“Great place to relax”
Very spacious and private villa. The staff were fantastic and very helpful. We had breakfast included but it was very average with limited options, and some food was cold, including the bacon.

“Overall disappointing ”
Second time to this villa! Service standards have dropped since I was there 1.5 years ago. Ordered grab food in on a rainy day and got told off by staff for ordering in… hot water runs out midway through filling the bath and takes 30min to come back on so the bath is decorative. Cleanliness has dropped overall - encountered many mosquitoes in the room and the gym was poorly maintained. Overall does not have the luxury vibes it used to.

“Good place to stay”
food was good so we had two breakfast and dinner during two nights stay, room was very big and nice. However, during our stay we spotted drone outside our villa and there is nothing we can do about it. Since the private pool and showering area are open spaces, having a drone outside our villa is quite disturbing. Other than that, amazing staff and room:)

“Incredible. Just incredible. ”
From the staff to the pool to the food and spa. Everyone was amazing. Free shuttles to beach and shops. They were great with our toddler too. Would come again!

房間非常乾淨漂亮，泳池很大，有一些蟲子但不多，每天會清理泳池樹葉，很棒的體驗，還幫我順便慶生了，飯店內的餐廳價格不貴，不想出去吃可以在飯店裡直接吃飯，味道也不錯👍

The staff here is always jovial and offers excellent service. They manage to accommodate our last minute 2 hour booking for our night spa treatment which was truly relaxing, calming and rejuvenating. Our luxurious 1 bedroom villa experience was unforgettable and spendid - a perfect Balinese getaway!

“good private staycation place”
stayed here for a few nights to relax and have a rest. The place have private villas and pool but they also have a big public pool. there’s things to do inside the resort as well. we did massage and we had fun on their billiard area

“房间真的非常棒！”
1.酒店位置虽然和ayana相邻，但是离海有点距离，酒店门口没啥配套，只能进出打车，不过也不麻烦。 2.房间真的很棒，私人泳池很大！每天呆在房间不想出去！醒了就下水感觉太好了！院子里有树，有小草坪，如果带小孩出行会很好玩。 3.公共泳池也很大，不错。 4.早餐可以说是难吃，不要指望了。健身房也很小，spa没去体验，总之就是房间棒，其他一般。 5.minibar免费，电视有Netflix会员可以直接看。 6.蚂蚁和小蚊虫当然是相对比较多的，不过可以接受。 总之很棒的房间，下次带小孩来还会去。

“villa别墅度假体验感很不错”
酒店给布置了蜜月装饰，挺贴心的，有一个小厨房，没有锅，但是有餐具盘子碗。 酒店设施很多，有娱乐室（台球，游戏等），还有健身房，还有公用的超大泳池。 早餐是自助的，但是种类不是很多，口味也一般。 房间空调很凉快，Wi-Fi速度也还行。 工作人员都很nice和helpful。

“Villa design good, nice staff”
It’s good size for the family with 2kids, nice environment, 5min shuttle to the little shopping mall have few choices of restaurants. The location definitely need a car to anywhere

“Would stay here again”
Amazing villa. Good location. Very clean. Pillows were abit hard but it’s probably because they were very new. Staff was incredible. We were rushing to checkout and left our handphone in the villa. Staff called my main number to notify me immediately. Highly recommended and will definitely stay here again for our next trip. Cheers…

“Amazing villa”
The villa is superb with private pool, stabding shower, jacuzzi, bath tub and generous area for dining and relaxing. The welcoming of guests are done in just the right manner woth welcome drink and buggy ride to your villa. It has bicycles for you to utilize within the site, private, gym, recreational room, in-house restaurant for breakfast facing a large pool, water feature and mini playground for the kids. Quite a satisfying stay with helpful staff and accessible location.

“Amazing holidays”
Vivara Villa is the best place. Very beautiful place to spend holidays. All the staff very polite and friendly. Buffet breakfast was excellent with great food choice. Private pool was very clean.Thanks Agoda giving the best price this 5 star villa.

“舒適寧靜的住宿體驗”
如果想寧靜舒適的住宿，這裏是推介的。Villa裏面基本上每個位置都是整潔, 服務態度良好, 但是Villa四周附近都是沒有餐廳及商店，最近搭Grab 20至半個鐘先至會有餐廳，幸好Villa餐廳食物質素也算正常。 整體感覺良好～

“Will never recommend to others”
The water pressure in the room was quite low, which made showers less comfortable. Took half hour to get the shampoo clear. Technician come in just pretend repairing, the pressure still low after a repairing drama. Additionally, the front desk was understaffed, leading to some wait times during check-in and check-out. Overall, service could be improved for a smoother guest experience.
