“コスパよし！”

家族プラスじいじばあばとの旅行ならば普通のホテルをふた部屋予約するよりコスパよし。3ベッドルームに泊まりましたが各ベッドルームは鍵付きの部屋で実質3部屋普通のホテルを予約したのと変わりません。 ただしサンセット棟は何処に行くのも不便なので他の棟をチェックイン時にリクエストをお勧めします。

“いろいろ徒歩圏内のプールのおおきなヴィラ”

噂のサンセット棟でした。 本館ともう一つ、やや離れてサンセット棟です。 こちらに宿泊しましたが、ビンタンスーパーに近いですし、mooliteも徒歩圏内です。 kudetaやwoobar、スミニャックプレイスは遠いですが、車で送ってくれます(無料でした)。 部屋は1roomですが十分な敷地面積と部屋面積があります。プールは10m×5mくらいはあり、泳げるレベルです。 唯一難を言えば、お風呂が石造りですが完全インドアですので、プールヴィラっぽさは少しないかもしれませんが、十分でした。 キッチンがついてますので自炊可能です。朝食は卵関係をキッチンで作ってくれます。味は普通です。 この辺りのエリアは100平米ごえのヴィラが少し古めなら1万円程度で泊まれますが、この大きさのプールがついてるなら2万しないならオススメできます。

６００㎡あるヴィラのお庭が広くて木やお花もたくさん！ プールも浅いところや深いところもあり面白い！ ヴィラで提供される朝ごはんも良かった。 プラナスパのお迎えが事故で３０分遅れたら、チェックアウトの時間を 12：00から１時間延長してくれて助かりました。

バリは2度目。初めて滞在しました。ヴィラの前に広がるプライベートプールで気兼ねなく泳いだり、ランチを注文し、プールサイドで食べたり、とてもゴージャスな経験ができました。スタッフの皆さんもとても親切でした。歩いてすぐの併設のレストランの食事もおいしかったです。徒歩圏に良いレストランもたくさんあり、便利でした。マッサージやSPAも歩いてすぐです。併設のスパは宿泊客は半額になります。スーパー、コンビニも目の前で買い物はそこで済ませました。海岸までは歩いて20分くらいなのですが、散歩するにはとてもいい距離です。空港での送り迎えも時間通り、ドライバーさんもすばらしく親切でした。また次も利用したいです。

他の方のレビューにもあるようにサンセット棟は場所がビハインド。でも、車での送迎があり、ゆっくりしたいなら問題無いです。スタッフのホスピタリティーもよく、ゆっくりできました。ヴィラならではの屋外リビングが苦手ならホテルを考えるべきです。私も不安ありましたが、心からゆっくりできました。

徒歩すぐにスーパーやリカーストアやドラッグストアがあり買い出しが便利、グループで楽しい時間を過ごせました。また行きたいヴィラです。

“優雅にプライベート感を存分に味わえるホテル”

男だけのグループでの滞在でしたが今度は家族かお忍びで利用したいです。 とにかく雰囲気が良くスタッフの対応も良いので快適に過ごすことができました。

The Villasでの滞在はとても満足のいくものでした。朝食はヴィラまで来て作ってくれます。お姫様気分を味わえました。ビンタンスーパーから徒歩3分でとても便利なのですが、メイン通りから少し中に入っておりとても静かです。虫駆除として夕方に消火器みたいなものすごい煙がでる機械でスプレーするのですが、そのおかげか外にいても蚊は少なかったように思います。誰も見ていないのでプールでは裸で泳げます。カップルには最高だと思います。バスルームが広く快適でした。また泊まりたいなと思います！タクシーの運転手もThe Villasといえば分かってもらえました。自分のヴィラまでの道が複雑で覚えていなかったので、ディナー後はタクシーにThe Villasのレセプションに連れて行ってもらい、そこから無料シャトルがあるので、最初はそうしていました。

朝食はシェフがきてつくってくれます。 お風呂もでかく、リビングも音楽かけられよかったです。スパはステイすると半額に！

スタッフは毎日笑顔で接してくれる上、プライベートプールも最高！ 運良く２ベッドルームが空いていたのでグレードupしれた上に朝食もサービスしてくれるなどサービス満点。 ただ、クーラーの音が激しく、家内は睡眠不足気味でしたが

“ロケーション最高”

ホテルのお部屋は　1ベッドルームヴィラでした。 リビングが２階なのであまりそちらを利用することはなくもっぱらキッチンの前のテーブルでくつろいでおりました。 プールはかなり広くて、１ベッドルームのサイズのプールでも十分楽しめます。 アメニティが最小限だったのがちょっと意外でしたが、キッチン周りの設備は最新式で、ウォーターサーバーから熱湯も冷たい水も出るのはびっくりしましたがとても便利でした。なんといってもバリデリの目の前なので、移動はほとんど徒歩で行けちゃいます。年末の渋滞が激しいときの滞在でしたのでとても立地には助けられました。ただ、パブリックのスペースはほとんどないのでお部屋でゆったりして街に繰り出すのが好きな方向け、という感じです。朝食はプラナレストランでとりましたがフルーツの盛り付けがとても美しくて味もよくおいしかったです。日本食の朝食も選べます。スミニャックは初の滞在でしたが あの立地は確かにすごく便利だと思いました。１泊でしたので次回はもっとゆっくり滞在したいです。

“Great sized pool and convinient location”

The size of the pool is amazing, very big, and has decent depth as well. Great location if you enjoy the busy nightlife. we are happy with almost everything but the breakfast, which needs a huge improvement. Not as many options and the quality of it is way below average. We ordered waffles one day, it definitely was one of the worst waffles I've ever had in my entire life.

I went to Bali many times since 2016 and tried many hotels & Villas. This is one of the best ive tried. Its good if ure looking for privacy and leisure with families. I take the 3Bedrooms villa and everything is Good! Location wisely, dont worry if the villa is not a walking distance from the reception, the buggy service will bring U!❤️ Thank you, will return again.

The airport pick up and drop off service is way too expensive. They charge $60 USD while you can easily get there by taking Grab for 9 USD. Don’t use their spa services as they charge 15% tax and 10 % service fee without notifying you. This made me so mad as I kept on asking if I pay the market price on the menu. I don’t think I would stay there again.

Villas are great with private pools. Be aware they have multiple sites and one you need to take a buggy ride to and from to get to the restaurant etc. which can be a bit of a wait. That said, the location is close to the large supermarket and good restaurants so balanced outcome. You may want to confirm where your villa is located.

Had our extended holidays here including our domestic helpers. We had a great time there. The staff kept with their excellent service standards. We were well accommodated and facilitated. Will certainly come back for future holidays in Seminyak

“Family stays”

We have stayed at Impiana villas twice with a large family group. The villa set ups allow for adjoining villas to be connected which means you can easily go between. The large gardens and pools are immaculately kept. The staff are so friendly and the breakfast is fantastic

“Silent Oasis close to everything!”

We've had an amazing stay at Impiana, especially because we were graced by an upgrade from a 1 bedroom villa to a 2 bedroom one which mainly benefitted us with a much larger pool! The service by the whole staff is impeccable! The villas are sprayed for bugs/mosquitos every evening and I wasn't stung once! The location is outstanding! Very close to the all the buzz - restaurants and nightlife, whilst still being in a very quiet back street. We really couldn't hear anything at night! My only point of improvement is the main breakfast area. The service and space is not that great for a 5* and it can become too loud. However, you can order (for free) breakfast to be delivered to your villa, which we did and it was the best thing! I would definitely come back!!

“3 bedroom with private pool for 4 adults”

Booked a 3 bedroom with private pool. The space is great and it’s clean. Because it’s a villa, do take note to ask for mosquito coil because there are many! Breakfast was average. There is a 24 hour supermarket just across the villa reception. The villa not directly at the reception, will need to walk to another alley. Getting around, use gojek which is cheaper compared to bluebird that drivers usually don’t use meter. Bedroom and toilet were big and clean too.

“Honesty about location”

I contacted Impiana a number of times to request to stay at the main villa complex. No where in the description and booking information does it state that Impiana is spread over 3 different complex's which is misleading. The standard of the villa's vary.

“Spacious villas, great location”

Seminyak is for me still the preferred location, easy to go to the airport and easy to go to the beach and my favorite restaurants. Villas have great outdoors spaces (really large and different to many other villa properties) and the resort offers a restaurant breakfast too (also different to many other villa properties which only offer breakfast in the villa). Villa itself is not the newest, but still ok.

My parents left with unforgettable, wonderful mekories. Staff was always accessible, polite, accommodating. Location is rather quiet, away from the main road, no motorbike sounds, well lit within the community, well decorated. Super close to shops. Highly highly recommend. Writing this review while im in another villa this trip because i realize now, price and service was incomparable to other villas in the vacinity

친절한 직원, 노후됐지만 잘 정비된 빌라, 맛있는 조식 다 괜찮았어요. 다만 개인 요청 시 직원간 소통이 안되는지 같은 도움을 주려고 여러 사람이 여러번 방문했고, 눈에 보이는 곳은 깨끗했지만 하수구의 배수가 좋지 않았습니다. 그래도 레스토랑과 인 빌라 BBQ는 좋았어요. 항상 미소로 맞아준 직원들 덕분에 기분 좋게 쉬고 왔습니다.

We stayed in a 3 room villa . The good - staff were lovely, hotel site was in the midst of a stretch of restaurants/cafes and massage places, attached massage parlour "Chill Reflexology" is excellent, pool was great and is located in a position where it gets sun most of the day (hence the water is warm, not cold) The average - room lay out was a bit odd - 2 of the 3 bathrooms were open air which meant mosquitos would get you, the living area in the middle of the 2 main BRs has only fans (i.e. can get HOT) and is open air (mosquitos) The not so good (there really wasn't anything "bad") - the 3 BR villas are a short (2 min) (unsheltered) walk away from the restaurant area, and you have to walk along a sometimes busy road to get to breakfast, fittings in bedroom are darkstained wood which of course do not age well (light chipped areas on wood)
