“Rundown property”
Property needs a lot of work. No hot water even if reception guy says so. Towel had holes in it. When you open the tap for bucket, the shower automatically leaks making it impossible to get a quick wash when you are half dressed.

“Rooms and bathrooms are most unhygienic ”
The room I got had 100s of cockroaches and bathrooms were pretty dirty with many insects in it. Flush and jet spray of comode were not working. Terrible experience

“Overall Experiance”
We have booked Hotel Mukesh Residency by Agoda.com. The location of hotel is not suitable & big problem of parking. Also it's located in market so not convenient to reach. Rooms very clean but overall service is not good. You cant get hot water in early morning. Overall it's not too much recommended.

Rooms are flooded with water from drain pipes. We have to shift rooms on daily basis. Recomend for adventure loving people. Not for family with elders.

Hotel staff was good services was okay only one thing is there hot water is available only in daytime not in the morning because it may be solar geyser. Other things are fine and good for stay.

“Charged extra money, when reached”
They charged extra money, even when I booked the room for 2 adults. They said that I have to pay for my partner. Even if the room was booked, as I booked it on this app.

“Poor Service ”
The only positive is that it is the cheapest hotel in this location. Service wise it is the worst I have experienced. They don't provide hot water regularly in winter season. Sometimes no water is available in the bathroom. Wifi works occasionally. They don't clean the bathroom when you give the keys in the morning and come back at evening. There was leakage in washbasin which they repaired after so many days.

“Not value for money at all”
The room could hardly accommodate a bed. The blanket had hair on them since they were not cleaned. AC was there in room but asked for extra charge to use and the fan made noise the whole night. The location is not very pleasing although the accessibility is fine.

“Very basic room”
The Shower was not proper, the TV never worked. I was given a room outside a dumpyard of old stuff. The receptionist was loud and fighting at all times not at all polite. Over all felt very scary and dingy

“Service was bad”
No TV in room despite paying the charges for it, room service false commitment for tv. Cleanliness not maintained in bathroom. Ladies hair on bedsheet. Bad experience.
