toaster are very dirty.

i didnt expected a big room like an apartment. they have a swimming pool and clean room. we stay for one night for early morning flight. yes it is near to airport, good for whoever need to catch early morning flight.

“Simple accomodation for passing by traveller”

Good value accomodation when you need a place to crash for a night or two. Located near Petra Chtistian Univ, lots of food vendor and convenient store nearby. Breakfast is just bread and some choice of bread spread plus coffee or tea.

Well, more better if take a desk lamp at the work table. Coz when i had continue my work, i felt uncomfortable with the light. For the other facilities, I'm very appreciated for that

for Rp.225.000/ night twin bed room, you could find a similar priced but better facilities and location than SWK 95. there's no place of interest and good eatery nearby. my room's AC isn't working properly and the receptionist insisted 'that is the way it should be' but she sent in people to check it out. one of the bed spring is sinking. it has two windows open up to the corridor with window blind that is not blackout. the breakfast is just a very basic white bread and few options for spread. not coming back for another stay.

The only good thing about this hotel was its lobby and exterior with a modern design, but the rooms themselves were poor, so don't be deceived! Let's start with the bed, the sheets were dirty and some had stains on it. The pillow was hard and uncomfortable, but the bed itself was just fine, luckily. The bathroom was not really clean and the soap dispensers were a bit broken; better bring your own soap! The rooms were large enough, but beware: it were infested with mosquitoes; you should bring mosquito repellants, or otherwise good luck having a peaceful sleep! Luckily, the aircon was cool and the water was hot enough. Come morning, I expected a good breakfast after an unmemorable sleeping phase. Alas, they only served white bread with toaster and some margarine and jam. There was hot meal actually, like fried rice and alikes, but they were available above 8.30 AM with extra price. At least there were hot & cool water dispenser with some instant coffee or tea. For the staffs themselves, they were just so-so and a bit indifferent. To sum up, this is not a hotel but something rather like a dorm (my driver said that it was previously a dorm that was converted into a hotel). Choose only if there is no other option, or you needed to stay close to the airport, Siwalankerto area, Petra University. But to be fair, it is a budget hotel after all with the rate of only 250k IDR for the cheapest room. Room Tip: Given the poor service, avoid the higher rate rooms, choose only the cheapest.

Limited parking lot. We have to left the car key to the security, so they can easily to move our car if there's another car wanna go outside. But when I checked-out at noon, quite difficult to find this security and we have to wait for ten minutes because he's going some where. And this is not the first time. Room is standard. The room is humid so the smell is not good. This hotel is just for the short stay.
