It was fine. I kept changing the room 2 times because there were always errors in those rooms, e.g. the lights were broken, the tv remote didn’t work, the tv was broken (it was dark screen). The room is a little dusty. The staff is not friendly.

“Needs improvement ”
The toilet has to be cleaned properly! There is no hot water coming out. The doors are broken, make sure that the door is closed after you close it!! The hallway needs a proper sweep too. The local people are so loud in the middle of the night sitting in the hallway watching TikTok , loudly or screaming around.

“Not gonna recommend it again”
This was the second time i booked this hotel, same as before, we cluld not lock the door from inside The room and bed was okay The bathroom needs maintenance and appropriate shampoo and soap. And during this stay, when we woke up there was somebody slept in font of our door and the air conditioner leaked.

Great location for the price, I needed a shower and a quiet place to sleep. I travel in remote locations for work so this felt like luxury without the extravagance and price tag of big Western-style hotels. Many great restaurants nearby, mall, etc. will come again!

“Horrible Hotel I ever stay in my life”
We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. First We are really disappointed! First, We've already requested for twins bed but the hotel provided us the double bed. Second, The wifi was NOT WORKING in my room at first floor. The staff said to us that the wifi was only working at the front desk and the other floor. Third, my room and the bathroom was very dirty when I stayed. A lot of mosquito in our room. Forth, At the second day I stayed, my room WAS NOT CLEANED by the staff. And the staff at the front desk said that we have to request first in the morning to clean-up the room. Overall, we were very DISAPPOINTED at this hotel and WILL NOT STAY HERE ANYMORE.

“Avoid this hotel at all costs!”
This is the worst hotel we've ever stayed at in our whole life! The hallways were dirty and smelt very strongly of cigarette (butts and ashes on the floor) The room was extremely dirty. The floor was sticky. The furniture was broken. Pillows had stains. The walls had massive cracks and black marks everywhere. The bathroom was moldy and smelly...It looks like this room/hotel hasn't been cleaned and maintained for years. And the wifi was not working. We went to the Frontdesk and complained about the room. Staff was totally unconcerned with our complaints. In any other situation we would have left the hotel before even spending the night. But as we got to Manado late, on a very busy weekend (Manado Party), we had few options left. Book any other hotel in the area.

“Terrible location, dirty room”
The hotel is pretty bad by the standards of this price range in Manado. I've stayed in better ones (like Biz hotel). Worst part about it is the location, which is ironically not nearby anything good. It takes a long walk in the hot sun and sweating to get to the nearest mall with decent restaurants, and takes taxi drivers a long time to get in and out of the neighborhood. Room itself is decent size but was very worn, with broken faucet. It's also very noisy in the morning since all doors and walls are thin and other loud guests often wake up and are loud at 6am.

“Emplacement de choix et service impeccable ”
Petit hôtel à 1 minute de marche de la plage. Pour l'emplacement est le meilleur emplacement pour être proche du centre ville à une distance de marche des magasins d'alimentation, les restaurants, les centres d'achat (oui des centres d'achat) le weekend vous êtes au centre des activités dans les parties extérieur en arrière de ces centres. Des kiosques de street food, des scènes pour des spectacles ou karaoké. Pour un séjour de long terme vous pouvez demander de mettre la chambre à votre standard de propriété et de confort. Merci à Google translate j'arrive à mieux communiquer mes besoins, nettoyage des filtres du a.c, nettoyage approfondie de la chambre, des nouvelles draperie. Si j'ai un problème est celui de la connexion internet qui coupe sans arrêt elle n'ai pas adapté pour un nomade qui travaille à distance. Puisque ce n'ai pas mon cas je m'adapte à communiquer au besoin avec mon internet via mon cellulaire. Pour le reste c'est merveilleux, soyez patient avec les employés et si vous arrivez à communiquer avec eux vous serez traité comme un Roi. Si vous êtes le genre frustré, impatient et vous voulez avoir le standard du gringos, vous seriez très déçu de tous les hôtels à Manado, même des 4 étoiles. Donc conclusion avec le prix de la chambre, le service, la propriété (lorsque tu mentionnes tes attentes), la sécurité et la proximité de tous les services, personellement je donne un 5*. Merci pour votre excellent service et oui je serais de retour plusieurs fois jusqu'à février 2023.
