全体的にはすべて好きですが、昨日の2月28日から3月3日まで5階の508号室に宿泊した際、エアコンが全く冷えませんでした。最初は、たぶん新しく入ってきたばかりで冷えていないのかと思いましたが、初日の夜も冷えず、フロントに電話してエンジニアが来ました。最初は一度、二度と来て、最後まで何回来たのか忘れてしまいましたが、エアコンをすべて掃除してもらっても、結局最後まで冷えず、チェックアウトまでそのままでした。幸運なことに、友達と接続された部屋だったため、507号室と508号室で1台のエアコンを使用できました。実際、ホテル側は冷えていない場合は部屋を移動するという話をしていたと思いますが、それが2回ありましたが、私たちに移動するかどうかの確認は一切なく、結局チェックアウトまでそのままでした。ありがとうございました🙏🏻

“Front desk were nice, this young man nd young lady...but”
The breakfast not too good, fake butter and bread too hard but staff especially this young lady was nice to me. I always stay here because the nice young staff at the front desk let me keep my suitcase at the hotel till my next visit. The surrouing is a bit dangerous to walk, the traffic as well as holes, big holes on the padestrain path....just br careful when you walk around.

Located in the main road (by pass - sunset road) so easy access to anywhere in Bali. The staff are super friendly, and best budget hotel that i stay so far. Even the room not too big, but enough for who with a lot of activities outside hotel.. Minus: - small park area (appro. 10-12 cars only), but ok on low season.. if you come here during peak season, then let the security help you with the parking

I went here w/my bf and we had a blast! We booked the cheapest room but it doesnt feel like that 🥴 Staffs are TOP TIER. I asked if we could get more complimentary water and they gave it to us! 🤯 Though, in the morning, there's another guest who were trying to get into our room while we were sleeping. i guess they read the room number lol thank god for the upper lock bcs i'd be horrified if that man actually came into our room. We only stayed for 1 night, which ugh i wish i could stay longer!! Will definitely came back here 🤍

“Miss Ayu was so welcoming and sweet”
Over all this hotel is good for the price if you book it on sale. Staff are over all good. The young lady work at the breakfast was nice. Two of the front desk staff were really friendly with their warm smile, one is Miss Ayu, another one is this young man looks Chinese with lighter skin. I like staying here but the location is a big complecated tho.

Good hotel for its price, staff were all nice, especially the young male reciptionist, he waited and checked me in at 1am on 15th January 2025 and let me kept my 29 inches suitcase at the hotel and handed it back to me clean and no dust on it, appreciated! Hotel is getting old but I will definetly stay with Fame hotel everytime I visit Bali.

Pas high season dan beliny dadakan, jadi dpet harga sekitar 750rb nett/malam (dengan potongan diskon cashback dll). Pertama masuk sudah disambut dengan aroma wangi di lobi, yg mnurut saya tambah bikin gak enak. Untung pas masuk kamar, tidak ada bau wangi2an tersebut. Proses check in cepat. Mas resepsionisny gercep gtu. Pas booking keteranganny dpet city view. Tapi trnyata dpet pool view. No komplain utk ini karena klo pintu kamar dbuka, suara bising lalu lintas terdengar jelas. Tp kamar nggak kedap suara ya. Suara orang lalu lalang atau anak tantrum juga terdengar jelas. Balkon kamar bisa dbuka. Jadi enaklah bisa dpet udara. Kamar cukup bersih, kamar mandi juga bersih. Kasur enak, cukup bersih, sprei ada noda samar sdikit, bantal dapat 2 saja. Minus (1), wastafel sudah berkarat. Nampak jelas, harusny sudah diganti karena bikin kliatan jorok gtu. Minus (2), nggak ada amenities. No sandal, no sikat & odol (untung pas bawa sndiri). Minus (3), sarapannya menunya kurang menarik. Hanya ada makanan berat (nasi dll), roti tawar, gorengan, sereal, mie goreng yg asin banget, soto ayam. Minus (4), pool ada di samping lobi persis, bersebelahan dengan resto juga. Posisiny agak aneh & membuat tidak nyaman menurut saya. Hari menginap sbetulny saya pngen renang, tapi saya batalkan karena mrasa akan terlihat oleh banyak orang. Kesimpulanny, untuk kebersihan saya masih OK. Hanya mrasa gak worth it di breakfast dan pool.

Receptionist need to improve communication among themselves , Firstly when checked in , i told lady receptionist i got booked 2 separated booking both under my name and each 2 nights, total 4 nights but after 2 day my room keys unable open , then i went downstairs to asked why can’t open, the guy said key is only 2 days, but ur booking total 4 nights, why lack of skill to do such mistake Secondly i requested to check out late at 1 pm to a guy front office staff and nxt day lady staff called in to my room to check whether wan extend or check out at 1 pm , there r more complain but lazy to write that all , wont recommend anyone n I wont go there again

The location is good, breakfast also quite nice... Just the toilet not so clean but overall still acceptable

“戦略的な場所、清潔で快適です。”
戦略的な場所に位置しているこのホテルに1週間宿泊しました。 子供と妻、また70歳以上の両親と7歳の子供と一緒です。 5階の最上階を選んだので、朝は日の出を見ることができました。 しかし、残念ながら窓は長い間掃除されていなくて、もしきれいだったらもっと良かったでしょう。 清潔で快適、スタッフは親切で、温水が豊富で、水圧も非常に強く、価格はとてもお得です。 朝食は標準的でしたが、同じメニューが1週間ずっと続くので飽きてしまいました。オムレツや卵などを食べたい場合は、スタッフに頼む必要があります。 全体的に良いです。清潔で、戦略的な場所にあり、お土産や食べ物などに近いです。車を借りるとさらに便利です。 その価格で最高の取引です。
