“Old Bali.”
Older Balinese property, well maintained, room spotlessly clean,property very quiet excellent location with good warungs close also fine dining as well. Putu the manager excellent could not do enough for us and the rest of the staff excellent. Breakfast ok 35,00 rphs. beer and water at very good prices. Will certainly return here to stay even longer.

“Excellent for sure ”
We have (as we’re still here lol) the apartment with the bedroom upstairs, the units are clean and very very spacious, having a lounge, kitchen, bedroom & large bathroom lots of pressure downstair and a loo upstairs which is handy in the night ... there is a fridge freezer, gas stove top & all the implements if you want to cook ... flat screen tv downstairs with a few English movie channels ... It has a little front porch with drying rack ... the pool area is stunning nothing like the old pics before the plants had grown ... the staff are lovely 😊 we can order a breakfast for $3.50 I have pancake, omelet, fruit platter & coffee, more than enough & served on out patio ... if you want to order in dinner there is a menu eat the front desk and the food is Indonesian from a local warung, one of the staff bring it to your room & you pay then, cheap and yummy 😋 we hire a bike but it is only a 5-10 minute walk to the main road, it’s the third time we have stayed here and will definitely again

“Spacious Apartment”
Very unique set up with open-air kitchen/lounge. The apartment was very spacious and had all we needed for our stay. We were very disappointed with barking dogs in the area, day and night, which ruined our stay here. Beach, shops and restaurants are all within distance.

“非常に満足”
Great place to stay. Being slightly out of the way (15 minutes walk to beach) makes for a very quiet stay. The staff were fantastic. Putu was amazing and nothing was too much trouble for her. And Dewi was also very helpful. Really good little restaurants in close proximity.

“Excellent Apartment”
I felt very much at home at Praschits. The apartment was very comfortable, airy and very quiet. It had all the basics in the kitchen, which was good. Very clean and bed sheet were very white and clean. The pool was refreshing and not so deep, unlike most places in bali. Great location and there were many place to eat out near by. The staff were always smiling and Putu the manager was very helpful, nothing was too much for her. I highly recommend Praschits..

“非常に満足”
Units are nice with a loft bedroom, full kitchen and living room. Good size bathroom on the main floor with a hot shower. I only stayed for a couple of nights but it seems like it would be a good place to stay if you were looking for a nice, quiet place to base yourself out of if you were in Bali for a while. Staff were friendly and helpful. Was a bit hard to find at first as there is no number posted and they didn't have the sign up on the gate when I arrived. Lots of good food options within walking distance.

Super appartments, with kitchen and bed on a gallery! Super clean and staff cleaned the whole appartment incl. kitchen everyday! It's about 15' to the beach but in a really quiet area 5' away from the main road with shops snd restaurant. We didn't use the pool area but it look nice! Would def. recommend this place!

SPACIOUS, QUIET AND COMFORTABLE. WAYAN AND FAMILY ARE VERY HELPFUL AND PUT ME ON TO SOME VERY GOOD NEARBY EATERIES. POOL IS REFRESHING AND CATCHES THE SUN MOST OF THE DAY. ROOMS ARE LARGE, TWO TV'S AND DVD IN MY ROOM. WILL BOOK AGAIN. THX WAYAN.

Wayan was a friendly and helpful manager.. My husband had eye problem and the manager upgraded us to the apartment, which was a lovely and bright. The pool was the garden area was excellent.

“Great Hotel - Would stay again and recommend it”
The rooms were great, large, clean and the hotel is only a short walk to the main street. Wayan the lady who works there is lovely, extremely helpful and very friendlyMyself and my husband had a great stay in the apartments. We go to Bali often and love staying in Sanur. We would defiantly stay in the apartments again and would recommend them. The Apartments are spacious and have everything you need, you have the ground floor with your TV, table, cooking area,day bed in, and then upstairs to the mezzanine were your bed and little outside toilet is. They were clean, and the location is good. It is about a 5 min stroll to the main street, the walk takes you past little local shop to buy your water and past a restaurant called Lilla's which I would also highly recommend, and little further up the street a Warung which is also cheap and tasty. When you come out the apartments we turned left, then right and right again, and we were in the main street were you can cut through to get to the beach. Wayan was the lady who was the main worker there, Wayan is lovely, very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was between 8 - 10, you would let Wayan know what time you would like this, and they would deliver it to your door :) that was the only food we ate there. There are 7 apartments, it was full when we were there but did not see anyone. The pool is very clean, a small area but even though the place was full I had it to myself most of the time :) it is very quiet and relaxing.

“가격대비 좋아요”
아이들과 땡볕에 모르는길을 찾아 돌아다니ㅣ엔 살짝 멀수있어요. 큰길까지 나가는길이 골목골목으로 나가야해서요.하지만 조용하고 스튜디오룸 복층형태로 식탁도 있고 데이베드드 아래있어서 애들제우고 혼자서 사부작 사부작 할수있었어요.수영장도 깔끔히 유지되고 3단계높이로 되어있어요. 게하에는 3년된 멍뭉이가 있는데 그아이를 우리애들은 너무 좋아해서 같이 놀고해서 집에자꾸 가자고 했네요. 해변은 코코마트에서 들어가면 되고 해변은 잔잔하니 애들이 맘껏 즐기기 좋아요.모래는 곱지않아요.아침에 그곳 해변에서 요가수업도 하고있었어요.7시경부터 시작하는듯요. 숙소는 오래되었어요. 나무로 지은집이라 2층에서 걸을때 마다 데이베드에서 움직일때면 삐그덕 거리는 소리가 나고 벌레는 많아요.발리는 어딜가든...있으니 이젠 그려려니...아침식사는 35k루피아로 아메리식.발리 프타 식으로 있는데 다 맛나요.에어컨도 강하구요.

“편히지냈습니다”
저렴하게 묵었기에 불만은 없습니다. 숙소 관리하는 Putu 친절하고요 청소도 깨끗이해주는편이구요. 솔직히 숙소자체가 homestay개념이라 청결이 최고급은아닌것같구요 구석구석 먼지도있구 1층은 특히 개미가 많아요 오픈형이라 모기도가끔있는데 이정도면 양호하다고봐요. 화장실 오픈형으로 냄새는 안나지만 욕조나, 샤워기가 좀.. 상태가 노후한것같아요 Renovation하면좋겠다 싶어요. 방에 천장이 높아서 좋더군요. 풀도 관리잘되는것같고 . 자매들로보이는 직원들이 열심히 청소하고 가꾸네요. 숙소내 세탁도저렴하고,생수는 제공않지만 음료도 싸구요. 무엇보다 메인로드 접근성이좋아요. 불편하지않게 잘묵다왔네요. 사누르는 대체적으로 바쁜 다른 관광지보다 느낌이 평화롭네요. 또다시간다면 또 사누르로갈라구요

Situation quasi parfaite à 300 mètres de notre zone préfèree à Salut, proches des meilleurs restaurants et bars, 15 minutes à pieds de la plage😊 Très confortable, calme et prix très correct. Nous reviendrons !

“Akhir Tahun Yang Menyenangkan”
Saya sangat suka menginap di sini, fasilitas dikamar sangat lengkap, ada dapurnya sudah berisi peralatan masak, kamar nya luas banget, ada kolam renangnya jg, staffnya baik dan ramah. Hanya untuk parkiran yang agak sempit jika membawa mobil. But Over all, very good. We're very enjoyed

Tempat yg nyaman & bersih. Suasana juga sepi jadi nyaman untuk istirahat. Kamar mandi bersih + air panas. Dapur bersih , cuma tempat piring sudah ada yg karatan. Alat masak tidak terlalu lengkap, tapi tdk masalah karena kami bawa beberapa alat masak. Kolam renang bersih. Pemilik & staf sangat ramah. Nyesel 1 minggu di Bali cuma booking 2 malam.

Vernachlässigtes Haus mit unfähigem Personal. Bezeichnen, beim Einchecken ein Schmutzfleck im Bad reklamiert. Diesen wollte die Rezeptionistin dann mit dem Duschvorleger wegwischen. Der rote Faden SCHMUTZ.

“Das Personal war sehr freundlich, unsere Unterkunft wurde jeden Tag gereinigt, ”
Die Anlage befindet sich in einem guten Zustand, leider ist die Strassenbeleuchtung zur unzureichend, daher empfehlen wir auf jeden Fall Taschenlampen, der Strandzugang vom Praschita ist sehr weit MfG Karin und Rolf aus Germany

“Super Unterkunft, absolut empfehlenswert ”
Die Unterkunft liegt etwas abseits der Hauptstraße, zu Fuß in 15 Minuten erreichbar. Pool und Unterkunft war immer sauber, das Personal extrem freundlich. Wir haben für die Unterkunft 18 pro nacht bezahlt, dafür ist das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis super!

За такие деньги можно найти намного лучше(отдал 2млн300т за 1 неделю), все старое и ветхое, требует ремонта, уборки в номерах нет , белье и полотенца не меняют, номер давно требует ремонта!!! Не рекомендую, товарищ жил по соседству ( жаль не было там номеров), ежедневный клининг и номера новые за 2100! Попросил убраться, ответ был: завтра, так никто и не убрал номер! Соответственно за отношение к клиентам также жирный минус персоналу!!!

“Очень понравилось!”
Арендовали 1 Bedroom Studio, цена была по специальному предложению 344 000 IDR за ночь. Нам с супругой очень понравилось. Большая ванна - хочешь душ, хочешь ванну. Спальня - большая кровать, простыни белоснежные, менялись каждый день вместе с полотенцами, все приятно пахнет, есть вся необходимая кухонная утварь, даже печь, мы ходили в супермаркет Handys в 13 минутах, и готовили сами. На территории бассейн чистый, с водяной стеной, лежаками, рядом душ. Можно устроить фотосессию))) очень красиво... Тут на пальмах растут бананы))) Приветливый и дружелюбный персонал. Воду, чай, кофе не ставят в студию, но можно купить 1,5 л - 6000... И на ресепшен имеется бутилированная вода, но мы не уточняли можно ли ей пользоваться. Думаю при желании можно договорится с персоналом, приобрести за 18 большую (15 л) бутылку воды и пить ее... wifi работает хорошо на всей территории апартаментов. По расположению... 15 минут до пляжа, 5 минут до основной дороги с кафе... не могу сказать что далеко... берите байк или велик на прокат и нет проблем...

НикакиеДалеко от моря. В номер постоянно залезают геконы. Про муравьев я вообще молчу. Нет ощущения комфорта. На фото намного лучше, чем в реальности.

“SUCH A NICE STAY !! FELT LIKE BEING WITH FAMILY”
I stayed there with my daughter and husband for 4 weeks in July and it felt like home ! Putu and all the team made us feel very welcome. We had a one bedroom apartment which was quite large and just next to the pool. We made the most of the pool as it was rarely used by other guests. Great filling breakfast served even rather early in the morning. Popo, their puppy quickly adopted my daughter...and vice versa! Would love to come back ! Terima kasih Ras Putih (I hope I spelt it right)
