“Great stay”

I've been here around 14 days and it's has been great!

“Comfortable Stay with Some Drawbacks”

The room was clean and spacious with available hot water. The pool was nice and clean. However, the location was not ideal as it was very far from the main attractions, and there was no breakfast facility available.

Really value for money. Faced just one minor issue, A/C was not cooling properly, took time to cool up the room

The room was huge and surprisingly they also had microwave and small kitchen in the room which is it was super nice. The staff was kind and they let me to early checkin. But sadly, there was no mineral water and no shampoo, no toothbrush, no toothpaste. They didn't even put sugar there, only coffee and tea.

“Stuff disappeared from my room & staff & manager never followed up! ”

We left valuable personal belongings in my room after checkout (medicine, contact lenses, expensive face and eye cream, etc.), after realizing this the same afternoon, we immediately contacted the hotel and reported it to the staff. They promised to phone me back after checking. They did not call. I then tried repeatedly to reach the hotel again, but for more than a day, nobody answered. Two days later I finally drove all the way back there from Ubud (1.5 hours by road) to investigate in person. I met the staff and manager, Mr Ketut Wiyastra, who assured me they would look into it and get back to me later the same day. I asked for his phone number, which he gave me. Now, 4 days later, nobody from the hotel has called me. I tried repeatedly to phone the manager, but nobody picks up at the number he gave me. I texted a few times. No response. They just all 'disappeared'. I will never stay here again. Can't trust a hotel where it's unsafe to leave your valuable stuff in the room. Very disappointed.

“Aircondition”

Overall we enjoyed our stay but the aircondition was not cold enough.Unfortunately the room we stayed in has a large skylight, so during the day the room would heat up and would not cool down enough to be able to sleep comfortably. Also the same skylight allowed us to hear the room next door as it didn't continue as a full wall so could be noisy .Recommend you stay in rooms 1001-1009.different style of room.No skylight.

My first stay at this hotel but it won't be my last. The room was large and very clean and beautifully furnished. The bathroom was also large and had a superb shower. Food served at breakfast was ok but the coffee was so so. Location was pretty good.

“Quiet clean and friendly”

The staff were very friendly and able to organise taxis etc. Being off peak we were also able to get a good price. As it is new there are no lush gardens but the pool and rooms are well detailed with fridge and microwave and kitchenette. Would happily stay here again.

“Nice place for the price”

A bit far from everywhere, you really need your own transportation if you want to stay here, which we had, so no problem. New, clean and comfortable. The staff very nice and very helpful. Two things I missed that could make this place perfect: a bit of shade in the swimming pool, which is too opened to the sun to be there (trees or umbrellas would do), and a room terrace to smoke at night. A small table and a couple of chairs outside the entrance would do.

“Great hotel, could not fault!”

We stayed at Svarna Suites for 6 nights all up and loved every minute of our stay. The hotel is still new, and rooms are very large, comfortable and modern. Pool is very beautiful, and they provide clean towels on the sun lounges every day. Staff were very friendly and helpful, always smiling and greeting us every time we arrived back at the hotel and helped us book taxis when needed. Location is pretty central, about 5 minutes from the main strip in Legian and about 15/20 minutes walk to the beach. We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely come back!!

Modern design rooms all on main level with high quality bedding and fixtures including strong shower, mini kitchenette, regular wifi throughout. we extended our stay and have since returned to a warm welcome. Convenient and quiet location (just off Jl Nakula across from the stream/canal). 5min walk to Jl Legian and 20min to the beach. We rented a motorbike but they are great about arranging transport as well. They allowed us to leave our luggage for a couple of days which was really appreciated. Very good walk-in rates especially for this area. You won't regret it!

Value for Money

“modern and big room, privacy and quiet, good price”

It is a brand new hotel and I like the room layout and fast check in and out due to few suite type of rooms. It was really quiet and enjoy the peaceful sleep after a hectic day. The room facilities including a kitchenette and a micro-oven are of 4 star standard. It is suitable for us as a family which we booked two rooms next to each other.It is very private and very convenient as is only single storey. The staff are helpful and very friendly. Will come back to stay again.

“Nice room, good location and very clean”

I live in Bali and this stay was just for new years eve so we could be closer to the nightlife. It is a brand new hotel and we were the first people to stay in this room. Nice large room with very comfortable bed and small kitchen, there is a large bathroom and wardrobes withan exceptionally great shower. Staff were very friendly and easy abd price was great. Would definitely recommend this hotel and stay there again.

Encontre este hotel por casualidad al fallarme los planes, primero reserve una noche pero lo amplie a toda la estancia, limpio espacioso y tranquilo, el baño de standar europeo, pequeña cocina conicrondas y regrigerador, calentador de agua etc, sin duda muy recomendable por este precio

Après avoir vécu un cauchemar à Villa Diana (à deux pas de celui-ci), cela a été un soulagement de découvrir un endroit où l'on est accueilli et bien traité. C'est un petit hôtel qui propose des grandes chambres avec une kitchenette avec frigidaire et micro-onde, une très belle piscine et une cuisine en accès libre. Le staff est adorable et aux petits soins. Idéal pour les longs séjours et les couples en recherche de calme.

“Court sejour. Hotel de transit ou pour petit budge”

Sejour d'une nuit pour notre vol retour. La piscine est tres belle (grande!). Il faudrait metre des parasols autour de la piscine car il fait tres tres chaud en plein soleil! Le quartier est calme est pas trop de legian et seminyak. Staff present et disponible.

Tudo perfeito. Limpo, moderno, piscina ótima, banheiro muito bom, preço fantástico para o que ele oferece. Não tenho um ponto negativo para este hotel. Apenas preste atenção no endereço! fica em uma travessa da rua Nakula.Você vindo da Sunset Road, vire a direita antes de cruzar a pequena ponte que tem. É facil, mas a rua é pequena e calma, então alguns podem ter dificuldades em ver.

“Очень милый отельчик!!!”

Очень милый отель. Всего 12 номеров. Очень вежливый персонал. Присутствует wi-fi. Хорошо работает в лобби, а в номерах не очень, но они обещали это исправить в ближайшее время. Имеется кухня с холодильником и микроволновкой. Останавливались в нем с маленьким ребенком (1,3 года). Ребенку было комфортно. Он мог погулять по территории. Персонал с удовольствием уделял ему время. Так же у них можно заказать няню. Хороший отель. Уверена, что если снова понадобится останавливаться в Семиньяке мы выберем именно его!

Очень милый новый отельчик. Большая кровать, просторный номер. В номере холодильник, чайник, микроволновка, минисадик. Отель расположен в тихом месте. Большой бассейн. Каждый вечер спрашивают, что будете есть на завтрак. Меню небольшое: яйца в разном исполнении или индонезийские рис и лапша. Сок, кофе. Во время нашего пребывания были перебои с интернетом. В целом впечатления от отеля позитивные. P.S. Смешно сделана разводка электричества. Розетки у кровати работают только при включенном свете:)) выкрутила лампочки:))

It was nice staying at Svarna Suite. Staf was helpful and it's close to everywhere. Room was also fairly spacious. Haven't had trying their internet connection, hope it is good since I will be staying bit longer next month.
