“Very bad experience ”
I had an extremely disappointing stay at Phoenix Hotel, Pune. The check-in was impersonal, and the room was dirty with a foul smell and poorly maintained bathroom facilities. More alarmingly, a receptionist entered my room without permission, violating my privacy. This is unacceptable, and I urge management to address these issues promptly to prevent future discomfort for guests. The food taste is also very bad. Not recommended at all!

“Value for Money”
Stay was good. Food was tasty and the facilities are clean. There was no assistance in handling the baggage and there is no lift available, which made me to climb stairs with the bags.

“A perfect hotel escape ”
I recently had an absolutely fantastic stay at this hotel! The area is incredibly clean and peaceful, surrounded by lush greenery, making it the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle. The staff were professional and welcoming, adding to the overall great experience. After a long, tiring journey through stressful traffic, stepping into my room felt like a breath of fresh air. I took a refreshing shower and loved using the mini coffee machine. The hotel provided sachets of coffee, green tea, masala tea, and milk powder, along with delicious biscuits—such a thoughtful touch! The free breakfast was another highlight. It was not only beautifully presented but also tasted better than many restaurants I've visited. Overall, this stay was exceptional, and I can't recommend it enough!

“Good hotel, good services at a little higher price”
This is an excellent place to stay for the business folks who travel to Pune frequently for shorter duration. Hotel offers good services at affordable price (a little higher than other hotels in the same area); however we must appreciate the location, in-room cleanlyness, staff behaviour and it justfies the price tag.

“Decent hotel for a business trip”
Nice, clean & conveniently located hotel for the Koregaon Park area. It’s reasonably priced and makes sense if you have professional/ social plans in the city and need a reliable place to sleep.

“Descent Please to stay in Pune KP Area”
We stayed 2 nights in the hotel. The stay was comfortable. Room was clean and provided with required essentials. Breakfast is nice. Staff is also polite and approachable.

“HOTEL WAS OVERBOOKED”
Hotel Staff Denied room for 2 hours stating the hotel was overbooked and asked me to contact Agoda. Agaoda Customer Support was Pathatic and was not supporting customer. I would not use both the services anymore.

“Definitely recommended”
I had a very pleasant experience here. The location was my core consideration and this hotel is convenient to all office spaces around Koregaon Park. The room was decently spacious and airy. The working table was the biggest plus point. Hot water was never a problem. The buffet menu is fine and in fact, a bit better in taste than other hotels I have been to. Room service was quick and the staff are friendly. For a short work trip, this hotel is definitely recommended.

“Good place to stay”
Place is nice and clean. Stuff is also courteous. Cons: 1. Breakfast is same everyday and not much options. 2. Sometimes the surrounding smells worst.

The property and stay is good but the staff is horrendous they will chase you for 10 bucks if you have not paid . But they forget the mistakes they do. The hotel owners need to work majorly on the staff.. the house keeping staff is good they are at your serive though

We also had to chase for the payment of Rs.1200 . After multiple attempts of calls and messages you did not respond hence we had to scare you by the name of police so that the payment is cleared. We at Hotel Phoenix do not do any such things which will make our guest uncomfortable. Thank you for visiting the property.

Property, service & staff are too good, but it's centrally located, for the person traveling above 15 kms it's very difficult to reach Destination.

“Pleasantly surprised”
Overall our experience was great. Staff were fantastic. Room provided was comfortable and decently maintained. Toilet was spacious and clean. Breakfast was decent, enough to keep one well fueled for the day. Location perfect, Pune is pretty spread out, so this location is perfect for everything, Overall we enjoyed ourselves. If I were to ever visit Pune then I would surely choose hotel phoenix again. Good job guys
