“Not worth !!”
Sorry to say it’s over priced for the ambience the linens were torn and the blanket covers too need the building needs a make over.

“Bad experience ”
Service is pathetic bathroom is so compact. If you ask for extra bed they provide only mattress. I will never recommend anyone to visit with family.

“Excellent hospitality ”
Staffs are good in providing courtesy. Indranil is very good and supportive at dining hall. Dipak is excellent preparing tasty food.

“Low frills decent compact package”
The food is frightfully expensive and doesnt warrant such costs in Ranchi. Rooms are slighly old but decent. The lake next door does give it a good feel!

The room is quite spacious, I booked for my father and requested them while booking to provide room with 2 separate bed, they provided the same.

“So so experience ”
My main concern was WIFI. My entire stay the WiFi was not working. The staff replied to have some server issue. But that was unacceptable for 2 whole days.

“A RELAXING LAKE VIEW”
Le Lac Sarovar Portico is well located close to the city centre but secluded from the sounds of city life. During my stay there some renovation work was going on but it did not pose too much of a disturbance. The staff were friendly and helpful especially when it came to booking a car for some whole-day sight-seeing. In particular, Ms Anju of the Front Desk went that extra mile to ensure that my taxi pick-up to the airport was well arranged despite some problems with my credit card.

“Good facility,cooperative staff. ”
Staff was very well behave, cooperative and taking care of guest. They served me very well during breakfast, lunch and dinner. Also allowed me late check out 2.00PM.

The hotel is in shambles the linens are torn and the hotel alleys smell.
