“Great Honeymoon Experience”
Our honeymoon at Andaz in the deluxe villa was amazing, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the stretch of beach clubs and restaurants were easily walkable. Many cafes were also a short Grab/Gojek ride away. Within the resort, the restaurants we tried were all great too, especially recommend the breakfast menu. However, the only unpleasant experience we had that was for the entirety of our one-week stay, the TV's Chromecast was under maintenance, meaning that we could not access Netflix or other streaming apps to enjoy together.

A bit discriminatory to local tourist. Despite being in Lagoon suite and spending alot of money on food for 1 night(100usd+). We get treated differently compared to western and russian tourists. Tourists that sat on lobby before me before check in time gets their early check-in, to the point where me and my family was the only group that was waiting in the waiting lounge waiting for our check-in in a hot damp weather for 1 and a half hour. While other international tourists gets their room ready earlier than check-in times. Room Phone didn't work despite being suite. Pool was very dirty but it did rain a little bit before so i'll give that some understanding

Andaz was a memorable stay even for families with young children, food was fantastic especially the breakfast. Staff were accomodating to children and attended to them as well. Will recommend this place as a good retreat with nearby activities such as the new mall (less than 5mins drive away).

I stayed at the ocean front room, it was nicely designed, and the King bed was the bigger size than normal. The room was perfect. A little downside though, the breakfast was taking too long to be served. My order came almost after 30 minutes only for hot ginger water and fruits platter. The hotel does not serve the breakfast on buffet style, and it would have been nicer if for certain simple drinks, toasts and fruits were displayed on self service.

Great amenities, superb food and staff! We stayed at Andaz for 1 week and days flew by so fast! All staff had warm smile whenever we see them. Kudos to all the staff in Andaz, especially Danu, Ariani (staff at Village Square), Diah (play area). We also booked their inhouse photographer and the results were amazing! i booked a room of 3 person with extra bed. when booking, it showed room for 3, but actually there was no breakfast included, and there were no option for choosing the breakfast. it was a surprise and disappointment when we had the breakfast the next day, when hotel told us we need to pay after we had the breakfast.

Our stay here was wonderful including the room, the breakfast and the service. Highly recommended! The only drawback was the limited size of the pool compared to our previous stays at the other hotels in Bali and insufficient poolside seating.

Me and my friend were staying at their garden villa. We love the hotel so much that we do not want to leave. The hotel, the service, and the food were awesome. Although the private pool is a bit small, the main pool is quite huge, overlooking Sanur Beach.

아침식사도 정말 맛있었고, 룸서비스로 주문한 음식들도 평균이상으로 맛있었습니다 아이가 유리로 된 물병을 깨트려서 청소부탁드렸는데 다치진 않았는지 먼저 확인해 주시고 후레쉬로 비춰가며 파편하나 없이 깨끗하게 치워주셨어요 너무나 만족스러운 숙소였습니다

공용풀에 어린아이들이 많아 매우 소란함. 조용히 휴양 목적이라면 비추천

“アンダーズバリ、赤ちゃんと一緒に最高です。”
アンダーズに30ヶ月の赤ちゃんを連れて行きましたが、キッズカフェのプログラムがたくさんあり、赤ちゃんもとても喜んでいました。部屋のコンディションも良く、附帯施設もとても良いです。ただ、プールの水は少し冷たいです。皮肉なことに、韓国の方がもっと暑いですね（笑）アンダーズの朝食のクオリティもとても良かったです。フィルターも持っていったのですが、フィルターの色は全く変わりませんでした～。ワッツアップでコンシェルジュに問い合わせるのもとても便利で、本当に100点満点のホテルです！
