Superb service, luxurious rooms. All in all a great experience
Everything is good
I had a very hospitable stay. This was my second stay and I came back to stay here while my colleagues stayed at the hotel right across because of the lovely experience and treatment given to me during my last visit by Tanya. She is an asset to your company and team. She is so very hospitable and amazing. She takes care of you like you are her own family and looks after you and your preferences so well. I will be coming back in the month of June again and look forward to meeting her and my little family back!
Lovely stay and got the Lounge access - worth it! Pity pool was being renovated
I have been staying at Shangri-La for many years now. The hotel has offered same quality of service through and through and the standard is very high. The staff is very friendly and polite. The hotel is clean and has excellent facilities. The food is really good. Both the breakfast & dinner are excellent in terms of test as well as spread. I would definitely recommend this hotel to all

Here’s a draft for your review: Excellent Room Cleaning Service, Smooth Check-In, but Disappointing Coffee Shop Experience I recently stayed at the Shangri-La Eros New Delhi, and I would like to express my gratitude to Mr. Manoj, who was responsible for cleaning my room. His attention to detail and dedication were truly commendable. My wife was particularly happy with the cleanliness of our room, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, which set a positive tone for our stay. However, my experience at the lobby coffee shop was disappointing. I sat there for over 30 minutes, and despite there being three staff members present, none of them approached me to take my order. They were busy chatting among themselves and seemed inattentive to customers. This was a stark contrast to the exceptional service I experienced elsewhere in the hotel. For instance, I visited the Bar, where the staff were incredibly accommodating and professional. One staff member, in particular, stood out for their enthusiasm and customer care. When I requested the bill, they even asked if I had a Shangri-La membership to ensure I could add the points, which I greatly appreciated. I sincerely hope the management addresses the lack of attentiveness at the coffee shop, as it doesn’t align with the otherwise high standards of the hotel. Overall, while my experience was largely positive, some areas could certainly use improvement.
I was greeted by a very warm staff at shangrilla upon my arrival. The check in process was smooth and hardly took more than a couple of minutes. Kudos to both Daksh & Nepram on their effort to make our check in easy and were accommodative to all our requests. Thanks to the extended staff at shanhrilla- Sanjana, Tanya, Jaisikka, Kanishka, who had taken extreme care of us during our stay.
Good hotel
Had their daily breakfast buffet which was a good spread! Also had their Christmas Eve buffet and it was too good as well 🥹

We stayed there for 2 nights, and Shangri-La is situated at the best location in Delhi, its in the most prime location of Delhi and notable places like CP , Khan market is just 10-12 mins. You get a nice view of the Lutyen's Delhi from your room. The breakfast spread is also decent enough. The staff is too kind and they will go beyond the limits to fulfil your needs. Will definitely visit again
Had a great time staying at the Shangri-La Eros. Loved the hospitality and getting all our requirements attended by everyone. Would like to also comment on Tanya - she did a good job in communicating and hosting us. Will definitely be back in the future and recommend this place to everyone!

Overall, room was clean and neat. Staffs were helpful, especially Mr.Umesh the Concierge was tirelessly and kindly helping me to collect the missing luggage at the airport by midnight as I had to fly back to my home country the next morning which was quite terrified when that occurred. In-Room Dining was fabulous. One thing I didn't like was that my room was at 3rd Floor and they have a night club with loud beat music down there which caused my sleeping until 3am. The bass was really loud and I didn't have my ear plugs due to the lost luggage situation, so thats the minus point of this stay this time.

Ok ok , they treat their customers coming in Ubers or cabs differently as to other ppl coming in there BMWs or SUVs. None of the staff come to open the door while my car was ahead of the BMW that had come after me. Even I was about to take my luggage also by myself while it looked like a lot of effort for them to do it .
very bad eperience with hotel, they charge 02 times my hotel. 1 time when we check in and 2 time in check out.

The hotel is lovely, well-kept, and clean, with helpful staff. However, after completing the check-in procedures, we received the keys to our room without any explanation of the hotel's facilities. We were left unaware of the meal options for breakfast, lunch or dinner, and had to inquire ourselves. Additionally, we were disappointed that we couldn't enjoy a drink and relax in the garden due to preparations for a party. Instead, we were offered high chairs to sit on which were uncomfortable for our parents. The service at the hotel restaurants is a bit slow, with extended waiting times for order taking and luggage delivery to rooms.
Everything was perfect, the hotel staff is friendly, the room is clean and spacious. Hotel facilities was good, especially the gym - it is fantastic. The service quality in all aspect were remarkable. I will certainly stay here again when I come back New Delhi next time.

Guest comfort in a stay at a hotel is an overall experience in how one is received, treated and/or how disputes are resolved. This hotel lacks the comforts derived by homely ethos and staff training. It benefits massively from a good location & is busy, actually too busy like a conveyor belt to provide a sensitive compassionate and a caring environment Staff do not communicate with each other, lie to coverup and are irrational in approach. Overall massively expensive and overrated….. NOT FOR US AGAIN
This hotel is amazing! The staff is extremely professional be it the check in desks, the housekeeping, the Tamra , the bell desk, and also the day time staff at the lounge. I just found the Shangri-La Standards lacking in the evening shift of the Horizon lounge where the staff acted as if we had come for free food at the staff canteen! Specifically Ms Anjali’s behaviour was appalling . Perhaps some retraining is required there urgently. It was my 5th visit to the same property

Absolutely fantastic Ambience with top notch facilities and world class service. So many dining options with awesome quality food you will never ever forget. Last but not the least Where else will you find a nightclub inside ❤️

“Disappointed with the Experience – Not What You Expect from a 5-Star Hotel”
I recently stayed at Shangri-La Eros New Delhi expecting a premium 5-star experience, but it was far from that. First, there was no pool or gym access during our stay as they were under renovation — something we were never informed about at the time of booking or check-in. On top of that, we later found out there were complimentary fruits included, but again, no one from the staff informed us. At checkout, I raised these concerns, but the staff offered no satisfactory explanation or resolution. For the price and brand reputation, this level of unprofessionalism was truly disappointing. When you book a 5-star hotel, you expect clear communication and a seamless experience — unfortunately, that was not the case here.
