Service is good, gym and pool are nice, while there were pool parties at night so very crowded. Breakfast and Dinner are very good quality with fresh ingredients. Definitely will stay again when prices are lower
Nice hotel with easy access to tye hospitals in Gurgaon. Pooja from front desk was so caring and made our check in process smooth and quick. She has made sure that all our requirements are met.

I am a repeat visitor to Hilton baani square. The place is quite reasonably priced for all the services it offers. The staff is amazing, had a great experience thanks to Deepali, Divya, and the rest of the amazing team. The breakfast spread is fantastic as well. The pool however is quite small, that is something that's lacking. An amazing stay overall. I'll be visiting again.

Great experience, worth it
Lovely hotel Great coffee shop Amazing breakfast. Staff were also above and beyond. Would definitely go back

Had a wonderful stay. Staff is amazing. Chef Prateek and team took great care of us during our daily breakfast.
Premium property, good amenities, nice breakfast. Staff took good care of my elderly parents. Room allotted was small inspite of a triple occupancy booking. Sector 50 is low lying area and on this unfortunate day it was raining heaving, movement in and out of the hotel was impossible because of water logging.
Hotel is walking distance to artemis hospital. About 30 minutes walk. Staff are friendly and attentive. Room was clean.

The stay was exceptionally good starting from reception desk which included ms. Divya, Pratibha, deepak and gaurav who greeted us with delicious cookies and ensured early check in. The room was well kept, and all the necessary toiletries were in place. We have always liked to stay while in Gurgaon because of it's location, and primarily because of excellent staff as mentioned above besides housekeeping staff and dining. They should use new foucets

I arrived at the at 650am on 5/07/24. At that time 2 of my suitcases plus my laptop bag were scanned by the X-ray machine outside. I did not have any issues and did as they asked. After that I have checked in to the hotel, given my passport as identification and any other info they require. Plus I gave full payment upfront as they wanted. My credit card details already with them since time of booking. After doing all this you’d expect to be treated like a guest at a home away from home not a (possible) criminal. Yesterday 6/07/24 I had placed an order from Blinkit the food delivery app. I collected the order right outside (less than 30 seconds) where the guard could see me walking to the delivery guy and collecting my order. The brown paper bag was torn because of the cold Diet Coke. All contents were clearly visible. I was carrying the order in both hands barely holding on. Instead of the guard asking me if I need help or bring a bag to put the stuff in. He actually used the metal detector on me. Even though they have a metal detector machine gate as well. On top of this I’ve already been at the hotel for more than a night. Later same day I bring my car in. No check is conducted. I give to valet parking. All fine. But me walking into the hotel every time the guard has the right to treat me like a criminal and has a rude behaviour. Even mall guards where there are a lot more random people walking in don’t behave like this. Now next day 7/07/24 he actually had the audacity to ask me show what is inside the bags (2) I’m carrying (utter invasion of privacy). So basically I’ve been here 2 nights and still according to your guards I’m possibly a criminal? Or is it that they think they can be rude and disrespectful to guests as and when they please? Guards need to discreet and only bother a guest unless there is a genuine reason. Not just cause they feel they can. This leads to the guest feeling unwelcome and I simply do not like the feeling. Are the machine gates to detect anything dangerous useless? Then why have then? You are 4* Hilton property acting like a hostel. Unfortunately this will hurt the Hilton brand image at least for me. This is something I will not forget easily and I am really disappointed.

Hotel staff and food was really good. Must stay if you are looking for hotel in this area. Everything is near by as it is not far from main road.
