“Best value for money stay near centre”
I and my husband had stayed here during our vacation at ooty for 2 nights and we were very much satisfied with the service and facilities this hotel has provided. Main highlights were 1. Near to city 2. Neat and clean 3. Provided water cooler (which includes hot water, cold water and normal water) inside the room so that we don't have to depend on a bottle of water given by hotels generally. And also no need of heating water in kettle. 3. Big bathroom which has separate shower enclosure 4. Toiletries (including shower cap and dental kit) like they provide for 3-4 star hotels 5. Big bedroom with coffee table and chairs 6. Good lighting inside room 7. Locker facility 8. Ergonomic chair and work station 9. Tissue roll inside room 10. Very good service and polite staff with good room service 11. Hotwater in convenient timing(7-11) in the evening and morning 12. Ample parking space 13. Walkable distance to centre. I may have mentioned small things here but considering the amount payed, i loved all the small detailing they have provided in the stay. And most of them really comes handy. Only missing thing is the in-house restaurant. But they have nearby restaurants and also allow us to order from out and they will take it to room if you ask to give it to reception. And one more thing is that sometimes a smell was coming from the bathroom if we leave toilet open. But still they helped in resolving that by putting room freshener. That may be because of the room in the lower ground floor. You can opt room in upper floor which should not have that issue. And it was manageable too. Overall from the property end and the service end, best in that range. I would surely recommend this to anyone who wish to stay in center of botanical garden and the rose garden. This is an honest review as we where very much happy with the stay

“Good and neat stay”
We stayed for one night, stay was good and the heater was working during morning and night 7-11 The hotel don't have restaurants but they have Madras Rasoi in 50-100m distance good and decent food with average price we had And the location is very near to commercial road where all the sights are nearer

“not clean i dont recommend ”
towels are torn out, not bother to replace the towels , bed sheets and blankets are not washed , they dont wash or change very day, photos are uploaded by hotel is very old

“Good but expectations not fulfilled”
I booked a studio room just for the jacuzzi bath tub and the inline shower but turned out both of them were just kept for namesake as the bathtub was full of fungus when i tried to use it and I'm not sure how long one had used it....may be it could be because the so called jacuzzi was never functioning at all and the bath cubicle with the massage showers and stuff was not even having any proper water pressure to enjoy anything and overall if you are trying to explore your options i would not suggest this as except just the location all the other aspects were not upto my satisfaction as we were staying at a different hotel for another day which had everything to perfection for the same cost

“Okayish stay with proximity to city center”
The hotel is decent with simple amenities. Location is proximity to city center and is walk able distance from Charring cross junction. Good if you want to do some shopping. The amenities are okay. Hot water is available is only between 7 a.m to 11 a.m and 7 p.m to 11 p.m. Hotel staff kept messaging me for 50% advance payment even though Agoda payment terms indicated "Pay at checkin". Overall an average experience

“Decent hotel with Good Location ”
So this hotel is around 400m from upper market, but nearby area is quiet and peaceful. They have good and proper parking facilities unlike other some other hotels. So the pros of this hotel are : 1. The room was clean and right side room views are good. Wifi is also good as mobile operator are just average here , only good for making calls but not for internet. 2. This is the only hotel where I see water filter inside my room. So, no issues of buying water from outside. Also single use plastic are ban in Ooty , so this might be lot more helpful then you think. 3. Market and food shops are at walking distance 4. You get proper goodies like keetle , cups ,water glass ,food bouls,plates etc. These are more helpful because again single use plastic ban and you can't get proper cutlery while online ordering. And Cons of this hotel are: 1. Rooms are not sound proof as you think, you can easily hear outside voices of people and sometime voices from other rooms . This could be a problem while you are sleeping and you can hear people from another room putting and using their stuff. 2. Generally their is not AC inside rooms, but after staying here I can san easily you don't need AC but a heater to warm yourself due to mostly cold temperature in Ooty . But you do get some extra blankets inside the room. 3.Hot water timing are from 7-11 both morning and evening. So you have to plan in advance and room service (room cleaning only ) is available from morning to afternoon . So overall I would say it's not a perfect hotel but a good one which has a convenient location . You get all the things you pay for. Also you a tour option right at hotel if you are looking for see sighting in Ooty. Here only con no.1 was a little issue for me , other than that it's a recommended stay

“Don’t judge a book by its cover”
The rooms appear slightly dated in the photos, but they are clean and well-maintained. The service is excellent, with very helpful staff. The room offers a great view and is definitely worth the money.

Stay was comfortable and service was good. They even arrange cab at nominal price.

Nive view from room.Walking distance to Botanical Garden (800 m). 🙏🏽 Overall, this is a nice hotel.No restaurant at the motel. You can either place an order online or visit Madras Rasoi and Tamilnadu eateries nearby.

“No fan, no ac, no hot water”
The room had no fans or ac. And there's no hot water. On enquiry they informed us that if we request them twice (not once) they would have given hot water. Customer service is worst. Needs a lot of improvement

“最高!”
I was initially very sceptical about the place as it was our first time visit. The staffs were very kind at the reception and the service was excellent..Room interiors were exceptional.It would hav been heaven if there is also restaurant or food availability inside restaurant. Except for that everything was perfect

“Super stay ”
in terms of cleanliness & location a 100% YES. Well maintained & attention to minute details in most of the things..unfortunately we had an issue with hot water in the evening.. but mornings were okay..there are couple of hotels in the vicinity.. so no worry for food as well even though no in-house restaurant..hats off to the lady who cleaned our room (she has done an amazing job)... I recommend this place for everyone who are looking for clean & relaxing environment..enjoying the city view from the room was super cool..
