“アクティビティ多し”
小さな子供から大人まで参加できるアクティビティがあって家族全員で楽しめました。 プールもテントも清潔で非常に良かったです。ローカルフードも美味しかったし、 夜はBBQができていい体験ができました。

“楽しかった”
楽しい滞在でした。アクティビティは充実しているし食事も悪くなかった。 ただ、部屋にバスタオルしか置いてなく、バスローブ、フェイスタオルなどはなく驚いた。 自分で持って行くことをお勧めします。

“Amazing Hospitality”
This resort has the best hospitality among all the places I’ve stayed around the world. The staff were honestly amazing, attentive and thoughtful throughout my 4d3n stay, from the receptionist to the restaurant staff. I came to celebrate my birthday and they upgraded my room, welcomed me with a decorated bed with balloons, happy birthday greetings, including a slice of cake. The buggy staff even braved the rain himself to save the umbrella for my partner and I. During checkout, I requested to buy indomie from them as the supermart was not nearby and they surprised me by giving some to me instead! Thanks to them, it certainly made my birthday stay very memorable!

“Fantastic Stay”
Went with a group of 3 families, 6 adults and 6 toddlers. Stay was great. Every staff that we met was super accomodating to our our every request. Buggy service was fast and convenient. Buffet was so-so but al carte was much better. Will be great if the hotel have more food options, otherwise all is good!

“Water Sports”
They could have more watersports activities like the cable ski should be like make 1 round instead of just a line to n fro. The water activity is more towards kids friendly. Could have do more for adults as well. The lagoon should have more watersports activities. What I see it's just like an empty lagoon.

“Place to relax and recharge”
Nice rooms and friendly staff. A simple relaxing place to recharge and relax if you don't plan to do much activities there other than swimming or playing by the man-made lagoon with kids. Only one restaurant but i think the food is pretty decent and price is reasonable too.

“Lovely family holiday destination”
Super convenient location - complimentary shuttle service from ferry terminal just 5mins ride. Spacious rooms, right at treasure bay with super fun activities. There is a drying rack for each tent so it's dry swimsuits everyday! Only thing is food choice slightly limited, but given the price, not much to complain about.

“Best Resort along Treasure Bay”
Book a luxurious villa for 2 that includes a 2-person whirlpool/bath, many complimentary snacks and a king bed. The villas are a good distance apart from each other, and it even has a cold/hot water dispenser. Booked a special V-day 5-course dinner out alone on the patio, decorated with a huge heart backdrop and lights! Aiwi served us and he was so friendly, accommodating and overall amazing. The massage staff were really great and the tropical massage felt so relaxing, was able to choose which areas to focus on and how soft-hard you’d want them to be. Overall such an amazing experience, it is not cheapest but so worth all your money! I wished i stayed longer. Best to stay for 3D/2N to enjoy all their treasure bay activities package (they have a 20% offer for resort guests).

“Exceptional Property and Hospitality”
1. 10/10 Property 2. 10/10 Hospitality 3. 10/10 Location The Chef also madensure that our Vegan/Vegeterian meal requests for all 3 Meals were catered to. The staff deserves 10/10 as they were Super Supportive and took care of smallest of needs very proactively. The properly location is very near to Bintan Ferry Terminal (5-7 mins drive) which is also very convenient. Special shout out to Mr. DiDi (Chef) and Mr Candra and Mr. Lutfi (i am sure I have spelled it incorrectly) for the awesome Hospitality. Will visit again soon..

“Pleasant experience”
Relatively pleasant experience at Natra! Love how they have free shuttle service from terminal to the resort 👍🏻 And in the resort, they have buggy to transport you around which is convenient. :) Love the tent room and nature vibes toilet. Happy w my stay and highly recommended 💓

Poor Management. We booked on the Agoda application. It was clearly stated that 1 room be occupied by 3 people. However, when we checked in, we were required to pay an additional fee for the 3rd person. So, what's the point of informing at the beginning on our booking? The hotel Manager & Staff Reception only stated. there is the hotel policy only occupied for 2 people. And it was conveyed arrogantly without any point for solving the problem to their Customer

“Great resort with good mix of land and water adventures”
Although there's another resort nearby that shares the lagoon , I think Natra shines in terms of their staff friendliness and overall stay experience. Strongly recommend to try out their water adventures such as slip and slide and watersports park. As for land adventures the ATV and mangrove kayaking are the must do. Checkout the safari nearby too!

“Worth it 🤎”
Stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights and we all enjoyed it so much! The tent itself was amazing definitely glamping to its finest lol the staff was great and ever so helpful and friendly especially to my youngest that was wanderin off around the area. And my boys really enjoyed the water activities available and swimming in the largest pool

“Not recommended. Slow service and fake beach.”
Staff is generally friendly but the beach is fake (it’s actually a man made lagoon and we didn’t do our research properly before booking) and the staff’s service is really slow — it took multiple calls and 5 hours before they set up the sofa bed + provide additional towels for us. Hotel transportation is so expensive that we had to find alternative transport services from outside of the hotel. Lots of families and kids, so the place is quite noisy. There’s also another hotel next to this and they played loud clubbing music till 1030pm on a Saturday night, making it hard for a chill and relaxing evening. Food was subpar and breakfast buffet line was long (had to wait and wait, and the staff forgot the orders when there’s too many people…). All in all, not a 5 star hotel. 3 star at most. Would not recommend.

“Superb Hospitality”
All staff has a warm welcoming attitude n atmosphere. They are so polite with their gesture. I want to give a double thumbs up for Mila! She is so friendly n explained the facilities well. If possible, good to build a kids corner with full of activities for the whole day. So the adults as more time to chill out.

“Excellent service”
My family enjoyed our 3D2N stay at Natra. The service was excellent, staffs are friendly and will always greet with a smile. The toilet needs improvement, the floor was slippery when wet. There are also ants in the toilet crawling on the floor and basin. When it rain, it’s kinda loud when the rain hits the roof of the toilet. It’s very loud and hard to sleep esp at night. It would be good if there are more food selection at the restaurant.

Everything was fabulous except the bed need to change. Ours got creaking sound already.

“Stay 9-10 December ”
We loved our stay everything was good , the staffs are all friendly and service was exceptional they allowed early check in since we arrived early and late check out as our ferry back to Singapore was later in afternoon , thanks Natra for the good memories

“Excellent service and staff”
Had a wonderful time with my family and the kids simply love it. Everything is within the resort. Only down side is limited food choices and price are comparable to sg. It was my birthday and they arranged for an early check in with some nice birthday decors, balloons and a small cake which the kids love it!

“掃除がいまひとつ”
雰囲気、スタッフのサービス、感じは良く楽しむことができました テントの外に洗面所とシャワーがあるのですが 植木のところにタバコの吸い殻がたくさん捨てられていました 清掃はしっかりしないとリゾート気分を壊してしまいます
