お湯が出ない、シャンプーが補充されない、予約内容が伝わっていない、などなどあるが、まぁそんなもんだろうと割り切れば手頃で良い。

エレベータはセキュリティを高めるため、ルームキーカードをかざして、自分の部屋のある階にだけ止まれるようになっていました。ただ、カードが認識されないということが、何度もありました。他の宿泊客も同様の症状がでていましたので、私のキーカードのみの問題ではないと思います。これは是正してもらいです。

家族と一緒にスイートタイプに滞在しましたが、部屋はとても広く、エアコンは涼しく、朝食にはたくさんのメニューがあり、プールも良く、子供たちはとても楽しんでいました。

セーフティーボックスが故障していた。スタッフに話したら持っていったが、そのままだった。洗面台の水が漏れていた。

8年位前から何度も宿泊している。 以前は目の前にコンビニエンスストアがあり、お酒も売っていたが、現在はスタバに変わっている。8年位前からほとんど設備メンテナンスしてないのか、いろいろなものが壊れる。 長年慣れ親しんでいたが、次は他のホテルに泊まるだろう。

ホテル周辺には何もなく、治安も悪そうで外出できなかった。 シャワーはお湯がぬるく快適ではなかった。 朝食は日本人にとってはあまり食べるものがなく、不満だった。

デザインは現代的でまずまずだが、エレベーターが心もとなく遅い! 部屋の洗面台がなぜか流れが悪く、しばらく排水が溜まって汚い。 あとは、まずまず!

空港からタクシーで40分くらいでした。 高速別で250千ルピア。帰りはブルーバードで120千ルピア程度でした。 目の前にセブンイレブンがありますが、アルコールは売ってませんでした。 部屋に冷蔵庫があり、そこにビールが2本入っており、恐らく無料です。 入り口にはブルーバードタクシーが止まっています。 部屋自体は喫煙を希望して、普通に喫煙可能な部屋を割り当てて頂きました。 早朝の便で帰宅する為、3時半頃にチェックアウトしましたが、フロントの方もおり、外にはブルーバードタクシーも止まっていました。 心配であれば、前日にお願いすれば呼んで貰えます。 注意点としては、ホテルでは日本円をルピアに両替をして貰えません。 土日は両替所が閉まる事が多いようで、空港も国内線到着ロビーでは閉まっていました。 ホテル前ある大きなショップでも、全てクローズしていました。 ルピアの確保は、どこか別の場所で行う必要があります。

3泊しました。通された部屋は、コネクティング・ルームで隣の部屋の音、会話がまる聞こえです。特に深夜は、隣と会話できるくらい。コネクティング・ルームのドアは、数ミリの隙間があって、隣から覗かれている感じがして落ち着きません。ネシアらしいといえば、それまでなのかもしれませんが、・・・・・。

部屋は、エグゼクティブ スイートで予約したので広くて綺麗で良かったですが、水が濁っていてお風呂も快適とは言えません。プールも同じく、写真で見るより、狭くて汚かったです。 そして、朝食は最低のまずさ、今まで、泊まったホテルで一番美味しくなかったです。 普通のパンでさえ、食べれなかったぐらいです。 下にコンビニがあるのが、唯一の救い?だったかな。

17階の喫煙部屋を利用しました。部屋は広く、清潔でした。朝食無しで2泊で9500円で利用しました。朝食は6ドルで利用できるとのことです。ホテルにコンビニ併設で、ブルーバードタクシーが常駐で便利でした。デポジットに500000ルピア必要だったのが、唯一のマイナスポイント。

今回1週間滞在しました。1か月前にも1週間滞在しましたが、相変わらず部屋にランドリーリスト、ランドリーバッグが用意されず(毎日電話で催促)、バスタオル、フェイスタオルもかなり使い込んだもの(シミ等付着しており、たまに髪の毛もついてました)が使用されています。近隣の違うホテルを予約するのですが満室で取れない為、ノボテルに宿泊しますが、良い点は場所(周りにおいしいレストランが多い)ぐらいです。

廊下側から他の部屋のドアを閉める音がかなり響いた。窓の方からは隣の声が普通に聞こえてきた。 立地はTJの駅からも近く、繁華街も近いのでいいと思う。

バス・電車・タクシー全部使用したけど、バスは安くて快適でした。道路混雑もすいすい進んでらくちんでした。 タクシーは道路渋滞にあうわ、値段も日本なみになるわであまり良いことないかも。 でも 安全は他の移動手段よりかえますねえ

思ったより立派なホテルでした。 料金もそこまで高くないし、設備もなかなかです。 ホテルを出てすぐ左にいるバイクタクシーは使わないでください。 ボラれます。

ノボテルホテルはインドネシア国内に多くのホテルがあり、私は各地で安心してノボテルを利用しています。 室内の備品の配置もよく計算されており、過ごしやすい空間でした。ただ朝食会場の雰囲気と内容はいまいちでした。
ホテル自体は良かったですが、ロケーションが悪く観光、ショッピングには不向きです。近くにショッピングやスパはなく、他のエリアに滞在することをお勧めします。
中国人街にあって、日本人を見る事はすくない地区と聞いていたが、慣れれば大丈夫だと思われるが注意する事は必要
ロケーション的に下町エリアでビジネス街から遠く、ビジネス滞在には不向きだと思いますが、ナイトライフには便利なホテルです。アコーホテルグループらしく、ホテルとしての温かさがなく無機質な感じのホテルですが、とりあえず及第点です。ただ難を言うなら、インドネシアではいまどき珍しい朝食なし設定、ワイヤレスインターネットなしでケーブル有料は残念でした。 そしてやはり日本人にとってのバスタブなし(一部あるようですが)の部屋はちょっと悲しいものがありました。3位失格繰り上げ銅メダル。
コタ地区で遊ぶため、歩けるほど近いこのホテルに一泊しました。 部屋は新しく、スタッフの対応は機敏で、大変良かったです。特に朝食が豊富で美味しかったです。トランスジャカルタに乗るのも目の前で立地も良いです。

Good facility, first room was so old and needs a lot of maintenance, we requested to change room and the other room was very good. Breakfast is no worth, so disappointing.

A great hotel for the price. Easily accessible and close to everything I needed to be close to. It's clean and has all the amenities that are required. The breakfast buffet was very good and had a lot of great choices.

Overall the stay was quite nice. Room is spacious and clean enough. Breakfast was quite good and has lots of varieties. Location is a bit crowded bcoz of the MRT construction.

Booked a non-smoking room but was given a smoking room. When I firstly settled my foot out on my floor room, but smoking essence instantly hit my nose. That was unacceptable. New room was not given.

I had booked a non-smoking room, but upon arrival, the hotel assigned me a smoking room, citing unavailability of non-smoking rooms. Unfortunately, I experienced discomfort, including a headache, and was unable to sleep on the first night due to the strong smell of smoke.
