“Overpriced”

“Money Vultures”
Please avoid this hotel at any cost. They can and will cancel your booking when they are able to get higher charges from other guests on peak days. They left us stranded in middle of night when we were late for checkin and gave all kind of excuses. Shame on them for bringing such bad reputation to the tourism industry of Rishikesh.

“Terrible experience staying in Joey”
I along with 3 of my friends opted to stay in Joey's & we had booked double bedrooms for our 4 days stay. It was highly disappointing although we paid 25k. We could have stayed in a good hotel instead. Rooms were not cleaned for 4 days, It is very cramped, no place for luggage etc., towels were changed, no water bottles given, Staff was rude - when asked for directions and suggestions around the places, bikes to rent etc., repeated requests were made to get our baggage from 2nd floor, and when we walked down with the luggage, they would ask - do you need some help? Diksha was very very rude in her approach and feedback. Customer services was absolute Zero. Highly disappointed to have stayed in Joey's. Would never recommend anyone to this place. Forget if it was value for the money paid, it wasn't a courteous staff in the Joey's to have improved it. They dont want to change or willing to take feedback.

“worst hostel ”
I had a terrible experience staying at Joey's by the Gang hostel near Ram Jhula. The management seems inexperienced, and the café prices are excessively high. I definitely wouldn’t recommend it; it felt more like a jail than a place to stay.

“World Class Facility ”
One of the best dorm hostels that I have stayed in. Best quality, comfty beds, AC rooms, deluxe washroom, outstanding view from terrace. Friendly staff behaviour. Truly a class apart.☺️

“Sehr kleines Bett mit dreckiger Decke”
Das Bett ist nur 175 cm lang Die Bettdecke wird nicht gewechselt Die Badezimmer sind sehr dreckig und abends gibt es kein warmes Wasser. Die Dachterasse ist ganz nett wird aber von 12-8 Uhr morgens abgeschlossen

“Great location ”
One of the best locations in Rishikesh with great views. I would definitely love to be there next time. Also the staff is very helpful.
