    “Worst service ”

    The room we paid for we dint get as they said they were under renovation. The alternate room they provided was of low value and to make matters worse the AC stopped working in the middle of the night. There was no towel nor a soap. When asked the room service they took an hour to arrange towel and soap. Worst experience

    “Worst Hotel”

    Terrible experience. Nothing is great about this hotel. Restaurant, Swimming Pool, A/c, TV, House Keeping and Staff are all under maintenance. It is waste of money choosing this Hotel. Absolutely worthless. I recommend not to stay at this place and waste your money.

    “Hotel under renovation”

    The hotel was under renovation, there were no facilities available for the guests. Basic amenities such as heater and plumbing was not working. The restaurant was closed and pool was also in accessible. The entire stay was very bad.

    “The worst place to stay in. Wastage of money. And a place to get insulted by the staffs”

    A so called resort without any facilities and no good mannered staffs. Doesn't provide the guests even with enough water and towels. Their complimentary breakfast was just a crap. Totally unsatisfied with their service and facilities

    “Worst - no swimming pool”

    We stayed there on 15/16; as promised there was no swimming pool only "on maintenance" board was there; they collected Rs. 1500 for 3 extra beds but provided only 2 extra beds; no water bottle or soap provided; on return they promised to pay back Rs. 800 through Google pay; that was also till not paid by them; when I asked they asked me to collect it from Agoda: worst staying experience..go for oyo or goibibo..

    “NO COMPARISON WHAT YOU'VE MENTIONED AND WHAT THEY'VE PROVIDED”

    Hi , It's really bad experience with this hotel as they're not maintaining anything what they've mentioned on your site. - Swimming pool with no water - No cleanliness - Geyser was not working - No drinking water provided. - No blanket for 2nd person in each room - It's not separate bed and which looks odd when I book on official.     “Worst”

    First i need to update that this is cheating. We have filtered the swimming facilities and booked, but it is under maintenance and they inform us once we checked in. Only 1 Room Service person for the whole resort, and that too a lady staff. It is updated that restaurant facilities is available, but due to chef is on leave, they informed us no restaurant. We have Breakfast as complement, and they provided that to our room, and it is 2 poori, and 1 idly. They purchased this from some other hotel. I won't suggest this hotel to any one. And it is my worst experience staying at this resort.

    No water, ac is not effective, no tv, old blankets and so many.. u may find a cheap room with sea view.. dont take it... its flithy f***in place to stay... even the security will shout at u for no reason.. manager didnt has the ba***s to accept the mistakes and pay back the money... worst experience ever.. Its not in Pondicherry, Its in Tamil Nadu.. so dont take any bottles on ur way..

    “The hotel staff does not consider value of a Guest. Amenities shown on website are fake. Poor rooms ”

    Pros: very close to Auroville beach Cons: hotel management doesn't care about guest. Poor quality rooms, TV not working, swimming pool out of order, restaurant closed. AC not working. They give only 1ltr bottle of water per room. Reception not sure of breakfast time. To experience worst from your holiday do visit...

    Below points :- 1) No extra bed provided and paid 3000/- extra 2) No breakfast provided in spite of being complimentary while booking 3) Toilet was pathetic with toilet spray not working, geyser not working 4) Paid for deluxe room, but got very small bed. Occupancy shown was for 3+2, but in reality not even 2 people can sleep in that small bed, much smaller than queen size bed 5) Balcony door was not lockable, so were scared at night to sleep

    It's a horrible experience in sourya beach resort. My kids and my sister in law kids were eager to use swimming pool but resort had some repair work and have not rectified it from long back. Even ac in rooms were horrible with no remote and bad hospitality overall. I don't have any rating less than 1 so giving bad rating to this resort.

    Resort Management Team, 1. when you do not have swimming pool then do not cheat people by showing useless pictures which are updates ages back 2. No Hot Water, when u asked for almost 4 times 3.     “Pathetic Place to ever stay. ”

    Nothing positive to say about this resort except that it is located right on ECR. Worst room that I have ever stayed in my experience.. Rooms are dungeons, smelly, creepy, what not. First they gave one room where geyser doesn't work, broken wardrobe, torn bed sheet, TV kept on the table like a water jar.. Then after asking them to change the room, they allocated another room. Now geyser worked, but AC didn't work, again smelly and torn bedsheets, to make emergency call to reception the phone doesn't work.. WOULD NEVER EVER STAY IN THIS PPACE AGAIN NOR WOULD RECOMMEND TO ANYONE.

    “Not an appropriate place to visit with family ”

    They charge you so much and the cleanliness at the place is worst, roaches ,moths flying everywhere. Sand on the room floor. Mattresses are torn and also the blanket was dirty and torn apart. The patio was so dirty that you can’t step out the room. Chairs were dirty and even the table in patio was dirty and wobbly. The water they give you is filled in the old plastic bottle which might have been used by someone else. Water in one the room’s washroom was not working as it should have. My grandma had to go out next to the reception for accessing the restroom. The breakfast was served 30mins late as the hotel gave a reason that their chef is off for the day. 9am breakfast starting time at a hotel is the worst anyone can get. The staff didn't even bother to assign someone to check if the guest are getting access to the breakfast as the little bit serving what they were serving was getting over due to huge gathering for the breakfast.

    We stays in AC Deluxe Room which is having full of mosquitos. No amenities whatever shown in there website. There is no staff. No room services. Nothing is available. We tried to call reception atleast 20 25 times in a day for water bottle receptionist is only telling we ll send sir wait wait... Worst experience ever I had in this hotel. Normal guest house and dormitories are evn better than this hotel.

    I have never seen such a worst, unpleasant & uncleanness resort in my life. Room were not cleanned it looks like it was closed for long time and directly opened gave to us.     “Worst experiance, worst service”

    We had terrible experiance with the hotel and Hotel staff for both the days of our stay. We reached hotel at around 9pm on 15th Aug. They gave us the room at around 10am. The room was not in a good condition. The room was not clean, the room had bad odour. We requested then to clean the room and sprey some room frreshner. We went out and came back so that the room condition are taken care of. The room service just spreyed some room freshner "on bed" and left. We put on the AC for sometime and stayed out so that the room gets ittle cooler. Ater an hour when we came back to room the AC was on but the room was still hot (AC was at 18 degree). We went to reception to tell the staff that the AC had problems and we could not sleep in this warm room. He reception said now they do not have any other rooms free so they will give us some other room on 16th morning. We did agree to this and e told the staff to give us a table fan. Next day , we went to reception at 11am and told them to change t
