Hotelnya lokasinya strategis di Kima Square, dekat dengan Bandara. Dekat dengan bank, supermarket, kuliner. Staff ramah, kl untuk sekedar transit dan tidur, cukup pas sih

Everything works well and justified for the price. I need to go to Kima so that don't expect variety of attraction or food around there.

Overall good, ideal as transit hotel being located in a quiet area close to the airport and with easy access to mini market and atm. Poor breakfast, problems with electronic key decreased the quality of an otherwise comfortable stay.

it was nice place to stay in this hotel (4 days), eventhough it was too noisy (i still can hear vehicles and neighbour television), also the cleaning staff forgot to serve mineral water each day, great hot shower, cable tv, great food and drink. and please make sure that other guess was checked out on time, i got delayed check in though. overall nice hotel. thanks

We chose the hotel as it is located close to the airport. The hotel room was clean, unfortunately our Superior room did not had any windows and there was a really strong smell in the room. It was okay for an overnight stay. Dinner at the restaurant was good.

I had a very pleasant stay at Arbor Biz Hotel. This is my second stay here, and I noticed significant improvements and changes made since they first opened. There are many more variety of breakfast provided, from american to traditional breakfast. They provided more amenities and when I needed more, their room service was quick. The staff is friendly and warm as usual. For a business traveler, I always focus on three things: service, room cleanliness, and breakfast. Arbor is one hotel that does well in all these aspects. I will definitely check in to Arbor again on my next trip.

“Not adequately equipped as a business hotel ”

Working table in room is too small to put a 12" notebook, and wifi is weak and not consistent at 2nd floor. The worst are the breakfast... food generally are gone by 9am. All these short-coming is saved by a group of very helpful and friendly staff, who attend to our needs.

I asked the receptionist to switched my room because I was given a smelly room at the first time. Unlucky me, the substitution was no better. Still smoky smell leftover, and the floor was dirty. I had to sweep the floor with doormat to make my feet comfortable as the had no slippers in the room. However, for a 4-hour transit, it was enough, and it took only 10 minutes to the airport with the hotel shuttle (with extra charge).

A few issues ruined our stay here. First of all, the staff couldnt speak English, which made it very difficult to arrange things. Secondly, the toilet didnt flush well so we needed to flush 5 times in order to even get rid of a little piece of toilet paper. And third, the breakfast was terrible. They only had Indonesian food, not even a slice of bread. I cant handle fried rice in the morning so I had to do with a few pieces of unripe melon. In a hostel with a lower price this would be ok, but for this price I expect more!

Très bon hôtel, très bien placé. Le restaurant est ouvert 24/24 ce qui est très pratique si vous arrivez tard ou très tôt. Le personnel de l´ hôtel a été très gentil.
