ここに3泊しました。向かいにはバイクレンタルがあり、サーフィンスポットも近く、海辺に位置していて非常に便利です。スタッフもとても親切で、私の足が怪我をした際、スタッフがアイスパックとマッサージを手伝ってくれました。レストランは毎日氷を部屋に届けてくれて、本当に感謝しています!レストランは素晴らしく、屋外のバスルームもとても快適です。唯一の欠点はエレベーターが壊れていたことですが、スタッフが荷物を運んで手伝ってくれました。次回ロンボク島に来る際も、この宿を選びます!
エレベーターが壊れています。 他の口コミを見る限り何ヶ月も修理していない様子。 朝食会場やプール、上の方の部屋へ行くまでとても大変で息切れします。 また、部屋に蟻がとても多かった。
私が言えることは「WOW!」です!Svargaはロングボクでの3泊の間、私たちの家でした。他のすべてと比べて、絶対のお気に入りでした。スタッフは私たちを家族のように扱ってくれ、レストランのスタッフとの会話が非常に楽しかったので、何日も何晩も食事の後に何時間もおしゃべりしていました。ニザールはとても面白いし、ディアン、パトロール、ワヤン、ケトゥ、オカン、ヴィシュヌ、ムフリス、ナンダ、そして出会った他のすべてのレストランスタッフは、皆プロフェッショナルで、感謝の気持ちを持ち、謙虚な人々でした。料理は信じられないほど美味しくて、とてもリーズナブルでした。ある日、マネージャーのズール氏が忙しい中時間を割いて私たちをロングボク中に車で案内してくれました。それは予想外でした。しかし、彼らがどれほど素晴らしい人たちかがわかります。顧客サービスの最高レベルです。また、フロントエリアのスーマン、シャフリル、ヘリ、アベル、アユ、そしてマヤにも言及したいと思います…彼らのおかげで私たちの滞在は非常に思い出深いものとなり、彼らのおかげで必ず戻って来ることでしょう。価格はリーズナブルで、立地も素晴らしいです。ホテルのデザインはモダンで現代的です。エレベーターは現在動いていませんが、近々修理される予定です。
白を基調とした施設は、ロンボクの緑多い風景に非常に映えます。 レストラン近くにあるインフィニティプールからは美しいサンセットを眺めることができ、プールを楽しんだ後はすぐシャワーを浴びることができます。 レストランスタッフが非常にフレンドリーで、料理や飲み物も美味しかったです。 ただし、旅行の際は2つの注意点があります。 ①施設内は階段が多いです。大きい荷物を持っている方は、チェックイン時・チェックアウト前のお手伝いをお願いしてください。 ②部屋内には蟻がやや多かったです。また、バスルームに蜘蛛がいたことに驚きました。
10分間のウェルカムマッサージがあり、技術的にとても良かった。施術料も良心的。 レストランは見晴らしがよく、気持ちよい。
静かで のんびり過ごせました 朝食のレストランも眺めもよくとても気持ちよかったです。ただアルコール飲み物はホテルの方針で取り扱いがなく、到着してすぐ プハーっと飲みたかったけど、飲めず、それが残念でした。 移動はタクシーがないとできませんが、タクシー代も安く、ホテルの方にもすぐ呼んで頂けたすかりました。 機会があればまた泊まりたいです
部屋は綺麗なデザインだが、蟻が多い。防虫剤を備え付けてほしい。ルームメイキングでは枕のカバーを換えていなかった。Halal対応のホテルでアルコールメニューが無いのが残念。場所はスンギギの中心部に近く便利。山々の景色と遠くにビーチも臨めるプールは必見。雨季ということもあり、一泊7,000円以下と安かった。
まだ建設途中のホテルでしたが、騒音など、何の不便もなく宿泊できました。 いくつかスタッフに対応をお願いしたのですが、いつでも迅速に対応してくれました。 少し高めですが、静かでのんびり出来るいいホテルでした。
The place was very very nice and soothing. Booked a room with the private pool, the stay was absolutely fantastic. The massage we took was superb. Kudos to Rudi for the treatment and “jenaka” 😂

The hotel is on the other side of the island from Rinjani and the usual activities in Lombok. But 30 mins away from the port to take a boat to the 3 Gili’s. Staff were very accommodating although housekeeping was not up to scratch. In my message to them before travelling they did say there was a shuttle service to Senggini but when asked at the hotel first staff said no. Then when I enquired again they said they can arrange a driver but he couldn’t send us back to the hotel as we went in the evening. Disappointed that breakfast had no sausages or turkey ham only bead and eggs. When check in out the staff said there should have been meat as well

Very good resort in Lombok. It takes a little bit far from airport and city center yet it is located in a beautiful area surrounded by beautiful beach and palm trees. Staffs are super kind, helpful and friendly. Room was good. Amenities provided. Good breakfast. Very recommended!
I have stayed at Svarga Resort Senggigi multiple times before, but my recent visit was by far the worst — and it will certainly be my last. The disappointment started from the moment I entered my room. The TV welcome screen displayed another guest’s name instead of mine, a clear sign of negligence. I was then given a room in the far back corner of the property, where most of the lights in the hallway were not working. Even worse, the lighting around the private pool area was completely off, creating a dark and unsafe environment. I immediately requested to be moved to a more suitable room, but my complaint was ignored by the staff. No solution was offered. The condition of the bathroom was unacceptable. I found a cockroach crawling on the wall, the sink area was infested with ants, the wooden fixtures were rotten, the faucet was loose, and the lights around the bathroom mirror were dead. Not once did any of the hotel staff apologize for these issues, nor was there any form of compensation offered for the clearly substandard condition of the room — a room that should never have been assigned to a paying guest. This experience was extremely disappointing and unprofessional for a property claiming to be a resort. I would strongly advise others to reconsider before booking here.

Room is spacious. But it is slightly an old area. Pool in my room is awesome. Bed is comfy. Staff are all good but we had trouble waiting for our stuff when we requested for it, but we understand they were busy. The aircond had some issue but the technician came to fix it eventho it was 9 PM. Theres a lot of ootd spots here too!

Rooms were not well-maintained. We booked a deluxe double room with outdoor bath tub & ocean view but was told by Reception when checking in that we were upgraded to a room with a private pool. Had super high expectations but was utterly disappointed when we entered the room. The sliding door that separated the room from the outdoor area was faulty, sheets were stained, pool wasnt maintained and the water was stagnant, pump was not running. We did not dare to use the pool at all. The photographs of the room were extremely deceiving. There was also no "ocean view" which we had paid for.

Booked last minute because didn't feel like driving home to south shore anymore. Found this last room with nice price reduction. Room smelled dank when we came in and had many traces of water leaks from ceiling, we opened balcony doors and started ac and it was fine in 5 minutes. Only found 1 cockroach which I killed and sadly also only one pack of instant coffee. Otherwise we had a pretty nice time there, the place just needs some renovation and better management. I would go again

The place is beutiful, but the amenities are quite standard (such as no hairdryer). The room looks quite old, but it's clean and comfy. The breakfast menu variety is quite limited not so many options. But it's a nice stay.

My first room is not well maintained, have a musty smell when entering the room. The only good part is that they decorate my room for my wedding anniversary. Manage to get a room change after requesting for it. 2nd room smell is better after they spray with air freshener but aircon is leaking and hot water is not working. Had to call again for assistance. Technician came to assist but only manage to rectify the hot water. Aircon still leaking after a few inspecting, as it is already quite late. I asked the technician for a bucket to stop the water from splashing on the floor. Technician told me that they will rectify it again the next day. After coming back to the hotel after my tour, room aircon still leaking after 1hrs of usage. As that is my last night staying, I'm not bother to call for assistance as I was too tired.

Everything starting from check in was horrible. Couldn't even find my booking eventho i showed them my Agoda confirmation & the payment that they already collected through Western Union. A lot of stairs and a nightmare for those with kids/multiple luggages as there is only 1 lift & only up to certain levels. Our room had water marks on the floor nearby to the sliding door & the sink was leaking even after the maintenance guy came to 'fix' . No fresh towels eventho we just checked in and it was 6pm at that time ( consider late check in ) . we had to call for fresh towels & they said have to wait bcs the towels were just washed and waiting for the dryer to complete. Breakfast so so only , the overall building desperately needed a fresh coat of paint & MAJOR cleaning

It’s totally worth it, you encounter a nice reception lobby with a natural skylight letting the natural light enter into the lobby, you hear a sound of water flowing continuously in the little pool by the reception forming different reflection patterns on the ceiling creating a perfect calm atmosphere. The overall architecture of the resort is just marvellous with little details everywhere nicely done! The deck has amazing view, there’s an infinity pool by the restaurant in the resort which overlooks lush greenery and ocean view and you can also spot mt. Agung from here. The rooms are also nicely placed and designed!

Upon arrival, I discovered that the air conditioning in my room was not functioning properly. I reported this to the reception, and it took an hour for the issue to be resolved. I specifically booked a room with an outdoor jacuzzi; however, it has been unusable due to the lack of lighting outside the room, making the area completely dark. This morning, I woke up to extremely low or no water pressure. After returning to my room from Gili Trawangan later in the day, I found that the light outside my room had still not been fixed, despite previous complaints. The situation worsened when the water supply completely stopped while I was in the middle of showering. After waiting for 20 minutes, I contacted reception again. It took an additional 30 minutes for the water to return, but it was extremely dirty and unsuitable for use.

The environment of hotel was beautiful and nice. But the room sooo smelly. I booked a room at Svarga Hotel for two nights but ended up staying only one night and moving to another hotel. Upon arrival, I found the room to be smelly, and the bathroom had an awful odor. There were many lizard droppings on the toilet countertop, and the room had several lizards inside. The room was also dusty, with a musty and damp smell. The air conditioner was not working properly. I waited for over an hour on full blast, but it didn’t cool the room—just felt like the gas had run out, and it hadn’t been serviced. I called the receptionist to request a room change. They agreed to downgrade my room, and I moved to a new room late at night. The new room smelled better, probably because they had just sprayed perfume, but I noticed that the sliding door for the window was broken and couldn’t close properly. I accepted it and tried to sleep for the night. The next morning, when I went to use the toilet, the smell was back, and it was clear the cleaning wasn’t done thoroughly—lizard droppings were still on the countertop. The breakfast was also disappointing and not worth the money. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. You can find better options elsewhere for the same price.

The location and room is nice. If the weather is good you can view the sunset from your balcony as well. However we had to take a lot of stairs to reach the room, it’s tiring whenever we want to go back to the room while we just want to rest

Staff was very professional and helpful.
It was perfect place as a couple to spend time together in Lombok. The resort facilitates everything from restaurants with an excellent selection of food. The hotel has spa and massage. The rooms are big with a separate bathroom area which I loved it. The view from our room is incredible. The staff at the Hotel are the most friendliest people I have come across. I loved the environment of the hotel, the location. Excellent service Warm regards Gulnaaz

Hotel Syariah yang sangat recommended. Bersih, nyaman, unik, keren, ada saat menu sarapan bisa pilih (ala carte), lokasi strategis, para staff yang ramah. Disediakan Al Qur'an, namun tidak ada sajadah. Akan stay disini lagi kalau ke Senggigi.
