“Poor Room Service + Mosquitoes”
The first room given to us looks ni e but the aircon is malfunctioning. It took us almost an hour to be visited by a staff. I requested for room transfer but it took another 30 minutes, with me personally going to the reception just to get the key to the new room, inly to be tranferred to a room infested with mosquitoes.

“Here for a conference”
Decent hotel for a conference, but room at the other wing has zero wifi unless near the lift. Had dinner at the restaurant and food was good, but limited selection. Convenience store located opposite.

“Disappointing”
A weird smell welcomed us in the room. Strong sewage smell in the bathrooms. The bathroom floor will be very wet cos there is big gaps around shower cubicle door. Most common activity in the room was killing mosquitoes. Had to purchase mosquito repellent and air freshner to use in the room. TV reception was horrible. Room next to a school. You will be informed of morning assembly and know when it's recess time. There is no stationery in the room and no room service menu. Have to go online to check for the menu. The room service cannot be charged to the room. Have to pay by cash or card upon delivery. Almost no sound proofing. You can hear all conversations in the corridor and vice versa, you can hear the conversation in other rooms when you walk past the door. Breakfast food is of low quality.. mostly fried food or rendang. There's an omelette station but do not expect too much.. sunny side up came totally cooked and egg yolks mixed with the egg whites. The restaurant does not have small tables so have share tables with many strangers. There isn't any aircon and you eat smothered by cigarette smoke. The traffic is horrendous. Took almost 1.5 hours drive to the airport. The only redeeming factor is that the staff are all friendly and nice.

“Unforgetable experience!”
I got a birthday surprise during my stay. Thank you! The stuffed chicken from Jempiring restaurant was really delicious and very juicy. I booked a very spacious family room with 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms, plus a living room. Very quiet and convenient. Spacious parking lot. The breakfast was delicious and varied, plus the menu changes every day. There was also a mini supermarket for snacks. Very friendly staff. Definitely going to book Aston again for my next holiday in Bali! Thank you!

“Good hotel”
Overall Good hotel stay for my trip. Food ordered for lunch not good, expensive and not worth. Breakfast was good. Reception staff very friendly and smiley faces. I liked the fact that the security staff gave me information about gojek. That suggestion was very helpful, and reception should have given me the suggestion especially when I asked them for taxi and they said not available. But glad the security staff in the afternoon told me I could download the app. Very helpful.

if you travel with kids, this is not the best hotel, the hotel don't have others kids' facility except just swiming pool, which not so attractive, and for the gym, it will be very awesome if we can enter the gym just using the room card. actually its a great gym, full equipment, so great, i love it, but i have to go to front desk ask for a voucher for a single visit, that's a bit not convenient for me

“a perfect place to retreat”
the best hotel in north denpasar, huge room, have 2 swimming pools, my room have a family room...however, the last time I stayed at 5 floor where the room is not maintained so well regularly, so the room quite dusty...but overall the room was ok... suggestion, please keep maintaining the room even in the 5ft floor, the wifi should be replace or setup with a new routing, also the air conditioning need to be maintain...

i stayed 19 days in this hotel. Wifi in my room was not stable. AC was leaking. Toilet drainage was not properly done. Smell very bad in the toilet when you on the exhaust fan.

“Don't choose this hotel”
the hotel is not recommended, the air conditioner does not work, the hotel room smells bad, at night there are noises. the breakfast is ordered in a box. the info is that this hotel is no longer operating, why is it still on agoda and other platforms?

no bottle of water inside the room, instead using water galon in the galey. For cleanliness and hygiene isn't sure. breakfast is so less of variaty.
