The stay was horrible as staff was rude. No blankets given, QC not working NO WIFI although mentioned in amenities... All false amenities and rude staff. Need refund for NON ACRooms

If it could have been the option of minus star then I would like to rate it minus 1. We had booked the royal suite at double the price of general days rate but what the room provided us was pathetic. The fragrance of the room was pathetic like somebody has farted in the room. AC was leaking in that room and bed was totally wet. When we asked to change the room of same segment then they denied that they have any room . Finally they degraded the room and then they compensate with breakfast and dinner. Breakfast was ok but the dinner was pathetic. Never go with the picture what they are showing in the website. It's well beautifully picturised but when you will check the realty is pathetic. Towels , beds, rooms everything was dirty .

“No Internet, No Facilities like Coffee/Tea ”

Pls do NOT Chose this one if you are going with family. The room service is based on if the hotel is busy or not, if they have any functions that is booked in their hotel, then they do NOT respond at all, as their staffs are serving the function hall.

What u get: toothbrush, towel, Soap, AC, bed, couch, electric kettle, open air parking. What u don't get: glasses, complimentary water bottle, tea coffee sugar sachets in room, lunch dinner options are limited to 3-4 things, staff not very courteous and it feels they are doing kind of charity by serving the guests. Order tea coffee on demand and wait forever to get it. Kitchen timing is limited so don't expect any help for the kids food or milk early morning or late night.

Staff was extremely rude, asked for more money while check-in saying tarrif that they got from Agoda was low. They threatened us and demand over 10k for safe stay. Worst place ever..!!!

Room was spacious, AC works fine, hot water available 24 hrs, stayed 26th to 29th dec 22. Staff is non cooperative, bedsheet provided after 5 reminders, toilet was dirty, intercom not working, bfast will not be good if there are many occupants otherwise below average, bathroom will not be cleaned unless asked for, front office guy very rude, complains of overwork doesn't even look up until prompted. Since advance was paid for 4 nights couldn't change in between to another hotel. . Not recommended. Keep off from this place.

Cleanliness level is very poor People at the reception is not at all welcoming. Very rude. Especially one of the receptionist is not fit in hospitality profession. No politeness is in talking and responding.. Morning breakfast taste is vey bad and quality is not up to the mark.

“Rude and unresponsive staffs”

Had a very bad experience with this hotel. The service is not at all good. I booked two rooms and in both the rooms the tv was not working and in one of the room the heater was not working. I spill water on the floor and called the room service two to three times and there was no response. Even though I booked two rooms for three people they charged me extra for those rooms. Adding to all these the hotel reception staff was very rude, and was not all responding. The hotel is located in a good location and the infrastructure is also good but if the staff behaviour changes and if they provide good services this hotel can be recommended else please do not book this hotel and suffer like me

wow found this hotel away from the main road, i was very susprised when i got there, very nice staff could not do enoughand the management very friendly dont treat you as a guest but a friend,dont get that now adays.would i highly recommend it.

We stayed in the Suite, the rooms were very spacious, had extra beds. Very good for families and kids. Rooms were clean. The food was typical Tamil food, which we didn't like so much - they were not proactive in providing the food, we had to ask for many things. Looked value for money.

Daytime reception staff was rude. No toiletries or towels were provided. Leaking washbasins, not working TV. It was a bad stay.

I booked a king suite room for 3 nights, on the day of checkin itself the manager was very rude, i dont know why? The room was spacious, interiors good, but till i checked out no one cleaned the room, nor the linen were changed. The restuarant is not good, and they dont have food on all days.

Poor, pathetic and arrogant response from Front Office Staff. Zero botheration towards Customer expectations. Basics such as coffee / tea making items are also are not available. Cleanliness at Wash room was pathetic. One water bottle per day for highly paid 5000 /- per day room ! In a nutshell, does not worth to stay at all !

The hotel could have been better. The buffet area is very small for a hotel of this size.

1. A/C could not be switched off. 2. A/C mobile remote was also not working had to call multiple times to reception but nobody turned up until late evening. No use as AC was out of order. 3. Renovation at ground floor. Lot of noise. 4. Restaurant had smell of wood due to Renovation work going. Not a place to seat and eat anything. 5. Ordered food in room. Everything was served cold. 6. Limited parking for 5 to 6 cars only. Had to park car on the main road once and walk inside the lane leading to hotel. 7. But the room were spacious and clean.

The room was spacious but the AC didn't work, there was no internet in the room, only downstairs. There was some renovation work going on so no much place to seat to go on the internet except in the dining hall. No plugs available there. Our card to get in the room wasn't always working. Overall it was a disappointing experience but it is still a nice hotel and will be a lot better after the renovations are done.
