新築で清潔感があった。食事はいまいちだったが、全体的にすばらいい。 ショッピングセンターも併設できたばかりで部屋もきれいで過ごしやすかった。しかしプールが写真とは大きく違っていてがっかり。食事はいまいちだったが、ショッピングセンターが併設しているので、スーパーに買い物にいける。ナゴヤもタクシーで5ふん。タクシー運転手はぼったくるので要注意。

“綺麗で良いホテルだと思います。”
室内が清潔。デスクが使いやすい。周りに良質のシーフードレストランがある。室内が綺麗で清潔感があり良かったです。 禁煙ルームをリクエストしたのですが、ちゃんとリクエスト通りに禁煙の部屋でした。 また機会があれば泊まってみたいですね。

“Best in the World”
Had a great time in the hotel. Very clean and Modern. Great room service and staff. Stayed in a King bed room with all the amenities you would expect in a room. The breakfast spread was huge and so satisfying. Lots of variety of food to try. The pool was great too. Definitely would stay again.

We stayed for 3d2n. Great service by staff from counter to bellboys. Great customer service by Maya n Tesa too. Rooms are clean n very good breakfast. Location is walking distance to ferry terminal.

“Dissappointing stay ”
Me & buddy booked a deluxe room given it was close to harbour bay ferry terminal. Check in was a breeze. The few setbacks was our room was located at the smoking room floor and i requested for another room as the smell was quite strong as walked down the hall to our room. Even after the staff came to spray,the smell was still strong. The reception called and said that the room was a non smoking room but i saw an ashtray in the room. That aside, the sink was choking and i end up using the rainshower instead..breakfast spread was okay and thankfully it was only one night stay..My head was really spinning throughout the stay due to the strong smoking smell.. wished they could have handled better..

“Not happy”
1) booked for 2 single beds room and they missed to notice that. 2) I noticed that the mineral water provided in the room was chargeable, but this was never communicated to me during check-in. It was only mentioned at check-out by the receptionist. When I asked why this wasn’t informed earlier, she simply said “sorry.” I believe this could have been handled more transparently, and such charges should be clearly communicated upfront to avoid confusion. 3) the toilet is very smelly.

Location is near Harborbay Ferry Terminal, Wey Wey Live Seafood and a few other good restaurants. Friendly staff able to speak English, very good breakfast buffet with variety of food and local cuisines. Clean room, comfortable beds.

“Friendly staff, very good breakfast bufet”
Went to Batam for a short getaway with parents and siblings, great location of within walking distance to Harborbay Ferry Terminal. Staff is friendly and able to speak English. Not too crowded. Buffet breakfast is good with a lot of variety and local cuisines. Clean room as well, albeit a bit aged.

“AC is super lousy”
AC no cool at all. Was sweating whole night without blanket. Breakfast has lots of options though, not bad. Convenient distance to the harbour terminal.

“Attentive to details”
I am very happy and satisfied with my stay at Swiss-Belhotel Harbour Bay. The hotel read my request and prepared a Birthday surprise upon entering the room. Both me and my partner were super delighted. Thw breakfast spread was amazing, day1 and day2 had different cooked menu. Love the egg station, widespread of bread selection. Hotel location near to kelong seafood area, grab was easy to book if travelling into Grand Batam mall etc. Definitely will come back here again for my next batam trip.

“Facilities ”
Hotel staff have excellent service however there is some need to be improve : Complementary coffee : do not taste well not sure it be tasted before selecting this brand of coffee Hotel short circuit result in no power supply when my elderly mother was in the washroom .No compensation or apology for the inconvenience The TV channel do not have any Chinese programs as most of the guest are come from Singapore for vacation ended up me and my mother need to watch program from our mobile phone . As for the breakfast thing are too salty and sweet as for coffee same no proper indication of where to get milk for black coffee .however great job for the service that is provided from them

“Nice hotel, location ”
We like this hotel as we had stayed here before. However, for this round, the toilet rolls in toilet weren't top up when it's going to finish. Also, we saw spider web 🕷 in the coffee cabinet. A little disappointed on this. Otherwise, all is good

“部屋のエアコン”
チェックイン時、部屋の温度は28度でした。最低温度に調整しても、28度のままでした。フロントデスクに助けを求めました。技術者がフィルターを清掃しましたが、状況は変わりませんでした。 全体として、部屋は良好でした。スタッフのマヤは私の前回の滞在を覚えていてくれました。彼女はトイレの鏡に歓迎メッセージを書いてくれ、部屋には歓迎ケーキを用意してくれました。彼女は良いサービスのために一歩踏み出してくれました。朝食の品揃えは私を失望させることはありませんでした。多くの種類が用意されていました。
