“Horrible service ”
Staff is horrible.. they dont pick up calls.. we stayed here for 4 days.. one day our room was not cleaned.. house keeping staff is useless…. There is no lift here.. last day there was no water in the bathroom.. and no staff in the whole hotel.. HORRIBLE is the word to describe this resort.. it is not even a one star hotel

“Worst Hotel i ever stay”
Smelly Room, Dirty room, dirty & super smelly towel, request to change still the same smelly. Will never recommend any to stay this hotel. Worst hotel ever i stay. Not worth the money at all.

“It's okay ”
I suggest don't take villa and take rooms here. Breakfast should be buffet or atleast they should cater request and should not put whatever to there guests. We find a snake also crawling in front of villa

“Poor service”
The hotel's only good thing is it's big and large room. Apart from it nothing is good. The housekeeping is extremely poor and one has to ask for hangers and towels when one enters the room. The restaurant is not that great but there are better restaurant nearby. In the night, there is no one who mans the front desk and we could hear tourist crying for help.

“Simple ”
Good things are bed is comfortable and aircon turn of 24 hr. You can dry cloth at the balcony. Beautiful swimming pool. Be aware that hotel suggests to re-using towels. I stayed there for 3 nights, and used only same towel. No, floor mat. Air-con is not much clean. Hot water needs to wait for a while before taking showers. Overall valued for what you pay

The hotel is really nice and staffs are very friendly. Breakfast options are limited. Hotel location is good and Circle K is available infront of hotel.

“Not a spa resort ”
This is one of the worst experience in hotel. We check in at 9pm while checking we face first shoch their restaurant is close. 2nd shock they don’t have towel or other normal necessary things required for a visitor.

“Good value for money ”
The staff would do anything to help and were constantly working to make everyone's stay amazing. The villa is nice and quiet but is a drive out of ubud. The beds were comfy and quiet.

“Relaxing”
We love Ubud. Rooms were spacious. Super relaxing and peaceful. Near resto and cafe. Near motorbike rental and very cheap. Worth the price because it’s not that expensive. Staff were friendly and can communicate well. Thank you Ubud!

I was stayed one day. Don't provided Bath Towel. Due to Air con are not cooling well properly so I was called via land line phone . No one pick up the call and reception hall. No staff there 11pm to 7am.. so disappointed

“Musty and old ”
Do not stay here, mold everywhere and full of mosquitos a health hazard. Asked for a different room the night I arrived and the staff were happy to provide a new one but the same issue remains. I have stayed in many resorts in Ubud and this was uncomfortable. Difficult to stay even one night - woke up with mosquitos around me full of blood (presumably mine) I booked an air bnb in the morning because I did not feel safe given health concerns. Furniture is full of marks as is bedding.

“Ok ok overall”
Location is far away from central ubud you have to take scooty or car everytime you want to go outside. Washroom is not up to the expectations as shown in picture. FYI we have chosen studio room. No milk powder in the room for tea kettle is not clean and Breakfast option is not good for Indians so avoid it in your plan

It's not easy to get this hotel, especially for a big car, the road is very small, only enough for one car, it's like an old amenities, especially for the villa, not clean enough, just ordinary nothing special from this place

“Un bon hôtel pour découvrir Ubud”
J’y ai passé mon séjour pour 4 nuits et j’ai été satisfaite dans l’ensemble. Il ne s’agit certes pas d’un hôtel 5 étoiles cependant les chambres son spacieuse, le petit déjeuner très bon et le personnel très à l’écoute. Bonus pour la localisation puisque nous sommes à 15 min en scooter du centre d’Ubud. Ce qu’il faudrait revoir serait l’usure de certains meubles, literie et appareils. Cependant je recommanderais

“すごく良い”
The Wi-Fi could use improvement, it was very slow and had trouble connecting at times. Breakfast was very basic and not very appetizing and there were not many options. Hotel looks nice on the outside, but the Villa I stayed at had many critters such as lizards that left droppings everywhere. The rooms need serious upgrading. The Villa I stayed in had stains on the couch, the bedsheets, curtains, and the lamp shades. It was also very dark on the inside without much light. The shower is just a shower head with an angled floor that makes it so water is everywhere on the bathroom tiles.

“Awesome place to stay”
Though this property was a bit gar from main Ubud But trust me this is the best place we ever went visited. Hospitality and food was food. Good view from the room too.

“Good for the price paid but missing basics”
Handwash was not there and it is not very easy to reach hotel. Plus no lift in the hotel.

“its not clean and well equipped”
we had 1 night here and when we checked in, i was really shocked. the room is not clean, the bed, the pillow (i saw something like "blood" on the pillow) and the toilet is not clean. bed smell bad then we have to book another hotel to sleep that night.

“Old facilities”
When we came to this place, there was no one at the reception desk, so we had to wait for about 30 minutes until finding a satff in the kitchen coming for check-in :( The Villa had comfortable space for us but it wa noty clean. The facilities were too old and indeed for reinvestment. Be careful with many insects surrounding too.

“Service was pathetic ”
The phone wasn’t working. There was no body to provide water etc at night. There was no staff. We had to literally scream from our floor to reception for everything. Still we were not given the service
