Stayed at Fairfield due it's location for pre-international travel. Staff was very professional and quick to assist in any concerns. Included CGK transport was very helpful in expediting travels.

“good hotel near the airport”
This hotel is a neat place to spend a night or 2 before a flight. It's just 10 mins from the airport and they provide a complimentary hourly pick up/ drop off service. Better to book on the hotel website to earn loyalty points for free rooms.

“Beautiful hotel and helpful staff”
A very modern luxurious and spacious hotel located just a few minutes from the airport. The airport pick up service and the hotel drop off service are excellent, on time and the driver is extremely helpful with the luggage. The front desk are also very nice, warm and helpful.

“Super worth it”
I’m a fussy traveller so I always do my research before booking. This hotel has far exceeded my expectations although I already knew it can’t be that bad. I have always stayed in Mercure in PIK but it’ was totally sold out this time so location wise, Fairfield is kinda out of the way if I had to compare. But it did not affect my experience with them. The staffs were quick to attend to my needs and the room was sparkling clean 👍🏻 Would even consider to stay here instead of Mercure in future.

“Nice but noisy”
Room and staff was great. Food of the restaurant was good. But it’s a bit noisy, someone was using a hover at midnight in a room next to us (?).

“非常に満足”
This hotel was second hotel in Jakarta Business Trip. For the breakfast, was similar to my previous hotel's breakfast. Most of the food prepared more towards local taste. Choosen because I am having morning flight and it's location near to airport. They also provide shuttle bus to every terminal.

“Great staff”
Near new hotel with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The staff are the best part of the hotel. Special thanks to Daran and Cindy for making feel welcome. Free shuttle from airport is a big plus. I will be back every stopover.
