Dear Guest , Thank you for the feedback. However as we have checked you had misbehaved with the staff and had checked out from the hotel without any intimation. We also had to chase for the payment of Rs.1200 . After multiple attempts of calls and messages you did not respond hence we had to scare you by the name of police so that the payment is cleared. We at Hotel Phoenix do not do any such things which will make our guest uncomfortable. Thank you for visiting the property.
